Abstract
The invention discloses a verticality control system for steel pipe pile sinking, which comprises a measuring device and an adjusting device. The measuring device comprises two portable inclinometers, a signal receiver and a computer; each portable inclinometer comprises a host, an inclination sensor, a communication module, a power supply module and a suction electromagnet, wherein the inclination sensor, the communication module and the power supply module are arranged in the host, and the suction electromagnet is arranged on the outer surface of the host; the main machines of the two portable inclinometers are respectively attached to the outer wall of the steel pipe pile in a 90-degree manner through the suction electromagnets; the signal receiver receives a measurement data signal sent by the inclination sensor and uploads the measurement data signal to the computer in real time; and the computer is provided with verticality measurement software which receives the signals uploaded by the signal receiver and obtains the inclination angle of the steel pipe pile after calculation. The adjusting device comprises eight jacks arranged on the steel pipe pile positioning platform. The verticality control system for the steel pipe pile in pile sinking has the advantages of convenience in use, simplicity in operation, visual display and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a verticality control system for steel pipe pile sinking.
Background
The requirements on pile driving equipment, ships, pile sinking positioning, inclination and the like are high when the steel pipe pile is sunk. The monitoring of the verticality and the change value of the steel pipe pile in the pile sinking process is directly related to the safety of wind power engineering. At present, when a steel pipe pile is sunk, one total station is erected on an extension line at the side of the pile, the other total station is arranged at 90 degrees, the two total stations are respectively fixed on a positioning platform through a support, and the top of the two total stations is leveled by a horizontal ruler during fixing; in the stage of sinking the steel pipe pile into the soil by self weight, observing once every 1m of sinking, and adjusting in time when exceeding the requirement, wherein the observation method is that a total station is aligned to the bottom edge of the pile at one side in the direction of 0 degrees, the total station is rotated clockwise to respectively observe the bottom edge of the pile at the other side and the angles of the two sides of the pile top, and the perpendicularity of the anchor pile is calculated according to the actually measured angle and the height of the anchor pile; and erecting two total stations in the other two directions of the anchor pile, and actually measuring the verticality of the anchor pile. The method is single, difficult in precision control, high in requirements on field conditions and technical requirements of measuring personnel, and incapable of all-weather measurement.

the adjusting device comprises eight jacks arranged on the steel pipe pile positioning platform.
In the perpendicularity control system during pile sinking of the steel pipe pile, the communication module on the portable inclinometer is a 985 spread spectrum communication module; the suction force of the suction force electromagnet is 80 KG.

According to the verticality control system during pile sinking of the steel pipe pile, when the steel pipe pile is sunk, the signal receiver 12 is connected with the computer 13, the verticality measuring software on the computer 13 is opened, then the two inclinometer main machines 111 are vertically leaned on the outer wall of the steel pipe pile 30, the power supply of the inclinometer is turned on, the inclinometer main machines 111 are automatically adsorbed on the steel pipe pile 30, and the verticality measuring software is turned on to display the real-time inclination angle of the steel pipe pile.
