本发明涉及防霉涂料制备技术领域,且公开了一种水性无机防霉涂料,配方重量配比为:水性聚氨酯50‑80份;水20‑30份;纳米钛白粉10‑30份;消泡剂2‑5份;成膜助剂2‑6份;硅溶胶20‑40份;聚乙烯醇溶液30‑45份;石膏20‑25份;硅藻土6‑12分;分散剂10‑15份;无水乙醇40‑50份;纯丙弹性乳28‑38份;石氯化钙5‑12份;醋酸丁酯14‑20份;乙基纤维素5‑12份;蒙脱石长效防霉剂11‑15份。该水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,通过蒙脱石长效防霉剂和其他配料的混合使用,对霉菌起到抑制作用,提高了混合胶料的品质,可以更好的起到保护和装饰作用,同时防止胶料被分解产生大量的挥发性有机化合物,提高了市场竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及防霉涂料制备技术领域,具体为一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
水溶性涂料是以水溶性合成树脂为主要成膜物质,用于一些特殊物品的装饰和保护,由于其价格低廉、生产原料丰富,受到各大厂商青睐,如今已经开始大规模运用。
水溶性涂料虽价格低廉,但也存在明显缺陷,就是在受潮后,因霉菌影响开始起皮、脱落、开裂、起泡,对覆膜物品产生影响,不再有保护和装饰作用,并且还会散发出特有的臭味,其中含有大量的挥发性有机化合物,对人体有害,因此我们提出了一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法来解决问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,具有防霉作用。
本发明为实现技术目的采用如下技术方案:一种水性无机防霉涂料,配方重量配比为:水性聚氨酯50-80份;水20-30份;纳米钛白粉10-30份;消泡剂2-5份;成膜助剂2-6份;硅溶胶20-40份;聚乙烯醇溶液30-45份;石膏20-25份;硅藻土6-12分;分散剂10-15份;无水乙醇40-50份;纯丙弹性乳28-38份;石氯化钙5-12份;醋酸丁酯14-20份;乙基纤维素5-12份;蒙脱石长效防霉剂11-15份。
一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比准备原料,置于干净容器中,备用;
S2、将水性聚氨酯、水、纳米钛白粉、消泡剂和成膜助剂加入混料器,以150r/min的速度,搅拌10-20min,得到胶料A;
S3、将石膏倒入聚乙烯醇溶液中,一边加入一边以80r/min的速度搅拌,保证没有结块,再依次加入硅藻土、分散剂、无水乙醇和纯丙弹性乳,加入时也需以80r/min的速度不断搅拌得到B胶料;
S4、将A胶料和B胶料倒入混料机内,加热到20-30℃,以150r/min的速度搅拌,然后每隔5分钟依次加入石氯化钙、醋酸丁酯和乙基纤维素,最后加入蒙脱石长效防霉剂,再搅拌30-40min,然后停止加热,待其自然冷却;
S5、将冷却后的混合胶料加入高压搅拌机了,在120-150kpa的压力下搅拌20-30min,排出胶料内部空气。
作为优化,所述配方中的水为去离子水,所述硅藻土为负载有改性纳米二氧化钛的硅藻土。
作为优化,所述所有粉料的细度达到40μm以下,所述聚乙烯醇溶液的浓度在60%-85%。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
该水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,通过蒙脱石长效防霉剂和其他配料的混合使用,对霉菌起到抑制作用,提高了混合胶料的品质,可以更好的起到保护和装饰作用,同时防止胶料被分解产生大量的挥发性有机化合物,提高了市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种水性无机防霉涂料,配方重量配比为:水性聚氨酯50份;水20份;纳米钛白粉10份;消泡剂2份;成膜助剂2份;硅溶胶20份;聚乙烯醇溶液30份;石膏20份;硅藻土6分;分散剂10份;无水乙醇40份;纯丙弹性乳28份;石氯化钙5份;醋酸丁酯14份;乙基纤维素5份;蒙脱石长效防霉剂11份。
一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比准备原料,置于干净容器中,备用;
S2、将水性聚氨酯、水、纳米钛白粉、消泡剂和成膜助剂加入混料器,以150r/min的速度,搅拌10min,得到胶料A;

一种水性无机防霉涂料,配方重量配比为:水性聚氨酯80份;水30份;纳米钛白粉30份;消泡剂5份;成膜助剂6份;硅溶胶40份;聚乙烯醇溶液45份;石膏25份;硅藻土12分;分散剂15份;无水乙醇50份;纯丙弹性乳38份;石氯化钙12份;醋酸丁酯20份;乙基纤维素12份;蒙脱石长效防霉剂15份。
一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比准备原料,置于干净容器中,备用;
S2、将水性聚氨酯、水、纳米钛白粉、消泡剂和成膜助剂加入混料器,以150r/min的速度,搅拌20min,得到胶料A;
S3、将石膏倒入聚乙烯醇溶液中,一边加入一边以80r/min的速度搅拌,保证没有结块,再依次加入硅藻土、分散剂、无水乙醇和纯丙弹性乳,加入时也需以80r/min的速度不断搅拌得到B胶料;
S4、将A胶料和B胶料倒入混料机内,加热到30℃,以150r/min的速度搅拌,然后每隔5分钟依次加入石氯化钙、醋酸丁酯和乙基纤维素,最后加入蒙脱石长效防霉剂,再搅拌40min,然后停止加热,待其自然冷却;
S5、将冷却后的混合胶料加入高压搅拌机了,在150kpa的压力下搅拌20-30min,排出胶料内部空气。
配方中的水为去离子水,硅藻土为负载有改性纳米二氧化钛的硅藻土。
所有粉料的细度达到40μm以下,聚乙烯醇溶液的浓度在85%。

水性聚氨酯50-80份;
水20-30份;
纳米钛白粉10-30份;
消泡剂2-5份;
成膜助剂2-6份;
硅溶胶20-40份;
聚乙烯醇溶液30-45份;
石膏20-25份;
硅藻土6-12分;
分散剂10-15份;
无水乙醇40-50份;
纯丙弹性乳28-38份;
石氯化钙5-12份;
醋酸丁酯14-20份;
乙基纤维素5-12份;
蒙脱石长效防霉剂11-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比准备原料,置于干净容器中,备用;
S2、将水性聚氨酯、水、纳米钛白粉、消泡剂和成膜助剂加入混料器,以150r/min的速度,搅拌10-20min,得到胶料A;
S3、将石膏倒入聚乙烯醇溶液中,一边加入一边以80r/min的速度搅拌,保证没有结块,再依次加入硅藻土、分散剂、无水乙醇和纯丙弹性乳,加入时也需以80r/min的速度不断搅拌得到B胶料;
S4、将A胶料和B胶料倒入混料机内,加热到20-30℃,以150r/min的速度搅拌,然后每隔5分钟依次加入石氯化钙、醋酸丁酯和乙基纤维素,最后加入蒙脱石长效防霉剂,再搅拌30-40min,然后停止加热,待其自然冷却;
S5、将冷却后的混合胶料加入高压搅拌机了,在120-150kpa的压力下搅拌20-30min,排出胶料内部空气。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述配方中的水为去离子水,所述硅藻土为负载有改性纳米二氧化钛的硅藻土。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性无机防霉涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述所有粉料的细度达到40μm以下,所述聚乙烯醇溶液的浓度在60%-85%。
