Abstract
The invention provides a pallet, which comprises two parallel square bars and at least one middle square bar arranged between the two parallel square bars and parallel to the two parallel square bars; uniformly distributing plates between the two parallel square bars to form an upper supporting surface and a lower supporting surface of the pallet; and four corners of the upper supporting surface and the lower supporting surface are respectively fastened by adopting reinforcing steel bars. According to the invention, on the basis of a common wooden pallet, reinforcing steel bars are adopted to replace traditional wooden screws or iron nails, and the upper and lower transverse plates which are the most adjacent sides of the pallet are structurally improved, so that the problem of pallet looseness caused by the pallet edge picking of the forklift is thoroughly solved, the maintenance rate of the pallet is reduced by about 70%, the average service life is prolonged by more than half, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects on improving the utilization rate are achieved.

Technical Field

Background
The pallet is usually made of wood, so the pallet is also called as a wood pallet, and the wood pallet is a goods final carrier commonly used in wharfs and freight transportation industries and is an essential tool for a forklift to transport goods in a field and for checking the goods in cooperation with customs.
At present, a wood pallet is formed by splicing a bottom layer plate and an upper layer wood plate, and a space for inserting fork teeth of a forklift is reserved between the two layers of wood plates, so that when goods are loaded on the pallet, the pallet and the goods on the pallet can be directly forked together by the forklift, and the wood pallet is a goods support commonly used in the wharf freight industry.
In addition to long-term damage and accidental impact damage of the pallet, the condition that a driver needs to slightly lift half of the front fork tooth by means of a small segment of front fork tooth and then take the pallet out by means of friction and then go deep into the fork tooth again is commonly caused when the driver lifts the side plate close to the fork tooth to pull the pallet out of the container with the goods or the fork tooth cannot completely enter the bottom of the pallet at a proper position due to small space. This operating condition is an unavoidable condition, with the result that the outermost bearing plate of the pallet is often subjected to excessive stress, causing the side plates of the pallet to be detached from the square wooden frames, resulting in the pallet being scrapped loose.
