With the continuous development of the automatic detection field, the determination method of the real-time power of the refrigerator or the air conditioner compressor is mainly divided into two types, wherein types detect the real-time power of the compressor through a related detection device (for example, the effective current value I and the voltage value U are detected, and then the power P is calculated as UI), types fit a related power calculation formula based on the big data of the compressor operation, and then directly calculate the power through the related fitting formula, but both the two types of methods have the problem, the method of "detecting the power" inevitably needs to additionally increase the detection device, increases the manufacturing cost and the selling price, and leads to dissatisfaction of manufacturers and users, and the method of "calculating the power" does not consider the influence of other factors (such as the condition of lubricating oil) on the performance (power consumption) of the compressor, and the calculation result is inaccurate.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only partial embodiments of the present application , not all embodiments.
Furthermore, the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a series of steps or elements of is not necessarily limited to the expressly listed steps or elements, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
According to the present embodiment, there are provided embodiments of the method and apparatus for determining the remaining amount of oil in air conditioners, it should be noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be executed in a computer system such as sets of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be executed in an order different from the order shown.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for determining the remaining amount of lubricant oil in air conditioners according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
and step S102, acquiring at least operating parameters of the air conditioner.
Specifically, the operation parameter may be an operation parameter during operation of the air conditioner, for example, when the parameter is an operation parameter, a sensor in the air conditioner host collects various operation data of the air conditioner during operation of the air conditioner, and collects various operation data collected by the sensor by using the PLC control chip and screens out a parameter required by this embodiment, and the rest air conditioner parameters may be stored in the PLC storage module to be used for implementing other functions.
It should be noted that the sensor for collecting air conditioning parameters may be a sensor integrated with the air conditioning main unit , or may be a split sensor, wherein the split sensor has the advantage that different sensors can be replaced according to different parameter requirements, and meanwhile, in the process of handling sensor failure, the sensor is more convenient and reliable than the sensor integrated with the main unit .
In alternative embodiments of the present application, the operating parameters include at least of compressor operating frequency, inner fan speed, outer fan speed, expansion valve opening, and unit output capacity.
Specifically, the compressor operation frequency is an exchange frequency at which the compressor operates in HZ or MHZ. The rotating speed of the inner fan and the outer fan is the rotating speed of the outdoor fan and the indoor fan of the air conditioner. The opening degree of the expansion valve is the expansion degree of the air-conditioning refrigerant inlet control valve, namely the larger the opening degree of the expansion valve is, the larger the amount of refrigerant entering the air conditioner is. The unit output capacity value is a parameter integrating multiple factors such as power, working efficiency and the like, and represents the integral output capacity of the air conditioner.
Step S104, determining the lubricating oil residual quantity standard value and the output capacity standard value corresponding to at least operating parameters, wherein the lubricating oil residual quantity standard value is the lubricating oil residual quantity standard value of the compressor in the air conditioning equipment
Specifically, a lubricating oil residue standard value and an output capacity standard value can be obtained through a parameter relation corresponding table (table 1), wherein the table 1 is constructed in the following process that ① the compressor is in a factory standard state (the amount of lubricating oil is D)F0) At a frequency of F and a rotation speed of the inner/outer fan of Nn/NwWhen the expansion valve operates under the condition that the opening degree of the expansion valve is B (the air conditioner without the expansion valve does not contain the expansion valve), the air conditioner standard capacity value Q is measured through experimentsF0Compressor standard power value PF0② setting the amount D of lubricating oil in the compressor to a specific amount DFi(DFi<DF0Calculating to know Bi) In time, the air conditioner was experimentally measured for different parameters (F)i、Nni、Nwi、Bi) When the compressor runs under the condition working condition, the actual running power value P of the compressorFiAnd the current working condition output capacity value Q of the air conditionerFi③ is based on the formula (a)Fi=(QF0-QFi)/QF0、bFi=aFiFi=(DF0-DFi)/DF0、λFi=aFi/bFi、ki=bFiFi=(PFi-PF0)/PF0、δFi=ki/bFi=(PFi-PF0)/PF0/bFi) Calculating to obtain the correlation coefficient value a under each parameter operation conditionFi、bFi、λFi、ki、δFi

Note ① QF0、PF0For compressor in factory standard state (lubricating oil D)F0Good condition), at a frequency of F and at an inner/outer fan speed of Nn/NwA reference nominal value (known constant value) determined by experiment when the expansion valve is operated under the working condition of B opening degree, ② QFi、λFi、δFiThe compressor is lack of lubricating oil or oil quality deterioration (lubricating oil quantity D)Fi) In the state, the frequency is F, and the rotating speed of the inner/outer fan is Nn/NwWhen the expansion valve operates under the condition of the opening degree of B, the current working condition capacity parameter value Qi acquired by the air conditioner in real time and the current working condition correlation coefficient value lambda calculated by experimental determinationi、δi(known constant value); ③ QFminRepresenting the current capacity value of the air conditioner as the minimum value, aFmaxRepresenting the maximum attenuation of the current capacity value of the air conditioner, aFi、λFi、bi、QFi、KiThe value ranges are all 0-1.
And step S106, comparing the output capacity value with the output capacity standard value.
Specifically, the air conditioner output capacity value and the air conditioner standard capacity value (obtained by looking up table 1) obtained in S102 and S104 according to this embodiment may be compared by using a PLC chip of model R32 of the operation comparator, and the user may input a preset comparison result by using a PLC programmable logic device, for example, when the air conditioner output capacity value is greater than the air conditioner standard capacity value, the output port of the comparator outputs a "tune" signal, and the PLC processor performs analysis processing of step according to the signal output by the comparator.
It should be noted that, the comparator and the timer can be jointly arranged in the PLC chipset, when the air conditioner output capacity value and the air conditioner standard capacity value are input to the input end of the comparator, the timer starts to time, and the PLC can judge whether the two parameters compared by the comparator are collected and calculated at the same time when the air conditioner is running according to the clock signal of the timer, so that the accuracy and consistency of parameter comparison can be improved by arranging timers in linkage with comparators, thereby avoiding confusion of different signals at different times and influence on the final remaining lubricating oil amount calculation result.
And step S108, determining a calculation strategy corresponding to the comparison result.
In embodiments of the present application, the calculation strategy may be determined by determining to calculate the lube oil margin using a calculation strategy when the comparison result indicates that the output capability value is not less than the output capability criterion value, wherein the calculation strategy is used to determine the lube oil margin of the compressor based on the lube oil margin criterion value.
In alternative embodiments, the calculation strategy includes determining the lube oil level criterion as the lube oil level for the compressor.
In the related technology, a power measuring method of a compressor is high in cost or a calculating method of the power measuring method is complex, and a calculating result is inaccurate, in order to solve the problems, the embodiment of the application provides determination schemes of the power of the compressor, specifically, when a lubricating oil allowance standard value and an output capacity standard value corresponding to at least operating parameters are determined, a standard power value of the compressor corresponding to at least operating parameters is obtained, and when a comparison result indicates that the output capacity value is not less than the output capacity standard value, the standard power value is determined as a current power value of the compressor.
Specifically, the parameter comparison module outputs a capacity value Q to the air conditioning unit in real timeiThe size is judged to beDetermine whether Q is satisfiedi<QF0And executing the corresponding flow steps:
if Q is judgedi≥QF0If the compressor lubricating oil state is consistent with the factory parameter and the performance is good, the following steps are executed:
the air conditioning unit continues to operate in the current control state, and the parameter value D is obtainedF0、PF0The real-time power value and the residual value of the refrigeration oil of the compressor are used as the real-time power value and the residual value of the refrigeration oil and are output;
storing and recording compressor parameter value DF0、PF0Displaying the residual value DF0 of the compressor refrigeration oil and the real-time running power value P of the compressor at present of the air conditionerF0
In still other embodiments of the present application, when the comparison result indicates that the output capability value is less than the output capability criterion value, determining to calculate the remaining amount of lubricant oil using a second calculation strategy, wherein the second calculation strategy calculates the remaining amount of lubricant oil of the compressor based on the remaining amount of lubricant oil criterion value, the output capability criterion value, and the current output capability value of the air conditioner.
Specifically, the second calculation policy includes: calculating a lubricating oil margin of the compressor by the following formula: di=[1-(QF0-Qi)/λFi/QF0]*DF0Wherein D isiDenotes the remaining amount of lubricating oil, Q, of the compressorF0Represents the standard value of the output capability, QiRepresenting the current output capability value of the air conditioner, DF0Indicating the remaining amount of the lubricating oil.
In order to ensure the safe operation of the air conditioner, when the comparison result indicates that the output capacity value is smaller than the output capacity standard value, the residual quantity of the lubricating oil of the compressor is compared with a preset threshold value; when the comparison result indicates that the residual quantity of the lubricating oil of the compressor is larger than the preset threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate according to the current operation state; and when the comparison result indicates that the residual quantity of the lubricating oil of the compressor is smaller than the preset threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to give an alarm.
Specifically, if Q is judgedi≥QF0I.e. the compressor lubricant is missing or its performance is degraded, the following process steps are performed:
A) according to formula PFi=(1+ki)*PF0=[1+(QF0--Qi-)*δFiFi/QF0]*PF0Calculating the current real-time operation power value P of the compressor of the air conditionerFiAnd according to formula Di=(1-bFi)*DF0=[1-(QF0-Qi)/λFiQF0]*DFCalculating the current residual value D of the refrigeration oil of the air-conditioning compressori
B) Judging whether the residual quantity of the refrigeration oil of the compressor reaches a threshold value condition, namely whether the condition D is meti≤Df
① if D is judgedi≤DfIf the residual quantity of the refrigerant oil of the compressor reaches the threshold value condition, alarming and triggering the air conditioner compressor to stop for protection; storing and recording compressor parameter value Di、PFiDisplaying the residual value D of the refrigerant oil of the compressor at presentiReal-time running power value P of compressorFi
② if D is judgedi>DfNamely the residual quantity of the refrigeration oil of the compressor does not reach the threshold value condition, the air conditioning unit continues to operate in the current control state, and returns to the step 2, and meanwhile, the parameter value D of the compressor is stored and recordedi、PFiDisplaying the residual value D of the refrigerant oil of the compressor at presentiReal-time running power value P of compressorFi
Optionally, to avoid unnecessary loss of the compressor at step , the method further includes controlling the compressor to stop operating when the comparison result indicates that the remaining amount of oil in the compressor is less than the preset threshold.
Specifically, when the residual quantity of the lubricating oil is smaller than the standard value, the fact that the lubricating oil of the air conditioning unit is insufficient is explained, and the risk of damage of the air conditioning unit is increased if the compressor of the air conditioning unit is continuously operated, so that when the fact that the actual lubricating oil in the air conditioning unit is lower than the standard value is judged, the measure of stopping the operation of the compressor is taken, and the result that the air conditioning unit is damaged due to lack of lubrication is avoided.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the PLC processor determines that the actual lubricating oil in the air conditioning unit is lower than the standard value, the air conditioning unit may further issue a buzzer alarm to prompt the user that the unit needs to be added with a lubricant, and simultaneously, a prompt icon that the lubricating oil needs to be maintained and added is displayed on the display window of the air conditioning remote controller.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the alarm may further include a wireless communication prompt function, and reports the condition that the air conditioning unit lacks lubricating oil to the user terminal in a short message manner, so that the user knows the message that the air conditioner needs to be maintained at , thereby avoiding unnecessary loss in step .
And step S110, determining the lubricating oil allowance of the compressor by adopting a determined calculation strategy based on at least in the lubricating oil allowance standard value, the output capacity standard value and the current output capacity value of the air conditioner.
The output capacity value may be expressed by a cooling capacity or a heating capacity of the compressor, or may be expressed in the following form: the air conditioner complete machine energy efficiency parameter COP/EER, the air conditioner complete machine power parameter PZ, the air conditioner external machine power parameter PW, the indoor machine pipe temperature Tn (heating mode), the outdoor machine pipe temperature Tw (cooling mode) and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the present application provides alternative methods for determining the remaining amount of lubricant, which includes the following steps:
step S202, presetting a parameter relation corresponding table;
step S204, presetting a residual quantity threshold D of the refrigerant oil of the air-conditioning compressorf
Step S206, the air conditioner is started (cooled/heated) to normally run;
step S208, collecting the air conditioner parameter value F at the current momenti、Nni、Nwi、Bi
Step S210, obtaining the factory nominal parameter value D of the compressor refrigerating machine oilF0And according to the parameter Fi、Nni、Nwi、BiMatching the air conditioner delivery standard ability value Q by looking up the tableF0Standard power value PF0And correlation coefficient parameter value deltaFi、λFi
Step S212, judge Qi<QF0
Step S214, the performance of the compressor is good due to the condition of the compressor refrigeration oil and factory parameters ;
step S216, the air conditioner continues to normally operate in the current control state;
step S218, the parameter value P is setF0、DF0Outputting the real-time power value and the residual value of the refrigeration oil of the compressor;

step S222, according to the formula PFi=(1+ki)*PF0Calculating the current real-time operation power value P of the compressor of the air conditionerFiAccording to formula Di=(1-bFi)*DF0Calculating the current refrigerating oil allowance value Di of the air-conditioning compressor;
step S224, judge Di≤Df
