Abstract
The invention relates to a reversing valve group for an open type vibration system of a road roller, wherein a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve, an adjustable overflow valve, a sequence valve, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve and an electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve are arranged in a valve block; the valve block is provided with P, T, A, B ports, wherein the P port is connected with a pumping pressure oil port, the T port is connected with an oil tank, and the A port and the B port are respectively connected with a working oil port of the gear motor; the four-way electromagnetic reversing valve comprises an A1 port, a B1 port, a P1 port, a T1 port and a T port, wherein the A1 port is connected with the A port, the B1 port is connected with the B port, the P1 port is connected with the P port, and the T1 port is connected with the T port; the first one-way valve is connected with the port A, the second one-way valve is connected with the port B, the first one-way valve and the second one-way valve are connected and connected with the port P2 of the sequence valve, and the port T2 of the sequence 4 is connected with the port T; the P2 port of the sequence valve is also connected with an electromagnetic reversing double-position stop valve, and the electromagnetic reversing double-position stop valve is connected with a T port. Technical Field

Background
In the road surface machinery industry at present, for small-size vibratory roller or special vibratory roller, the vibration system generally adopts an open gear pump motor, so that the cost is low, the maintenance is simple, but because of being a common gear pump motor, the rotation direction of the gear motor can not be changed to achieve the free switching of large vibration/small vibration/stop vibration like a closed system.

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the reversing valve group for the open type vibration system of the road roller, which meets all functions of the original conventional vibration valve, realizes whether the motor rotates or not and drives the vibration wheel to vibrate; meanwhile, the power can be changed through the reversing valve group, the flowing direction of oil is switched, and the rotating direction of the motor is changed, so that the other working mode of the vibrating wheel is realized.

the reversing valve group for the road roller open type vibration system is provided with a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve, an adjustable overflow valve, a sequence valve, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve and an electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve; the valve block is provided with four ports P, T, A, B, wherein the port P is connected with a pumping pressure oil port, the port T is connected with an oil tank, and the port A and the port B are respectively connected with working oil ports of the gear motor;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the start and stop of the gear motor are independently controlled by the stop valve, the start time is fastest within the element capacity range, and the stop time can be automatically adjusted according to requirements.
2. The invention changes the rotation direction of the motor in the open system by controlling the electromagnetic valve to be powered off.
3. The flow direction of the invention is independently controlled by the reversing valve, and meanwhile, the reversing valve can directly select an electric signal to control the direct-acting reversing valve without complex precise oil ways such as pilot pressure and valve groups as the reversing valve is not directly used under the condition of load, thereby simplifying the scheme.
4. The motor of the invention rotates in two directions and has pressure protection of the overflow valve, and shares one overflow valve, thereby having convenient setting and lower cost.
5. The overflow pressure of the main oil way is set by the secondary small-flow overflow valve, so that the cost is low and the volume is small.
6. The vibration system used in the invention has rapid vibration starting and vibration stopping time which can be adjusted to proper time through the stop valve.

An A1 port (a first oil outlet) of the four-way electromagnetic reversing valve 2 is connected with the A port, a B1 port (a second oil outlet) is connected with the B port, a P1 port (an oil inlet) is connected with the P port, and a T1 port (an oil return port) is connected with the T port;
The first one-way valve 5.1 is connected with the port A, the second one-way valve 5.2 is connected with the port B, the first one-way valve 5.1 and the second one-way valve 5.2 are connected and connected with the port P2 (oil inlet) of the sequence valve 4, and the port T2 (oil return port) of the sequence valve 4 is connected with the port T;

Working principle:
When the gear motor is not needed to work, the stop valve 6 is not electrified, so that the pressure of a pilot oil way above the sequence valve is zero; at the moment, the reversing valve 2 is electrified or not, pressure oil flowing through the gear pump flows back to the oil tank through the reversing valve 2, the one-way valve 5, the sequence valve 4 and the port T, at the moment, the motor does not rotate, and the vibrating wheel does not work.
When the stop valve 6 is powered on, the pressure of a pilot oil way of the sequence valve is increased, and oil from the P port cannot flow to an oil tank through a main oil way of the sequence valve 4;
If the reversing valve 2 is not electrified, the oil in the P port flows through the oil port B1 from the oil port 3 of the reversing valve, flows to the gear motor through the oil port B of the valve group, drives the motor to rotate in one direction, and flows to the oil tank from the oil port A of the valve group to the oil port A1 of the reversing valve 2 to the oil port T1 of the reversing valve 2 to the port T;
At this time, if the reversing valve 2 is powered on, the oil in port P flows from the oil port P1 of the reversing valve to the oil port A1, then flows to the gear motor through the oil port a of the valve group, and drives the motor to rotate in the other direction; the oil flows to the oil tank according to the valve group oil port B, the oil port B1 of the reversing valve 2, the oil port T1 of the reversing valve 2 and the port T.
The valve set can be used for vibration reversing amplitude modulation of an open vibratory roller, and can also be used for reversing in an open system to serve other functions.
The valve group realizes forward rotation, reverse rotation and stop of the motor in the open system, realizes reasonable reversing of the motor in the open system, and has the advantages of simple scheme, high cost performance and small volume. The turning direction of a motor in an open system is changed by controlling the electromagnetic valve to be powered off; the motor is accelerated at a maximum speed, and the motor speed is adjustable; the overflow pressure of the main oil way is set by a secondary small-flow overflow valve, so that the cost is low and the volume is small. The stop valve is used for controlling the start and stop of the motor, and even if the motor is used in a large-flow system, the reversing valve can be controlled by direct electrical signals, pilot oil pressure is not needed for controlling reversing, and the scheme is simplified.
