In practical work, the feeding motor 83 and the feeding screw mandrel 831 are matched to drive the tool rest 81 to approach the pickup head 611, meanwhile, the driving motor 71 and the gear mechanism 72 drive the pickup spindle 61 to rotate, and the lifting motor 13 and the lifting screw mandrel 131 are matched to drive the lifting frame 11 and the mounting ring sleeve 100 on the pickup head 611 to slowly descend, so that comprehensive cutting of the outer circle of the mounting ring sleeve 100 is realized.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a discharging chute 514 is arranged on one side of the sliding frame 51, which is far away from the feeding motor 52, along the sliding direction, a discharging port of the discharging chute 514 is positioned on the side wall of the sliding frame 51, which is far away from the feeding motor 52 along the sliding direction, a closing plate 515 is sealed at the discharging port of the discharging chute 514, the closing plate 515 is hinged on the sliding frame 51, and the rotation axis of the closing plate 515 is horizontally vertical to the sliding direction of the sliding frame 51. The frame 1 is provided with a feeding channel 14 along the fixed mount on the side of the sliding frame 51 far away from the feeding motor 52, the feeding hole of the feeding channel 14 is located on the side near the discharging slideway 514, and one side of the feeding channel 14 extends towards the direction far away from the discharging slideway 514. A pushing frame 9 is fixed on the upper side of the feeding channel 14 of the machine frame 1, one side, close to the blanking slideway 514, of the pushing frame 9 is rotatably provided with a pushing wheel 91, and the lower side of the pushing wheel 91 is lower than the upper side of the closing plate 515.
After the installation ring sleeve 100 is cut off, the feeding motor 52 and the feeding screw rod 521 are matched to drive the sliding frame 51 to slide on the rack 1, so that the blanking slideway 514 is positioned right below the pickup head 611; then, the lifting motor 13 and the lifting screw 131 are matched to drive the lifting frame 11 to descend to be close to the blanking slideway 514, the driving electric cylinder 62 contracts the output shaft, and the picking head 611 loosens the mounting ring sleeve 100; then, the ring sleeves fall into the blanking slide ways 514 and are blocked in the blanking slide ways 514 by the closing plates 515; finally, the feeding motor 52 and the feeding screw rod 521 are matched to drive the sliding frame 51 to slide towards the feeding channel 14 on the frame 1, the upper side of the closing plate 515 is abutted against the pushing wheel 91, at the moment, the discharge hole of the discharging slideway 514 is opened, and the mounting ring sleeve 100 slides outwards through the feeding channel 14.

thirdly, when the positioning groove 511 and the mounting ring sleeve 100 are positioned right below the pickup head 611, the lifting cylinder 513 drives the lifting plate 512 and the mounting ring sleeve 100 on the lifting plate 512 to feed to the pickup head 611, and the mounting ring sleeve 100 is sleeved on the pickup head 611; at this time, the output shaft of the driving electric cylinder 62 pushes the expanding column 621 to move toward the picking head 611, and causes the tensioning block 612 of the picking head 611 to expand outward, so that the mounting collar 100 is tensioned on the picking head 611;
fourthly, the feeding motor 83 and the feeding screw mandrel 831 are matched to drive the tool rest 81 to approach the picking head 611, meanwhile, the driving motor 71 and the gear mechanism 72 drive the picking main shaft 61 to rotate, and the lifting motor 13 and the lifting screw mandrel 131 are matched to drive the lifting frame 11 and the mounting ring sleeve 100 on the picking head 611 to slowly descend, so that comprehensive cutting is carried out on the outer circle of the mounting ring sleeve 100;
fifthly, after the cutting of the outer circle of the installation ring sleeve 100 is finished, the feeding motor 52 and the feeding screw rod 521 are matched to drive the sliding frame 51 to slide on the rack 1, so that the blanking slideway 514 is positioned right below the picking head 611; then, the lifting motor 13 and the lifting screw 131 are matched to drive the lifting frame 11 to descend to be close to the blanking slideway 514, the driving electric cylinder 62 contracts the output shaft, and the picking head 611 loosens the mounting ring sleeve 100; then, the installation ring sleeve 100 falls into the blanking chute 514 and is blocked in the blanking chute 514 by the closing plate 515; finally, the feeding motor 52 and the feeding screw rod 521 are matched to drive the sliding frame 51 to slide towards the feeding channel 14 on the frame 1, the upper side of the closing plate 515 is abutted against the pushing wheel 91, at the moment, the discharge hole of the discharging slideway 514 is opened, and the mounting ring sleeve 100 slides outwards through the feeding channel 14.
