The large-screen intelligent operating system 13 is a C/S architecture and comprises an intelligent equipment server 131, an intelligent equipment operating client 132 and a voice broadcasting module 133, the technology uses a mature NET framework4.5 platform, a friendly man-machine interaction intelligent equipment operating interface is developed based on WINFROM, the intelligent equipment server 131 adopts Socket technology, long-chain connection monitoring based on TCP protocol is used for processing each service request by using multithreading technology, the system is guaranteed to stably and efficiently respond to each service operation, intelligent equipment servers 131 are simultaneously connected with a plurality of intelligent equipment operating clients 132, and the corresponding operation efficiency of each client is guaranteed.
The cloud server 3 comprises a cloud API platform 31, and the cloud API platform 31 provides background business processing comprising functions of user authentication, early warning, borrowing/returning/stock inquiring and borrowing application, examination and approval and the like by using a webAPI technology provided by a Microsoft NETMVC5 framework; the mobile platform 5 connected with the cloud server 3 is a mobile phone or a flat panel APP client, the H5 technology is used, the intelligent device with different sizes can be self-adapted, the use experience of a user is improved, and HTTP protocol communication is used between the mobile phone or the flat panel APP client and the cloud API platform 31.
The local server 2 comprises a tool data management system 21, the tool data management system 21 is of a B/S architecture, the tool data management system 21 comprises a tool borrowing module 211, a tool returning module 212, a system alarm module 213, a tool management module 214 and a tool checking module 215, and each large module performs selection and execution of functional actions on the large-screen intelligent operating system 13.

The goods shelf 1 finishes warehousing statistics of all goods before use, labels are attached to all goods, label initialization and system entry are carried out according to coding rules, the goods are made into the coding rules according to positions on the goods shelf 1 through a handheld machine supported by RFID, bar codes and two-dimensional codes, bar codes or two-dimensional code information on the surfaces of the RFID labels are read by the handheld machine, EPC codes of tools are automatically formed and written into EPC areas of the RFID labels, initialization work is finished, EPC information, TID information, bar code/two-dimensional code information, goods names, specifications, warehouse numbers, manufacturers, annual inspection dates, annual inspection validity periods and annual inspection vouchers are uploaded to a tool data management platform and written into corresponding database tables.
The tool borrowing module 211 executes borrowing of a borrower tool, the borrower firstly accesses the tool data management platform through the client of the mobile platform 5, and borrowing approval is completed by applying the borrowing process; after the borrowing approval is completed, the borrower logs in the large-screen intelligent operating system 13, searches tools to be borrowed according to own requirements and confirms the name list of the borrowing tools, takes the tools away from the corresponding positions of the goods shelf 1, and the system automatically counts the condition of the borrowing tools to complete the borrowing.

When the operator does not apply for the borrowing process and takes a tool, the system alarm module 213 of the tool data management system 21 reads the article information abnormality by the RFID reader/writer 12, and gives a voice alarm by the voice broadcast module 133.
The execution of the tool management module 214 is divided into single tool management and similar tool management, which can be respectively used for information modification of a single tool and batch modification of the name, specification, warehouse number and shelf location information of a same tool, and the two management modes can be switched with each other.
When the tool checking module 215 is executed, a manager holds the RFID collector, stock information is checked and uploaded, the system automatically checks information, identifies a misplaced tool, a missing tool and a correct tool, and uploads a checking result to the local server 2 for data arrangement and statistics and saves the result.
