背景技术
世界花卉消费每年以10%的速度增长。世界花卉消费额为400亿欧元,其中鲜切花为300亿欧元。在鲜切花出口贸易中,荷兰一直是最大的出13商,占全世界鲜切花出口60%,荷兰全国现有7个花卉拍卖市场,荷兰鲜切花出口至少有43%是通过阿斯米尔拍卖市场来完成田。阿斯米尔拍卖市场是目前世界上最大的花卉交易市场,共有51个国家向市场供货;市场会员(种植户)有7000户,占地面积100万平方米,每天有55000笔交易成交,市场通过其物流***将花卉出口至多个国家。
我国是鲜花大国,但我国鲜花运输物流技术落后,保鲜设备不够先进,按照鲜花运输的标准,鲜花要放在有温控设备的集装箱内运输,这就需要很高的运输成本,所以目前,为了节约经费,有些货主会把鲜花直接装在敞开的卡车上运输,花当菜运,而且高标准物流中的保鲜、保温设备在这里只是塑料布、泡沫板和装着冰的可乐瓶子。这样就造成了鲜花在物流环节的巨大损失,严重影响了鲜切花运到终点的品质,提高运输装置保鲜效果的同时降低成本,是鲜花运输汇总急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种适用于长途运输的全自动园艺装置,结构简单、保温保湿、提供营养、拆装方便,可实现鲜花、园艺用花草的长途运输。

进一步地,所述全自动园艺装置包括搬运箱主体、搬运架、缓冲层和搬运箱盖,所述搬运箱盖上设置有自动保鲜装置,所述搬运架与搬运箱主体连接,所述搬运架上设置有手提孔,所述搬运箱主体内自上而下设置有缓释层和植物层,所述缓释层上层为液体缓释层,下层为U形塑料底板,所述U形塑料底板与缓释管连接,液体可通过缓释层经由缓释管进入植物层,所述植物层被分割为三层,中间设置有可拆卸挡板,所述可拆卸挡板上设置有透气孔,所述缓释管进入每层植物层的部分开有圆孔以便于液体流出,所述搬运箱盖上均匀设置有自动保鲜装置,自动保鲜装置内装有鲜花保鲜剂,所述自动保鲜装置包括自动喷淋装置,每隔两小时自动喷淋10ml液体,所述缓冲层为泡沫缓冲层,所述泡沫缓冲层厚10cm,能够缓冲搬运或运输过程中鲜花的物理损伤,所述缓冲层中设置有保温装置,保温装置中设置有微量保温材料,与氧气接触后会释放热量,所述缓冲层上端还包括若干平行设置的固定条,在所述搬运箱的底部设置有数条可卡合在所述固定条上的卡槽,所述搬运箱主体采用轻质PVC材料制成。

所述的鲜花保鲜剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将水加热到50℃,加入苯甲酸、硫代硫酸铵、蔗糖、葡萄糖、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、碳酸氢钠、乙酸钙、山梨酸钾,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为60转/分钟,搅拌时间为30分钟;
步骤二、将乙氧基喹啉,双乙酸钠,硫酸铝钾,硫酸铝铵,抗坏血酸,6-苄氨基腺嘌呤,水杨酸,氯霉素,乙醇加入到步骤1得到的混合液中搅拌,搅拌速度为30转/分钟,温度为25℃,搅拌2小时后降至室温。

1.一种用于长途运输的全自动园艺装置,其特征在于,所述全自动园艺装置包括自动保鲜装置所述全自动园艺装置包括搬运箱主体、搬运架、缓冲层和搬运箱盖,所述搬运箱盖上设置有自动保鲜装置,所述搬运架与搬运箱主体连接,所述搬运架上设置有手提孔,所述搬运箱主体内自上而下设置有缓释层和植物层,所述缓释层上层为液体缓释层,下层为U形塑料底板,所述U形塑料底板与缓释管连接,液体可通过缓释层经由缓释管进入植物层,所述植物层被分割为三层,中间设置有可拆卸挡板,所述可拆卸挡板上设置有透气孔,所述缓释管进入每层植物层的部分开有圆孔以便于液体流出,所述搬运箱盖上均匀设置有自动保鲜装置,自动保鲜装置内装有鲜花保鲜剂,所述自动保鲜装置包括自动喷淋装置,每隔两小时自动喷淋10ml液体,所述缓冲层为泡沫缓冲层,所述泡沫缓冲层厚10cm,能够缓冲搬运或运输过程中鲜花的物理损伤,所述缓冲层中设置有保温装置,保温装置中设置有微量保温材料,与氧气接触后会释放热量,所述缓冲层上端还包括若干平行设置的固定条,在所述搬运箱的底部设置有数条可卡合在所述固定条上的卡槽,所述搬运箱主体采用轻质PVC材料制成,所述鲜花保鲜剂包括苯甲酸,硫代硫酸 铵,丁基羟基茴香醚,二丁基羟基甲苯,碳酸氢钠,乙氧基喹啉,山梨酸钾,双乙酸钠,乙酸 钙,葡萄糖、蔗糖、硫酸铝钾、硫酸铝铵,抗坏血酸,6-苄氨基腺嘌呤,水杨酸,氯霉素,所述的鲜花保鲜剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,将水加热到50℃加入苯甲酸、硫代硫酸铵、蔗糖、葡萄糖、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、碳酸氢钠、乙酸钙、山梨酸钾,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为60转每分钟,搅拌时间为30分钟;步骤二、将乙氧基喹啉、双乙酸钠、硫酸铝钾、硫酸铝铵、抗坏血酸、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤,水杨酸,氯霉素、乙醇加入到步骤一得到的混合液中搅拌,搅拌速度为30转每分钟,温度为25℃,搅拌2小时后降至室温。
2.根据权利要求1所述园艺装置,其特征在于,所述液体缓冲层的制作材料为海绵,海绵厚度为6cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述园艺装置,其特征在于,所述缓释管的数量为三个。
