Description

A Chinese medicinal composition for treating cholelithiasis, nephrolithiasis, and vesical calculus, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating gallstones, kidney stones and bladder stones and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gallstones are common diseases of biliary systems, and the incidence rate of gallstones in China can reach 7-12% with the age, which is common in clinic. Gallstone diseases are complicated in cause and pathogenesis, and the gallstones are divided into peribiliary involutes 37241, cholechromic stones, uric acid stones, oxalic acid stones, gallstones, extravasated blood stones, sputum nucleus stones, gallbladder obstruction stones, gallbladder stagnation stones, metabolic stones, sandstone stones and the like in traditional Chinese medicine.
The stimulation of factors such as diet disorder, cold and warm discomfort, emotional injury and the like can cause the liver and gallbladder of a person to lose regulation and catharsis, so that damp-heat is generated in the body and the qi activity is not smooth; decocting bile into stone for a long time; the further development of cholelithiasis due to retention of damp-heat may cause toxic heat in the body, yellow skin by toxic heat or fumigation, or deep-seated nutrient-blood syncope, causing systemic critical symptoms.
The occurrence of gallstones is related to factors such as individual differences, self-response, medication, disease, environment, diet of patients, and the like. The treatment of gallstones is also carried out according to specific causes, and the treatment effect can be optimal.
The common treatment for gallstones is lithotripsy, but the cause of the gallstones is not removed by the treatment, so that the recurrence of the gallstones is not surprising. The problem of unclean calculus can occur due to the addition of surgery and calculus crushing, and the diet remained in the body is also the main reason of relapse. Gradually grow larger over time, resulting in relapse. The invention explains and treats gallstones, kidney stones and bladder stones from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to reduce pain of stone patients.
