本发明涉及一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯,包括:背板、底座、灯珠板、反光板、灯盖、透镜板槽架和震动透镜板,透镜板槽架为矩形框架,左右两端的内侧设有竖向的插槽;所述的震动透镜板为长方形透明板,长方形透明板左右两端设在透镜板槽架的插槽中并沿槽上下活动,长方形透明板的前部面上均布有凸透镜,震动透镜板上端设有两个弹簧连接扣,弹簧连接扣连接两个弹簧的下端,两个弹簧的上端与底座上的弹簧连接柱挂接,并且震动透镜板的下端在弹簧吊挂的作用下悬空。本发明由汽车自身震动在弹簧作用下带动震动透镜板上下震动,这样在透镜的作用下光源也随震动明暗变化,这种光源明暗变化的汽车侧灯明显比固定的光源汽车侧灯警示效果更强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车灯,特别是涉及一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯。
背景技术
照地的汽车侧灯又叫汽车边灯,照地的汽车侧灯的侧灯把光线分为两个方向,一部分光线罩在地面上,一部分光线向汽车的一侧方向照射,汽车侧灯是各种客车和运输汽车常用到的灯具,这种灯具安装在汽车的侧面,可作为侧面的刹车、转弯和示宽的警示灯。传统的汽车侧灯光源是固定的,透镜也是固定不动的,固定的光源容易引起人们的视觉疲乏,警示效果往往不够理想,因此设计警示效果更好的一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯,包括:背板、底座、灯珠板、反光板、灯盖,灯珠板的前部面上设有LED灯珠,灯珠板设在底座的底座槽内,背板与底座后部面连接,灯盖与底座前部面连接,其特征在于:还包括透镜板槽架和震动透镜板,
所述的透镜板槽架为矩形框架,其上端为开口,其下端的内侧设有倾斜的发光板插槽,左右两端的内侧设有竖向的插槽,透镜板槽架后部面的上部与底座超声波焊接;
所述的震动透镜板为长方形透明板,长方形透明板左右两端设在透镜板槽架的插槽中并沿槽上下活动,长方形透明板的前部面上均布有凸透镜,震动透镜板上端设有两个弹簧连接扣,弹簧连接扣连接两个弹簧的下端,两个弹簧的上端与底座上的弹簧连接柱挂接,并且震动透镜板的下端在弹簧吊挂的作用下悬空,工作时震动透镜板由汽车自身震动在弹簧作用下带动震动透镜板上下震动。
所述的透镜为凸透镜或横向柱镜的其中一种。
本发明的贡献在于提供了一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯,由于震动透镜板左右两端设在透镜板槽架的插槽中,工作时震动透镜板由汽车自身震动在弹簧作用下带动震动透镜板上下震动,这样在透镜的作用下光源也随震动明暗变化,这种光源明暗变化的汽车侧灯明显比固定的光源汽车侧灯警示效果更强。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本发明包括:背板1、底座2、灯珠板4、反光板7、灯盖3、透镜板槽架5和震动透镜板6,底座、灯珠板、反光板、灯盖、透镜板槽架和震动透镜板为塑料注塑成型,灯珠板4的前部面上设有LED灯珠,灯珠板设在底座的长方形的底座槽22内,背板与底座后部面连接,灯盖设在最前端与底座前部面连接,所述的透镜板槽架5为矩形框架,其上端设有开口,即长方形框没上部框,矩形框架的下端的内侧设有倾斜的反光板插槽51,反光板的反光面与灯珠板面的夹角在45度夹角左右,透镜板槽架的左右两端的内侧设有竖向的插槽52,透镜板槽架后面上部与底座超声波焊接,并压住灯珠板4,灯盖为向前凸出拱形,拱形内侧构成空腔容纳透镜板槽架5和震动透镜板6,灯盖的侧框后端与底板超声波焊接,透镜板槽架和震动透镜板设在灯盖内侧所形成的空间内。所述的震动透镜板6为长方形透明板,长方形透明板左右两端设在透镜板槽架的插槽52中,长方形透明板的前部面上均布有凸透镜62,震动透镜板上端设有两个弹簧连接扣,弹簧61为拉伸弹簧,弹簧连接扣连接两个弹簧的下端,两个弹簧的上端与底座弹簧连接柱21挂接并且震动透镜板下端在弹簧拉扯的作用下悬空,工作时震动透镜板由汽车自身震动在弹簧61作用下带动震动透镜板上下震动。
如图7所示,为震动透镜板另一实施例的立体示意图。该实施例是在震动透镜板的长方形透明板上只设置一组横向的柱镜,柱镜是凸透镜的一种变形,在上下晃动下同样能达到光线忽明忽暗的闪动。汽车侧灯的灯光强度不高,光线忽明忽暗的闪动不会带来刺眼的效果,只能更加引起人们的注意力的集中,从而引起人们警觉。

1.一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯,包括:背板(1)、底座(2)、灯珠板(4)、反光板(7)、灯盖(3),灯珠板的前部面上设有LED灯珠,灯珠板设在底座的底座槽(22)内,背板与底座后部面连接,灯盖与底座前部面连接,其特征在于:还包括透镜板槽架(5)和震动透镜板(6),
所述的透镜板槽架(5)为矩形框架,其上端为开口,其下端的内侧设有倾斜的发光板插槽(51),左右两端的内侧设有竖向的插槽(52),透镜板槽架后部面的上部与底座超声波焊接;
所述的震动透镜板(6)为长方形透明板,长方形透明板左右两端设在透镜板槽架的插槽(52)中并沿槽上下活动,长方形透明板的前部面上均布有凸透镜(62),震动透镜板上端设有两个弹簧连接扣,弹簧连接扣连接两个弹簧的下端,两个弹簧的上端与底座上的弹簧连接柱挂接,并且震动透镜板的下端在弹簧吊挂的作用下悬空,工作时震动透镜板由汽车自身震动在弹簧作用下带动震动透镜板上下震动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光线明暗闪动照地的汽车侧灯,其特征在于:所述的透镜为凸透镜或横向柱镜的其中一种。
