Abstract
The invention provides a reinforced wallboard combined core mold tool and a forming process method thereof. The tool consists of a metal positioning block (1), an expanded rubber core mold (2), a metal section (3) and a thin plate (4); the metal positioning blocks (1) are of a cubic structure and are arranged at intervals along the T-shaped long purlin (5); a thin plate (4) is arranged between every two adjacent metal positioning blocks (1); a pair of metal profiles (3) is placed on the thin plate (4), and an expanded rubber core mold (2) is filled between the pair of metal profiles (3). The process method comprises the steps of combining a skin (6) and a T-shaped stringer (5), laying a metal positioning block (1), laying a thin plate (4), laying a metal section (3) and an expanded rubber core mold (2), sealing by using a vacuum bag, vacuumizing, curing and forming and the like. According to the tooling and the process flow, the T-shaped stringer (5) is high in positioning accuracy, uniform in pressure on the vertical side, simple in tooling structure assembly, good in overall stability and high in rigidity of a processed product and not prone to distortion.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of processing tools, and particularly relates to a reinforced wallboard combined core mold tool and a forming process method thereof, which are used for forming a composite material skin/T-shaped stringer integrated structure.
Background
The composite material skin/T-shaped stringer integrated structure means that the skin and the T-shaped stringer structure are integrated, a typical T-shaped stringer structure with flanges is cancelled, and the structure is characterized in that the T-shaped stringer only has a vertical edge and does not have flanges. The reinforced integral wall plate structure has the advantages that: the product has good integral stability and high rigidity, and is not easy to generate distortion.
The T-shaped stringer and the skin of the wallboard are of an integrated structure, and in the process of curing and forming, the main forming technical difficulty is to ensure that each rib and the skin of the wallboard are simultaneously pressed. How to design the forming die structure to ensure the uniform pressure transmission during pressurization is very important. Therefore, if the part is not stressed or is stressed unevenly, quality defects such as layering, looseness, thickness super-difference and the like are easily generated.

The metal positioning blocks are of a cubic structure, are arranged at intervals along the T-shaped stringer and play roles in edge positioning and skin compaction; a thin plate is arranged between every two adjacent metal positioning blocks, a pair of metal sections are arranged on the thin plate, and an expansion rubber core mold is filled between the pair of metal sections.
