Abstract

本发明涉及一种转子泵,尤其涉及一种具有自净功能的转子泵。本发明的技术问题是如何提供一种在污水抽取过程中可以自动过滤、便于清洁设备的具有自净功能的转子泵。一种具有自净功能的转子泵,包括有支撑座和泵体等;支撑座上设有泵体。本发明通过双层过滤板及其上装置的配合,便于对泵体抽入的污水进行初步过滤处理,便于污水后续的有效处理,通过上下运动的刮板,将双层过滤板内未清洗干净的小颗粒杂质刮除,从而达到二次清洁的作用,通过螺母和螺栓的配合,使得当驱动电机停止运作后双层过滤板不会迅速向下复位,可以对出液管内残留的污水进行充分过滤处理,达到了保证污水过滤充分的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转子泵,尤其涉及一种具有自净功能的转子泵。
背景技术
由于污水含有大量的氮、磷化合物以及有机大分子,在富营养化水体中,由于藻类有了充足的养料保证,进而会疯狂繁殖,而死亡的藻类分解时会放出CH4、H2S等气体,使污水变得腥臭难闻,导致人们需要及时地对污水进行净化处理。
然而传统的污水抽取设备,仅含有抽取污水的能力,而不具备对污水进行过滤的能力,导致污水的后续净化处理步骤较为繁琐,耗时费力,不利于提高污水处理的速率。
如何设计一种在污水抽取过程中可以自动过滤、便于清洁设备的具有自净功能的转子泵,成为目前要解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服在污水抽取过程中不能自动过滤、难以清洁设备的缺点,本发明的技术问题是:提供一种在污水抽取过程中可以自动过滤、便于清洁设备的具有自净功能的转子泵。
一种具有自净功能的转子泵,包括有支撑座和泵体,支撑座上设有泵体,还包括有进液管、排液管、第一支撑杆、滑动架、出液管、滑动挡板、推杆、抽水装置和过滤装置,泵体一侧连接有进液管,泵体另一侧连接有排液管,支撑座连接有第一支撑杆,第一支撑杆顶部设有滑动架,滑动架内滑动式连接有滑动挡板,滑动挡板顶部设有推杆,滑动架左部连接有出液管,泵体后侧设有抽水装置,支撑座上部设有过滤装置,其中所述过滤装置用于过滤污水,其中所述抽水装置用于抽取污水。
进一步的是,过滤装置包括有第二支撑杆、安装板、导向轮、驱动齿轮、绕线轮、第一齿条、过滤架、过滤件和钢丝绳,支撑座上部设有第二支撑杆,第二支撑杆顶端设有安装板,安装板上下两侧均设有导向轮,安装板另一侧转动式连接有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮前侧设有绕线轮,推杆顶端设有第一齿条,第一齿条与驱动齿轮啮合,支撑座顶部设有过滤架,过滤架位于出液管内,过滤架内滑动式连接有过滤件,过滤件顶部连接有钢丝绳,钢丝绳依次绕过上下侧两侧导向轮,最终绕在绕线轮上。
进一步的是,所述过滤件为双层过滤板,过滤架内滑动式连接有双层过滤板,双层过滤板顶部连接有钢丝绳。
进一步的是,抽水装置包括有驱动电机、转轴、传动齿轮和转子,泵体后侧设有驱动电机,泵体后壁上下均转动式连接有转轴,转轴后部均设有传动齿轮,上下两侧传动齿轮相互啮合,转轴前部均设有转子,上下两侧转子均位于泵体内,上侧转轴后端与驱动电机输出轴连接。
进一步的是,还包括有导套、第二齿条、压缩弹簧、扇形齿轮和刮板,泵体后侧设有导套,导套内滑动式连接有第二齿条,第二齿条与导套之间连接有压缩弹簧,上侧传动齿轮前侧设有扇形齿轮,扇形齿轮与第二齿条啮合,第二齿条顶部设有刮板,刮板内部毛刷与双层过滤板外缘紧密贴合。
进一步的是,还包括有螺母和螺栓,滑动架顶部设有螺母,螺母通过螺纹连接的方式连接有螺栓。
有益效果:本发明通过双层过滤板及其上装置的配合,便于对泵体抽入的污水进行初步过滤处理,便于污水后续的有效处理,通过上下运动的刮板,将双层过滤板内未清洗干净的小颗粒杂质刮除,从而达到二次清洁的作用,通过螺母和螺栓的配合,使得当驱动电机停止运作后双层过滤板不会迅速向下复位,可以对出液管内残留的污水进行充分过滤处理,达到了保证污水过滤充分的效果。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种具有自净功能的转子泵,如图1-3所示,包括有支撑座1、泵体2、进液管3、排液管4、第一支撑杆5、滑动架6、出液管601、滑动挡板7、推杆8、抽水装置9、第二支撑杆10、安装板11、导向轮12、驱动齿轮13、绕线轮14、第一齿条15、过滤架16、双层过滤板17和钢丝绳18,支撑座1上设有泵体2,泵体2一侧连接有进液管3,泵体2另一侧连接有排液管4,支撑座1连接有第一支撑杆5,第一支撑杆5顶部设有滑动架6,滑动架6内滑动式连接有滑动挡板7,滑动挡板7顶部设有推杆8,滑动架6左部连接有出液管601,泵体2后侧设有抽水装置9,支撑座1上部设有第二支撑杆10,第二支撑杆10顶端设有安装板11,安装板11上下两侧均设有导向轮12,安装板11另一侧转动式连接有驱动齿轮13,驱动齿轮13前侧设有绕线轮14,推杆8顶端设有第一齿条15,第一齿条15与驱动齿轮13啮合,支撑座1顶部设有过滤架16,过滤架16位于出液管601内,过滤架16内滑动式连接有双层过滤板17,双层过滤板17顶部连接有钢丝绳18,钢丝绳18依次绕过上下侧两侧导向轮12,最终绕在绕线轮14上。
抽水装置9包括有驱动电机91、转轴92、传动齿轮93和转子94,泵体2后侧设有驱动电机91,泵体2后壁上下均转动式连接有转轴92,转轴92后部均设有传动齿轮93,上下两侧传动齿轮93相互啮合,转轴92前部均设有转子94,上下两侧转子94均位于泵体2内,上侧转轴92后端与驱动电机91输出轴连接。
当设备运作时,控制驱动电机91逆时针转动,驱动电机91输出轴带动上侧转轴92转动,进而带动上侧传动齿轮93转动,从而带动下侧传动齿轮93转动,使得下侧转轴92转动,最终使得上侧两侧转子94转动,转子94在转轴92的带动下进行同步反方向旋转,依靠两同步反向转动的转子94,在旋转过程中于进口处产生吸力(真空度),从而吸入所要输送的污水通过进液管3抽入泵体2内,随后泵体2通过排液管4将污水排入滑动架6内,污水推动滑动挡板7向上运动直至与滑动架6内顶部接触,滑动挡板7向上运动带动推杆8向上运动,进而带动第一齿条15向上运动,第一齿条15向上运动带动驱动齿轮13逆时针转动,进而带动绕线轮14逆时针转动,绕线轮14将钢丝绳18绕起,使得双层过滤板17位于过滤架16内,随后污水途经滑动架6后流入出液管601内,并流过双层过滤板17后通过出液管601排出至污水处理池,通过双层过滤板17,可以将污水内的微分子有机物以及小颗粒杂质进行过滤,起到一定程度地对污水进行净化的作用,便于污水的后续处理,当污水抽取完毕后,控制驱动电机91停止转动,此时双层过滤板17和滑动挡板7及其上部件重力作用下向下运动复位,双层过滤板17向下运动拉动钢丝绳18向下运动,绕线轮14将钢丝绳18放出,绕线轮14及其上装置也随之顺时针转动,当双层过滤板17向下运动复位后,使用其他设备对其进行刷洗,保证双层过滤板17的洁净度,便于日后再次使用。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,如图1-2所示,还包括有导套19、第二齿条20、压缩弹簧21、扇形齿轮22和刮板23,泵体2后侧设有导套19,导套19内滑动式连接有第二齿条20,第二齿条20与导套19之间连接有压缩弹簧21,上侧传动齿轮93前侧设有扇形齿轮22,扇形齿轮22与第二齿条20啮合,第二齿条20顶部设有刮板23,刮板23内部毛刷与双层过滤板17外缘紧密贴合。
当传动齿轮93逆时针转动时,双层过滤板17有一个向上移动的过程,此时传动齿轮93带动扇形齿轮22逆时针转动,扇形齿轮22逆时针转动带动第二齿条20向上运动,压缩弹簧21被压缩,使得刮板23向上运动,当扇形齿轮22与第二齿条20分离时,压缩弹簧21复位,拉动第二齿条20及其上装置向下运动,通过以上操作,使得刮板23上下往复运动,当双层过滤板17未进入过滤架16内时,通过上下运动的刮板23内部的毛刷,将双层过滤板17内未清洗干净的小颗粒杂质刷除,从而达到二次清洁的作用。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础上,如图3所示,还包括有螺母24和螺栓25,滑动架6顶部设有螺母24,螺母24通过螺纹连接的方式连接有螺栓25。
通过螺母24和螺栓25的配合,将螺栓25旋入推杆8上的螺纹孔内,从而达到固定双层过滤板17的目的,使得当驱动电机91停止运作后双层过滤板17不会迅速向下复位,可以对出液管601内残留的污水进行充分过滤处理,达到了保证污水过滤充分的效果。

1.一种具有自净功能的转子泵,包括有支撑座和泵体,支撑座上设有泵体,其特征是:还包括有进液管、排液管、第一支撑杆、滑动架、出液管、滑动挡板、推杆、抽水装置和过滤装置,泵体一侧连接有进液管,泵体另一侧连接有排液管,支撑座连接有第一支撑杆,第一支撑杆顶部设有滑动架,滑动架内滑动式连接有滑动挡板,滑动挡板顶部设有推杆,滑动架左部连接有出液管,泵体后侧设有抽水装置,支撑座上部设有过滤装置,其中所述过滤装置用于过滤污水,其中所述抽水装置用于抽取污水;过滤装置包括有第二支撑杆、安装板、导向轮、驱动齿轮、绕线轮、第一齿条、过滤架、过滤件和钢丝绳,支撑座上部设有第二支撑杆,第二支撑杆顶端设有安装板,安装板上下两侧均设有导向轮,安装板另一侧转动式连接有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮前侧设有绕线轮,推杆顶端设有第一齿条,第一齿条与驱动齿轮啮合,支撑座顶部设有过滤架,过滤架位于出液管内,过滤架内滑动式连接有过滤件,过滤件顶部连接有钢丝绳,钢丝绳依次绕过上下侧两侧导向轮,最终绕在绕线轮上;所述过滤件为双层过滤板,过滤架内滑动式连接有双层过滤板,双层过滤板顶部连接有钢丝绳;抽水装置包括有驱动电机、转轴、传动齿轮和转子,泵体后侧设有驱动电机,泵体后壁上下均转动式连接有转轴,转轴后部均设有传动齿轮,上下两侧传动齿轮相互啮合,转轴前部均设有转子,上下两侧转子均位于泵体内,上侧转轴后端与驱动电机输出轴连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种具有自净功能的转子泵,其特征是:还包括有导套、第二齿条、压缩弹簧、扇形齿轮和刮板,泵体后侧设有导套,导套内滑动式连接有第二齿条,第二齿条与导套之间连接有压缩弹簧,上侧传动齿轮前侧设有扇形齿轮,扇形齿轮与第二齿条啮合,第二齿条顶部设有刮板,刮板内部毛刷与双层过滤板外缘紧密贴合。
