Description

Astaxanthin oil liposome composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to an astaxanthin lipid liposome composition and application thereof.
Background
ROS (reactive oxygen species) are the core cause of skin photodamage, and can cause oxidative damage to intracellular proteins, nucleic acids and the like; matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs) are the very potent drugs that cause wrinkles, and MMPs can continuously damage collagen and elastin in the dermis, severely hampering the skin repair mechanism, causing uneven collapse of the epidermis, and forming wrinkles.
Astaxanthin, a carotenoid with the chemical name of 3,3' -dihydroxy-4, 4' -diketo-beta, beta ' -carotene, is a terpene-based unsaturated compound and is the highest-grade product of carotenoid synthesis. Astaxanthin is the most powerful antioxidant found in humans today. The astaxanthin has the capacity of scavenging free radicals which is 10 times that of lycopene, 100 times that of beta-carotene, 200 times that of lutein, 320 times that of tea polyphenol, 700 times that of anthocyanin, 1000 times that of vitamin E and 6000 times that of vitamin C. Astaxanthin has remarkable effects in scavenging free radicals, resisting oxidation, regulating matrix metalloproteinase, delaying aging, protecting cells, preventing ultraviolet irradiation, controlling inflammation, improving immunity, etc.
However, astaxanthin is a fat-soluble component, and is not easily taken into the skin, and it is difficult for astaxanthin to exert its intended effect.

Based on the principle that the surfactant is divided into hydrophilic surfactant (HLB is more than 10) and lipophilic surfactant (HLB is less than 10) according to the limit that the hydrophilic-lipophilic value is 10, the invention also ensures that the preparation raw materials are not lost or are lost as little as possible in the preparation process so as to ensure that the preparation raw materials exert the application functionality.
In the present invention, the preparation method of the cosmetic preferably comprises the steps of:
1) mixing a C component capable of stably existing in an aqueous solution at a temperature of 60-85 ℃, a processing property modifier capable of stably existing in an aqueous solution at a temperature of 60-85 ℃, a hydrophilic surfactant, polyol and part of water, and performing bus sterilization at a temperature of 60-85 ℃ for 30min to obtain a first mixture;
2) mixing the astaxanthin solution, phospholipid compound and/or sterol to obtain mixture containing astaxanthin oil;
3) mixing the lipophilic C component, the lipophilic processing property modifier and the lipophilic surfactant, mixing with a mixture containing astaxanthin oil, and performing bus sterilization at the temperature of 60-85 ℃ to obtain a second mixture;
4) mixing hydrophilic surfactant with water, stirring for emulsifying, and pasteurizing at 80 deg.C for 30min to obtain emulsifier;
5) mixing a C component which is unstable in a water phase at a temperature of 60-85 ℃, a processing property modifier which is unstable in the water phase at a temperature of 60-85 ℃, a hydrophilic surfactant and part of water at 45 ℃ to obtain a third mixture for later use;
6) stirring the first mixture in a vacuum pan to remove oxygen, slowly adding the second mixture for 3 hours, and then adding an emulsifier; adding the third mixture at 45 deg.C, stirring, standing for 30min, detecting according to production standard, and packaging to obtain astaxanthin oil liposome cosmetic.
In the invention, the cosmetic containing the astaxanthin oil liposome composition permeates skin in a process of (1) the transdermal absorption of liposome is realized by increasing the humidification and hydration of stratum corneum, the transdermal penetration of the medicine wrapped by the liposome is obviously influenced by the amounts of phospholipid component and cholesterol in the liposome, and the closer the polarity of lipid in the prescription is to the skin, the more favorable the medicine penetrates the stratum corneum. (2) The arrangement of the hydrophobic tail parts in the two layers of the horny cell is disordered by changing the structure of the horny cell, and the components enter the intercellular substance through the diffusion and other actions. The mobile unsaturated Phospholipids (PC) greatly enhance the fluidity of stratum corneum lipids. The stratum corneum lipid fluidity is enhanced, and the functional ingredients can be remarkably promoted to enter the stratum corneum of the skin. (3) The liposome forms a reservoir of effective components in epidermis and dermis, and is slowly released to improve skin for a long time (as shown in figure 2).
The astaxanthin lipid liposome composition and the use thereof according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
