In the final treatment, after the main garbage cleaning door 30 is opened, the liquid in the water collecting tank 2 can be discharged from the water discharging pipe 29 by opening the switch valve, and the garbage in the water collecting tank 2, the inorganic garbage collecting tank 3 and the organic garbage collecting tank 4 can be cleaned respectively by opening the sub-garbage cleaning door 28.
