2、落料:设计制作专用落料模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已剪下的左、右工件条料同时进行落料加工;
3、成形:设计制作专用成形模具,在冲床或液压机上,对左、右工件进行同时成形加工;
4、分离:设计制作专用切断模具,在冲床或液压机上将左、右件切断分离;
5、冲孔、冲缺口:设计制作专用冲孔、冲缺口模具,在冲床或液压机上分别在左、右工件上冲制安装孔、螺栓孔和缺口;
6、去毛刺:将左、右工件分别放入滚砂机或抛丸机内进行去毛刺加工。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,产品形状和尺寸一致性好,合格率高,生产效率高、成本低,操作简便、安全,能很好的满足后工序的焊接加工,占用设备、场地及模具少,材料利用率高,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方案
