背景技术
汽车下横臂衬板为中心对称的左、右件,常规的生产方式是采用简易模具生产,左、右件分别需要各自设计制作模具,手工成形,存在产品形状、尺寸不一致,质量不稳定,影响后工序零件的配合和焊接质量,且操作繁琐,生产效率低、成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种产品形状、尺寸一致性好,质量稳定、可靠,操作简便,生产效率高、成本低的下横臂衬板生产工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1、下料:将根据工件左、右件的展开尺寸,计算下料尺寸,在剪板机上,将板料剪成条料;
2、冲裁、落料:设计制作专用冲裁、落料模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已剪切成条料进行冲裁、落料加工;
3、弯曲成形:设计制作专用弯曲成形模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已冲裁、落料的工件半成品进行弯曲成形加工;
4、冲孔:设计制作专用冲孔模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经弯曲成形的工件进行冲孔加工;
5、去毛刺:将工件装入抛丸机或滚砂机内进行去毛刺处理。
本发明由于采用以上加工方法,将工件的左、右件在同一套模具上生产,生产模具、设备投入少,材料利用率高,产品形状、尺寸一致性好,质量稳定、可靠,操作简便,生产效率高、成本低,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式

(2)、冲裁、落料:设计制作专用冲裁、落料模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已剪切成条料进行冲裁、落料加工;
(3)、弯曲成形:设计制作专用弯曲成形模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已冲裁、落料的工件半成品进行弯曲成形加工;
(4)、冲孔:设计制作专用冲孔模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经弯曲成形的工件进行冲孔加工;
(5)、去毛刺:将工件装入抛丸机或滚砂机内进行去毛刺处理。
