① drying wheat straw, corn straw and rice straw, pulverizing into strips with length of 1.6 cm by hammer mill, pulverizing to obtain straw powder, and granulating with granulator to obtain crop straw granules;
the crop straw particles comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 35% of wheat straw particles, 30% of corn straw particles and 35% of rice straw particles.
② taking crop straw particles as padding, adsorbing livestock and poultry manure with the padding, controlling the humidity of the padding to be below 50% to obtain premix, stirring and airing the premix, and granulating to obtain mixed feed particles;
in this embodiment, the livestock and poultry manure comprises 50% of rabbit manure and 50% of cow urine.
2) Feeding apple snails: feeding apple snails by using the mixed feed particles prepared in the step 1), wherein the water temperature is controlled at 23 ℃ in the feeding process, and the pH value of the water is controlled at 7.3; in the apple snail feeding process, a proper amount of nitrobacteria needs to be added; the nitrifying bacteria account for 1.2 percent of the weight of the whole mixed feed particles.
3) Meat shell separation:
① when the apple snails grow to maturity, harvesting the adult apple snails;
② boiling adult apple snail in water, and separating meat from shell to obtain shell and meat;
4) crushing: drying and crushing the snail shells to obtain biological calcium powder; in addition, the snail meat is dried and crushed to obtain snail meat powder; and (3) airing and crushing the metabolic products of the apple snails, and mixing the crushed products with soil to prepare the nutrient soil.
In the nutrient soil, the soil accounts for 80 percent by weight, and the metabolic products of the apple snails account for 20 percent by weight.
In comparative example 1, cow dung and rabbit urine are adopted as livestock and poultry dung and urine;
in comparative example 2, rabbit manure and cow urine were used as livestock manure;
other conditions, comparative examples 1-2 were the same as example 5.
Through detection, the experimental result is as follows:

From the above experimental results, it can be seen that the feces and urine of the same livestock and poultry are adopted, so that the pathogenic bacteria in the feces and urine of the livestock and poultry can be completely killed, and the mixed feed particles can be purified, so that the appetite of the apple snails can be improved, and the protein content of the snail meat can be increased. According to experimental data, the calcium content and the protein content of the snail meat powder of the final biological calcium powder are higher when the apple snails are fed by the feed prepared from the excrement and the urine of the same livestock and poultry than when the apple snails are fed by the feed prepared from the excrement and the urine of the animals.

Claims (9)

1. A method for producing biological calcium powder by adsorbing livestock and poultry excrement and urine by utilizing crop straw particles is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing mixed feed particles:
① drying the crop straw, pulverizing, and granulating to obtain crop straw granule;
②, using the crop straw particles as padding to adsorb livestock and poultry manure, controlling the humidity of the padding to be below 50% to obtain premix, stirring and airing the premix, and granulating to obtain mixed feed particles;
2) feeding apple snails: feeding apple snails by adopting the mixed feed particles prepared in the step 1);
3) meat shell separation:
① when the apple snails grow to maturity, harvesting adult apple snails;
② cooking the obtained adult apple snail in water, and separating meat from shell to obtain snail shell and snail meat;
4) crushing: and drying and crushing the spiral shell to obtain the biological calcium powder.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding process controls the temperature of water at 20-25 ℃ and the pH value of water at 7.2-7.8 in step 2).
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of: adding nitrobacteria in the process of feeding the apple snails.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the crop straw comprises: wheat straw, corn straw, rice straw.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the livestock manure comprises manure and urine of the same livestock.
6. The method according to any of claims 1-5, further comprising the steps of: and drying and crushing the snail meat to obtain snail meat powder.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the steps of: and (3) airing and crushing the metabolic products of the apple snails, and mixing the crushed products with soil to prepare the nutrient soil.
8. The method of any one of claims 7, wherein the nutrient soil comprises 75-85% by weight of said soil and 15-25% by weight of said metabolic products of apple snails.
9. The method of claim 4, wherein the crop straw pellets comprise, in weight percent: 30-40% of wheat straw particles, 30-40% of corn straw particles and 30-40% of rice straw particles.
