Technical Field
The invention relates to a convex hole die for the bottom of a storage box, in particular to a die for forming a flanging hole in the convex hole on the bottom of a large storage box by using a steel die.
Background
The storage tank of the aerospace vehicle is formed by processing multi-purpose aluminum alloy plates, and various flanging holes are required to be processed at the bottom of the storage tank for welding various pipeline conduits. The diameter of the bottom of the storage box is large, and the bottom of the storage box is formed by welding a plurality of parts. The flanging hole on the bottom of the storage box can only be formed into a single flanging hole on a single part by means of a tool before tailor-welding, and then the flanging hole is combined and tailor-welded into the bottom of the storage box. Although the original convex hole forming flanging hole is simple in process, and the tool required by operation is miniaturized and simplified, the relative position deviation among the flanging holes is large after the flanging holes are combined and welded into the bottom of the storage box, and the rejection rate is high due to the fact that the size precision is difficult to meet the requirement.
In recent years, new methods for forming the bottom of the storage tank are being developed successfully, such as a stretching forming method and a spinning forming method for the bottom of the storage tank, and a flanging hole for forming a convex hole on the bottom of the storage tank which is welded in a combined and spliced mode is receiving more and more attention. During the forming process of the bottom of the storage tank, the deformation of the plate is large, the plate generates a work hardening phenomenon, the strength is improved, the plasticity is reduced, and meanwhile, a plurality of dislocations and microcracks exist inside crystal grains, so that the flanging hole is formed by the convex hole on the bottom of the storage tank, the difficulty is very high, and the breakage rate of the convex hole reaches more than 80%.

The male die is used for flanging the initial hole of the blank. The female die is used for completing flanging and forming of the blank together with the male die. The function of the guide post: firstly, guiding and correcting. And secondly, the male die and the female die have consistent die gaps, and the flanging forming of the hole on the blank is ensured. The pressing male die is used for pressing the blank part on the molded surface of the female die.
