Abstract

本发明涉及一种除油剂、金属件及其除油处理方法。除油剂用于金属件表面预处理,以1000重量份计,包括如下重量份数的成分:1‑200份碱,25‑50份硼砂,10‑100烷基多糖苷,25‑50份磷酸盐,5‑10份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,2‑10份消泡剂,1‑5份缓蚀剂,余量为水。此除油剂可单独使用,具有两种非离子表面活性剂相互协作、复配产生增效作用,去除动植物油效果好,而且对工件产品本身无腐蚀,不影响任何后工序,操作方便,使用成本低。
