A punching device for aluminum production is disclosed, wherein a supporting frame comprises a left vertical beam, a right vertical beam and a cross beam; a pair of guide slide rails is fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the upper parts of the left and right vertical beams; the stamping slide block is sleeved outside the pair of guide slide rails through the pair of guide slide grooves on the left end surface and the right end surface of the stamping slide block; two ends of the stamping hydraulic cylinder are respectively fixedly connected with the beam and the center of the upper end of the stamping slide block so as to drive the stamping slide block to move in the longitudinal direction; an L-shaped stamping arm is arranged at the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, the upper end of the vertical section of the stamping arm is welded with the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, and the longitudinal section of the end part of the horizontal section of the stamping arm is square; the punch mechanism comprises a fixed block positioned in the center and a plurality of punches fixedly connected to the outer ends of the fixed block in the circumferential direction; a square hole is formed in the center of the fixing block and is sleeved outside the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm through the square hole; the fixed block is also provided with a threaded hole communicated to the inside of the square hole, and a locking bolt is installed in the threaded hole. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a punching device for aluminum production, which comprises a supporting base, a supporting frame, a punching hydraulic cylinder and a punch mechanism, wherein the supporting frame comprises a left vertical beam and a right vertical beam which are oppositely arranged at the left side and are respectively and fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the upper end surface of the supporting base, and a cross beam fixedly connected between the upper ends of the left vertical beam and the right vertical beam;
one side of the left vertical beam opposite to the upper part of the right vertical beam is fixedly connected with a pair of guide slide rails; a pair of guide sliding chutes are longitudinally formed in the left end surface and the right end surface of the stamping sliding block arranged between the pair of guide pulleys, and the pair of guide sliding chutes are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the pair of guide sliding rails in a sliding manner;
the cylinder end of the stamping hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the central area of the lower end of the cross beam, and the piston rod end of the stamping hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the center of the upper end of the stamping slide block so as to drive the stamping slide block to move in the longitudinal direction; an L-shaped stamping arm is arranged at the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, the upper end of the vertical section of the stamping arm is welded with the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, and the longitudinal section of the end part of the horizontal section of the stamping arm is square;
the punch mechanism comprises a fixed block positioned in the center and a plurality of punches fixedly connected to the outer ends of the fixed block in the circumferential direction, and the hole diameters of the plurality of punches are different; a square hole matched with the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm is formed in the center of the fixing block and is sleeved outside the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm through the square hole; the fixed block is also provided with a threaded hole communicated to the inside of the square hole, and a locking bolt is installed in the threaded hole in a threaded fit mode.
The number of the punch heads is three, two included angles of the three punch heads are 180 degrees, and the included angle of the other one of the three punch heads and the two adjacent punch heads is 90 degrees.
The upper end center of the supporting base is provided with a left cushion block and a right cushion block corresponding to the punch, and a round through hole is formed between the left cushion block and the right cushion block.
And one side of the left vertical beam opposite to the lower part of the right vertical beam is fixedly connected with a limiting block for limiting the punching slide block downwards.
According to the invention, the stamping slide block is matched with the pair of guide slide rails arranged on the two opposite sides of the left vertical beam and the right vertical beam through the two guide slide grooves on the two sides of the stamping slide block, so that the stamping slide block can only move in the vertical direction, the stamping precision is improved, the size error is reduced, and the generation of waste reporting products can be effectively avoided. The square hole in the punch mechanism can be matched with the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm at different angles, and is locked through the locking bolt, so that punches of different specifications can face towards the aluminum material to be punched, and the processing of various aperture models can be completed. The device simple structure, low in manufacturing cost can carry out the processing of a plurality of aperture models, can improve spot facing work's efficiency, can also reduce workman's intensity of labour.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a punching device for aluminum production comprises a support base 1, a support frame 2, a punching hydraulic cylinder 3 and a punch mechanism 4, wherein the support frame 2 comprises a left pair of a left vertical beam 5 and a right vertical beam 6 which are oppositely arranged and respectively fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the upper end surface of the support base 1, and a cross beam 7 fixedly connected between the upper ends of the left vertical beam 5 and the right vertical beam 6;
a pair of guide slide rails 8 are fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the upper parts of the left vertical beam 5 and the right vertical beam 6; a pair of guide sliding chutes 9 are longitudinally formed in the left end surface and the right end surface of the stamping sliding block arranged between the pair of guide pulleys, and the pair of guide sliding chutes 9 are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the pair of guide sliding rails 8 in a sliding manner;
the cylinder end of the stamping hydraulic cylinder 3 is fixedly connected with the central area of the lower end of the cross beam 7, and the piston rod end of the stamping hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the center of the upper end of the stamping slide block so as to drive the stamping slide block to move in the longitudinal direction; an L-shaped stamping arm 10 is arranged at the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, the upper end of the vertical section of the stamping arm 10 is welded with the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, and the longitudinal section of the end part of the horizontal section of the stamping arm is square;
the punch mechanism 4 comprises a fixed block 11 positioned in the center and a plurality of punches 12 fixedly connected to the outer ends of the fixed block 11 in the circumferential direction, and the hole diameters of the plurality of punches 12 are different; a square hole matched with the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm 10 is formed in the center of the fixed block 11 and is sleeved outside the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm 10 through the square hole; and a threaded hole communicated to the inside of the square hole is also formed in the fixed block 11, and a locking bolt 13 is installed in the threaded hole in a threaded fit mode.
The number of the punches 12 is three, two included angles of the three punches 12 are 180 degrees, and an included angle between another one of the three punches 12 and the two adjacent punches 12 is 90 degrees.
The center of the upper end of the supporting base 1 is provided with a left cushion block 14 and a right cushion block 15 corresponding to the punch 12, and a circular through hole 16 is arranged between the left cushion block 14 and the right cushion block 15.
And one side of the left vertical beam 5, which is opposite to the lower part of the right vertical beam 6, is fixedly connected with a limiting block 17 for limiting the punching slide block downwards.
Through two guide sliding grooves on two sides of the stamping sliding block, the stamping sliding block is matched with a pair of guide sliding rails arranged on two opposite sides of the left vertical beam and the right vertical beam, the stamping sliding block can only move in the vertical direction, the stamping precision is improved, the size error is reduced, and waste reporting can be effectively avoided. The square hole in the punch mechanism can be matched with the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm at different angles, and is locked through the locking bolt, so that punches of different specifications can face towards the aluminum material to be punched, and the processing of various aperture models can be completed. Claims (4)

A punching device for aluminum production comprises a supporting base and is characterized by further comprising a supporting frame, a punching hydraulic cylinder and a punch mechanism, wherein the supporting frame comprises a left vertical beam, a right vertical beam and a cross beam, the left vertical beam and the right vertical beam are oppositely arranged in a left pair and are respectively and fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the upper end surface of the supporting base, and the cross beam is fixedly connected between the upper ends of the left vertical beam and the right vertical beam;
one side of the left vertical beam opposite to the upper part of the right vertical beam is fixedly connected with a pair of guide slide rails; a pair of guide sliding chutes are longitudinally formed in the left end surface and the right end surface of the stamping sliding block arranged between the pair of guide pulleys, and the pair of guide sliding chutes are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the pair of guide sliding rails in a sliding manner;
the cylinder end of the stamping hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the central area of the lower end of the cross beam, and the piston rod end of the stamping hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the center of the upper end of the stamping slide block so as to drive the stamping slide block to move in the longitudinal direction; an L-shaped stamping arm is arranged at the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, the upper end of the vertical section of the stamping arm is welded with the center of the lower end of the stamping sliding block, and the longitudinal section of the end part of the horizontal section of the stamping arm is square;
the punch mechanism comprises a fixed block positioned in the center and a plurality of punches fixedly connected to the outer ends of the fixed block in the circumferential direction, and the hole diameters of the plurality of punches are different; a square hole matched with the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm is formed in the center of the fixing block and is sleeved outside the end part of the horizontal section of the punching arm through the square hole; the fixed block is also provided with a threaded hole communicated to the inside of the square hole, and a locking bolt is installed in the threaded hole in a threaded fit mode.
