Description

一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及艺术品保护技术领域,具体涉及一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
对于书画艺术品来说,因为是用宣纸、绢、绫、帛等为主要原料,保存既怕潮湿又忌干燥,时间久了就很容易被虫蚀,画面酥脆老化、生霉、破损。书画艺术品的收藏保护,受温度、湿度、空气污染、灰尘、光纤、昆虫、微生物等环境因素的影响。潮湿和干燥会引起纸纤维收缩与膨胀等性质的变化,对书画艺术品的破坏性极大。同时,由于书画艺术品本身原料的限制,其不具有阻燃效果,在遇到明火时容易发生燃烧的现象,现有书画艺术品,在保存方面还未对其阻燃效果加以重视。
霉菌、细菌是书画艺术品常见病害之一,对于此类病害,我国上世纪七、八十年代就已经开始研究,并且取得了显著的效果,如环氧乙烷混合气体灭菌、氮气灭菌、冷冻干燥灭菌等灭菌方式,不仅对书画艺术品本体没有伤害,且对环境污染小、操作环境对工作人员无害,特别是环氧乙烷混合气体灭菌,穿透力强,灭菌效果好,但是操作起来却比较复杂,且成本较高。
现有的针对书画艺术品的处理剂,或针对某一方面性能保护比较突出,尚未见对于书画艺术品的阻燃性、防潮性、抗菌性等综合性能比较突出的处理剂的报道。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂及其制备方法,使得经本发明处理过的书画艺术品同时具有良好的阻燃性、防潮性和抗菌性能。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为5-10份、三聚磷酸铝为7-12份、氮化硅为6-10份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯2-7份、硼酸锌为0.5-3份、藻脘酸盐2-8份、氯化铝为1-3份、膨润土4-8份、碳酸钙6-12份、高岭土3-7份,苯乙烯1-5份、丙烯酸酯3-6份、甘油4-9份、磷酸二氢铵3-10份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯5-13份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈6-10份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐4-9份、氧化锌0.2-0.7份、成膜助剂0.03-0.1份、阴离子表面活性剂0.08-1.9份、水50-70份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为6-9份、三聚磷酸铝为8-11份、氮化硅为7-9份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4-6份、硼酸锌为1-2份、藻脘酸盐4-7份、氯化铝为1.5-2份、膨润土5-7份、碳酸钙8-11份、高岭土4-6份,苯乙烯2-3份、丙烯酸酯4-5份、甘油6-8份、磷酸二氢铵5-7份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯6-10份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈7-9份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐6-8份、氧化锌0.3-0.5份、成膜助剂0.05-0.07份、阴离子表面活性剂0.1-1.5份、水60-70份。

进一步的,成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、十二碳醇酯、己二醇丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种。
进一步的,阴离子表面活性剂为月桂酸、月桂醇硫酸钠、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
上述书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂的制备方法为:将硅酸镁、三聚磷酸铝、氮化硅、硼酸锌、藻脘酸盐、氯化铝、膨润土、碳酸钙、高岭土、氧化锌进行超微粉碎,粉碎4-5次,过500-600目筛,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、甘油、磷酸二氢铵、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈、聚六亚甲基双胍盐、成膜助剂、阴离子表面活性剂和水与上述粉碎后的原料粉末混合,进行超声高速分散,超声频率为40-50KHz,分散速度为5000-5100r/min,分散时间为30-50min,混合均匀后得处理剂。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂及其制备方法,其具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明以三聚磷酸铝为、氮化硅作为主阻燃剂,同时硅酸镁、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、硼酸锌、藻脘酸盐、氯化铝作为增效剂,使得该处理剂对书画艺术品的阻燃效果显著。
2、由于书画艺术品本身的材质为纤维素,是由葡萄糖组成的大分子多糖,多糖表面羟基较多,阴离子表面活性剂的亲水基能够与羟基相结合,而阴离子表面活性剂的疏水基一致朝外,疏水基与水的亲和力小,同时配合丙烯酸酯、甘油、成膜助剂等组分,使得该处理剂对书画艺术品的防潮效果显著。
3、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈和聚六亚甲基双胍盐均具有良好的抗菌防霉效果,且三者与氧化锌复配可以起到协同增效的作用,使整个体系的抗菌效果更好。
4、本发明各组分间协同作用,整个体系的组分均匀分布和稳定,使用后在书画艺术品表面快速形成一层保护膜,使各组分能够稳定地附着在书画艺术品表面,有效提高书画艺术品的阻燃性、防潮性和抗菌性等综合性能。

实施例1:
一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为5份、三聚磷酸铝为11份、氮化硅为6份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯6份、硼酸锌为0.5份、藻脘酸盐7份、氯化铝为1份、膨润土7份、碳酸钙6份、高岭土6份,苯乙烯1份、丙烯酸酯5份、甘油4份、磷酸二氢铵7份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯5份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈9份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐4份、氧化锌0.5份、丙二醇丁醚0.03份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5份、水50份。
上述书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂的制备方法为:将硅酸镁、三聚磷酸铝、氮化硅、硼酸锌、藻脘酸盐、氯化铝、膨润土、碳酸钙、高岭土、氧化锌进行超微粉碎,粉碎5次,过600目筛,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、甘油、磷酸二氢铵、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈、聚六亚甲基双胍盐、成膜助剂、阴离子表面活性剂和水与上述粉碎后的原料粉末混合,进行超声高速分散,超声频率为50KHz,分散速度为5100r/min,分散时间为30min,混合均匀后得处理剂。
实施例2:
一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为10份、三聚磷酸铝为8份、氮化硅为10份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4份、硼酸锌为3份、藻脘酸盐4份、氯化铝为3份、膨润土5份、碳酸钙12份、高岭土4份,苯乙烯5份、丙烯酸酯4份、甘油9份、磷酸二氢铵5份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯13份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈7份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐9份、氧化锌0.3份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯0.1份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠0.05份、水60份。
上述书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂的制备方法为:将硅酸镁、三聚磷酸铝、氮化硅、硼酸锌、藻脘酸盐、氯化铝、膨润土、碳酸钙、高岭土、氧化锌进行超微粉碎,粉碎4次,过500-600目筛,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、甘油、磷酸二氢铵、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈、聚六亚甲基双胍盐、成膜助剂、阴离子表面活性剂和水与上述粉碎后的原料粉末混合,进行超声高速分散,超声频率为40KHz,分散速度为5000r/min,分散时间为50min,混合均匀后得处理剂。
实施例3:
一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为6份、三聚磷酸铝为12份、氮化硅为7份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯7份、硼酸锌为1份、藻脘酸盐8份、氯化铝为1.5份、膨润土8份、碳酸钙8份、高岭土7份,苯乙烯2份、丙烯酸酯6份、甘油6份、磷酸二氢铵10份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯6份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈10份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐6份、氧化锌0.7份、十二碳醇酯0.05份、月桂醇硫酸钠1.9份、水70份。其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
一种书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为9份、三聚磷酸铝为7份、氮化硅为9份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯2份、硼酸锌为2份、藻脘酸盐2份、氯化铝为2份、膨润土4份、碳酸钙11份、高岭土3份,苯乙烯3份、丙烯酸酯3份、甘油8份、磷酸二氢铵3份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯10份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈6份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐8份、氧化锌0.2份、己二醇丁醚醋酸酯0.07份、月桂酸0.08份、水65份。其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5:
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为7份、三聚磷酸铝为9份、氮化硅为8份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5份、硼酸锌为1.5份、藻脘酸盐5份、氯化铝为2份、膨润土6份、碳酸钙10份、高岭土5份,苯乙烯2份、丙烯酸酯4份、甘油7份、磷酸二氢铵6份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯8份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈8份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐7份、氧化锌0.4份、十二碳醇酯0.06份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、水65份。其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6:
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸镁为8份、三聚磷酸铝为10份、氮化硅为8份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4份、硼酸锌为2份、藻脘酸盐6份、氯化铝为1.5份、膨润土5份、碳酸钙9份、高岭土4份,苯乙烯2.5份、丙烯酸酯5份、甘油6份、磷酸二氢铵6份、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯9份、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈9份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐7份、氧化锌0.3份、己二醇丁醚醋酸酯0.05份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠1.2份、水68份。其制备方法同实施例1。
试验例
采用实施例1-6制得的处理剂分别对同一批次的旧书进行处理,分别进行阻燃性能测试、抗菌性能测试、防潮性能测试,采用未经过处理的一组在相同的条件下测试作为对照组,检测结果如表1所示。

综上,本发明实施例具有如下有益效果:上述测试结果表明,本发明实施例1-6制得的处理剂,其阻燃性能、防潮性能、抗菌性能效果显著。

6.如权利要求1所述的书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂酸、月桂醇硫酸钠、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,其特征在于,该处理剂的制备方法为:将硅酸镁、三聚磷酸铝、氮化硅、硼酸锌、藻脘酸盐、氯化铝、膨润土、碳酸钙、高岭土、氧化锌进行超微粉碎,粉碎4-5次,过500-600目筛,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、甘油、磷酸二氢铵、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3苯二甲腈、聚六亚甲基双胍盐、成膜助剂、阴离子表面活性剂和水与上述粉碎后的原料粉末混合,进行超声高速分散,混合均匀后得处理剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的书画艺术品阻燃防潮抗菌处理剂,其特征在于,超声高速分散时,超声频率为40-50KHz,分散速度为5000-5100r/min,分散时间为30-50min。
