According to the acid adding device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first sealing element is welded on the outer wall of one end part of the acid adding channel, so that the connection with an external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline is favorably realized, the distance of the external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline extending into the acid adding channel of the acid adding device is limited, meanwhile, the sealing is realized, the adverse effect on materials in a high-pressure kettle is avoided, and the leakage of the concentrated sulfuric acid is also avoided; furthermore, the first connecting piece is movably arranged around the acid adding channel, when the external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline is required to add acid to the autoclave, the first connecting piece and the concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline are detachably connected, so that the external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline can be fixed, the acid adding process is facilitated, and the movable arrangement is also favorable for removing the connection with the concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline when the external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline is not required; the second connecting piece is movably arranged around the acid adding channel, when the high-pressure kettle needs to be added with acid, the second connecting piece is detachably connected with the mouth of the high-pressure kettle, the acid adding device can be fixed, the acid adding process is convenient to go forward, and the movable arrangement is also beneficial to removing the connection with the mouth of the high-pressure kettle when the high-pressure kettle does not need to be added with acid; the second sealing member welds in acidification passageway outer wall, accessible second sealing member is confirmed to add the acid device and is stretched into the length in the autoclave on the one hand, adopt the welded mode to avoid rocking and lead to the not hard up problem of second sealing member to appear because of adding the acid passageway on the one hand, and then can avoid the problem of sealed inefficacy, reduce the potential safety hazard, and can realize sealedly through the second sealing member, separate autoclave inner space and outside space, reduce the influence of external environment to material and reaction in the autoclave, also avoid the appearance of leakage problem. Therefore, the acid adding device is simple in structure, and the acid adding device is favorable for improving the sealing performance and the connection stability between the acid adding device and the pipe orifice of the external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline and the high-pressure kettle, so that the potential safety hazard of production is reduced, the system shutdown frequency is reduced, the economic loss is reduced, and meanwhile, the acid adding device is convenient to disassemble and maintain.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the acid adding apparatus further includes: a limiting member 600.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the limiting member 600 is welded to the outer wall of the acid adding passage 100 and located between the first connecting member 300 and the second connecting member 400, and is adapted to limit the moving range of the first connecting member and separate the first connecting member from the second connecting member. The inventor finds that the moving distance of the first connecting piece can be limited by arranging the limiting piece between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, meanwhile, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can be prevented from colliding, the abrasion of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is further reduced, and the connecting strength of the limiting piece and the acid adding channel is favorably improved by adopting a welding mode. It should be noted that the material of the limiting element is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the limiting element according to actual needs, for example, the limiting element may be a special material, such as a special material similar to the acid adding channel. The inventor finds that the welding process performance between the limiting piece and the acid adding channel is favorably met by keeping the material of the limiting piece and the material of the acid adding channel consistent. Further, the distance between the limiting member 600 and the first sealing member 200 is not particularly limited, and may be selected by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, the distance between the limiting member and the first sealing member may account for 35 to 55% of the distance between the second sealing member and the first sealing member. The inventor finds that the distance between the limiting part and the first sealing element is between the first connecting part and the second connecting part, the net distance between the limiting part and the first connecting part or the second connecting part can keep a clearance of 10mm, and the abrasion caused by frequent contact between the first connecting part or the second connecting part and the limiting part is avoided.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the acid adding apparatus further includes: a support member 700.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting member 700 is disposed around the outer wall of the acid adding passage 100, one end of the supporting member 700 is connected to the second sealing member 500 and is away from the second connecting member 400, and at least a portion of the supporting member 700 is connected to the outer wall of the acid adding passage 100 and is adapted to stabilize the acid adding passage and reduce the shaking of the acid adding apparatus. The inventor finds that, because the second sealing element is welded on the outer wall of the acid adding channel, the fixing effect of the supporting element on the acid adding channel is enhanced and the second sealing component can be firmly supported by connecting one end of the supporting element with the second sealing element. It should be noted that the connection manner of the supporting member and the second sealing member and the connection manner of the supporting member and the acid adding channel are not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select them according to the actual requirement, for example, one end of the supporting member can be welded to the second sealing member, and at least a portion of the supporting member can be welded to the outer wall of the acid adding channel. Therefore, the connection stability of the supporting piece and the second sealing piece and the connection stability of the supporting piece and the acid adding channel are improved, the stabilizing effect of the supporting piece on the acid adding channel is further improved, and the second sealing assembly is firmly supported. Further, the material of the supporting member is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the material according to actual needs, for example, the material may be a special material, such as a special material similar to the acid adding channel. The inventor finds that the material of the supporting piece is consistent with the material of the acid adding channel, the welding process performance between the supporting piece and the acid adding channel is favorably met, and the supporting piece is made of special materials, so that intercrystalline corrosion can be effectively prevented, and the service life of the supporting piece is favorably prolonged.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the supporting member is not particularly limited, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, referring to fig. 3, the supporting member 700 includes: a support portion 710 and a reinforcement portion 720. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the supporting portion 710 is disposed around the acid adding passage 100, one end of the supporting portion 710 is connected to the second sealing member 500 and is away from the second connecting member 400, and at least a portion of the supporting portion 710 is connected to an outer wall of the acid adding passage 100 and is adapted to stabilize the acid adding passage. The inventor finds that, because the second sealing element is welded on the outer wall of the acid adding channel, the fixing effect of the supporting part on the acid adding channel is enhanced and the second sealing component can be firmly supported by connecting one end of the supporting part with the second sealing element. It should be noted that the specific type of the supporting portion is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the supporting portion according to actual needs, for example, the supporting portion is a cross-shaped supporting portion, specifically, the cross-shaped supporting portion is composed of 4 components with the same shape and structure, and after the installation is completed, a gap is formed between the cross-shaped supporting portion and the acid adding passage, so that when the cross-shaped supporting portion is connected with the acid adding passage and the second sealing member by welding, the welding seam between the supporting portion and the acid adding passage and the second sealing member is favorably reduced, and when the reinforcing portion is also connected with the supporting portion by welding, the cross-shaped supporting portion is favorable for reducing the welding seam between the supporting portion and the reinforcing portion, further favorable for the welding seam stress of the acid adding device, and further prolonging the service life of the acid adding. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcement portion 720 is disposed around the support portion 710 and connected to at least a portion of the support portion 720, and is adapted to further stabilize the acid adding channel. The inventor finds that the reinforcing part is arranged outside the supporting part, so that the stabilizing effect of the whole supporting part on the acid adding channel is favorably improved, the service life of the acid adding device is further prolonged, and the second sealing assembly can be firmly supported. It should be noted that the specific shape of the reinforcement is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the reinforcement according to the specific shape of the support. Further, the connection mode between the reinforcing portion and the supporting portion is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the connection mode according to actual needs as long as the connection mode can enhance the stabilizing effect of the supporting portion on the acid adding channel and firmly support the second sealing assembly, for example, the reinforcing portion and the supporting portion can be connected by welding. From this, be favorable to improving the joint strength between reinforcement and the supporting part, avoid the reinforcement not hard up in the acidification device use.
In a further aspect of the invention, the invention proposes an autoclave, according to an embodiment of the invention, with reference to fig. 4, comprising: the cauldron body 800, add sour device and mounting 900.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the kettle body 800 is provided with the autoclave pipe orifice 801, and is suitable for fixing the acid adding device and facilitating the acid adding device to enter and exit the kettle body. The specific shape, material, structure, etc. of the kettle body are not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the shape, material, structure, etc. according to actual needs. And the shape and the structure of the mouth of the high-pressure kettle are not particularly limited, so long as the high-pressure kettle is matched with the acid adding device, the acid adding device is fixed, and the high-pressure kettle is sealed by matching with the acid adding device.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the acid adding device is the above-mentioned acid adding device, the second sealing member 500 is stopped against the mouth 801 of the autoclave to seal the autoclave, and the second connecting member 400 is connected with the mouth 801 of the autoclave and is adapted to add acid to the autoclave. The inventor finds that the high-pressure kettle adopts the acid adding device, the acid adding device is simple in structure, and the acid adding device is favorable for improving the sealing performance and the connection stability between the acid adding device and the pipe orifice of the high-pressure kettle as well as between the external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline and the high-pressure kettle, so that the potential safety hazard of production is reduced, the system shutdown frequency is reduced, the economic loss is reduced, meanwhile, the acid adding device is convenient to disassemble and maintain, and the cost of the acid adding device for the high-pressure kettle is reduced. It should be noted that the features and advantages of the acid adding device described above are also applicable to the autoclave, and are not described in detail.
According to the embodiment of the invention, one end of the fixing member 900 is connected with the inner wall of the kettle body 800, and the other end of the fixing member 900 is detachably connected with the outer wall of the acid adding channel 100 of the acid adding device, and is suitable for fixing the acid adding device, so that the shaking of the acid adding device is reduced, the fatigue damage of the acid adding device is further reduced, and the service life of the acid adding device is prolonged. The inventor finds that the high-pressure kettle is provided with the acid adding device, the acid adding device is favorable for improving the sealing performance and the connection stability between the acid adding device and an external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline and a high-pressure kettle pipe orifice, further, the production potential safety hazard of the high-pressure kettle is reduced, the system shutdown frequency is reduced, the economic loss is reduced, meanwhile, the acid adding device is simple in structure and convenient to maintain, the fixing piece is arranged in the high-pressure kettle to fix the acid adding device, the shaking amplitude of the acid adding device in the production process is favorably reduced, the fatigue damage to the acid adding device caused by the pulp disturbance in the high-pressure kettle is reduced, and the service life of the acid adding device is prolonged; furthermore, the fixing piece and the acid adding device are detachably connected, so that the acid adding device is convenient to detach and maintain. It should be noted that the number of the solid fixing members is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the solid fixing members according to actual needs, for example, the solid fixing members may be determined according to the length of the acid adding passage extending into the autoclave body, and for example, a plurality of fixing members may be included.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member 900 includes: a first mount 910 and a second mount 920. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first fixing member 910 has a covering portion 911, the covering portion 911 is detachably connected to the acidification passage 100, and at least a portion of the covering portion 911 covers the acidification passage 100 and is adapted to fix the acidification device. The inventor finds that by fixing the acid adding channel in a wrapping manner, on one hand, the fixation of the acid adding channel is facilitated, and on the other hand, excessive pressure on the acid adding channel can be avoided. It should be noted that the specific type and material of the first fixing member are not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art may select the first fixing member according to actual needs, for example, the first fixing member may be at least one selected from a hoop and a collet. Specifically, taking the hoop as an example, the hoop can be fastened on the outer wall of the acid adding channel through bolt connection. The first fixing piece can be made of titanium, so that corrosion of acid ore slurry in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment can be effectively prevented.
According to a specific example of the present invention, the distance from the longitudinal axis of the wrapping portion 911 to the end of the acid adding channel 100 far from the first seal member 200 in the horizontal direction is not particularly limited, and can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, not less than 300 and 400mm, such as not less than 300mm, 320mm, 340mm, 360mm, 380mm, and 400 mm. The inventor finds that the distance from the longitudinal axis of the wrapping part to the end part of the acid adding channel far away from the first sealing element is too small, so that the potential safety hazard that the acid adding channel falls off from the wrapping part and the potential corrosion hazard that concentrated sulfuric acid is in direct contact with the wrapping part exist; the distance from the longitudinal axis of the wrapping part to the end part of the acid adding channel far away from the first sealing element is too large, so that the acid adding channel is in a state that the acid adding channel is not further stabilized due to too long section, the acid adding channel can shake along with the disturbance of ore pulp, the fatigue damage is further generated, and the service life of the acid adding channel is shortened. Further, when a plurality of fixing members 900 are included, the distance between the longitudinal axes connecting the two wrapping portions 911 in the horizontal direction is not particularly limited, and can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, 400mm and 800mm, such as 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm and 800 mm. The inventor finds that the distance between the longitudinal axes of the two connected wrapping parts is not suitable to be too large, and the too large distance can cause the acid adding channel between the two connected wrapping parts to be too long, so that the acid adding channel shakes due to ore pulp disturbance, fatigue damage is generated, and the service life of the acid adding channel is shortened.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the second fixing member 920 is disposed at both sides of the acidification channel 100, and one end of the second fixing member 920 is connected to the inner wall of the kettle body 800, and the other end of the second fixing member 920 is connected to the end of the first fixing member 910, and is adapted to further fix the acidification channel. The inventor finds that the acid adding channel can be stably fixed by the second fixing piece and the first fixing piece due to the fact that one end of the second fixing piece is connected with the inner wall of the kettle body and the other end of the second fixing piece is connected with the end portion of the first fixing piece, the acid adding channel cannot shake along with disturbance of fluid media in the high-pressure kettle, fatigue damage of the acid adding device can be reduced, and meanwhile the problem of leakage caused by shaking of the acid adding channel can be avoided.
According to a specific example of the present invention, the connection manner of the second fixing element with the inner wall of the kettle body and the first fixing element is not particularly limited, and a person skilled in the art may select the connection manner according to actual needs, for example, one end of the second fixing element may be welded on the inner wall of the kettle body, and the end of the second fixing element and the end of the first fixing element may be connected by welding. Furthermore, the material of the second fixing element is not particularly limited, and for example, the second fixing element may be titanium, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of the acid ore slurry in the high-temperature and high-pressure environment. Further, when a plurality of fixing members are included, two adjacent second fixing members on the same side of the acid adding passage may be connected. From this, can make the second mounting more firm, and then improve the firm effect of second mounting to first mounting, and then improve the firm effect of mounting to the acidification passageway for the acidification passageway can not rock along with the disturbance of fluid medium in the autoclave, and then can reduce acidification device's fatigue damage, also can avoid the acidification passageway to rock the leakage problem that probably brings simultaneously. Further, the specific type of the second fixing member is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the second fixing member according to actual needs, such as a bracket. Furthermore, the arrangement mode of the second fixing pieces on the two sides of the acid adding channel is not particularly limited, and the technical personnel in the field can select the second fixing pieces according to actual needs, for example, the second fixing pieces can be symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the acid adding channel, so that the two ends of the first fixing pieces are stressed consistently, and the improvement of the stable strength of the fixing pieces on the acid adding channel is facilitated.
According to the high-pressure kettle provided by the embodiment of the invention, the acid adding device is adopted, the acid adding device is favorable for improving the sealing performance and the connection stability between the acid adding device and an external concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline as well as between the acid adding device and the orifice of the high-pressure kettle, the production potential safety hazard of the high-pressure kettle is further favorably reduced, the system shutdown frequency is reduced, the economic loss is reduced, meanwhile, the acid adding device is simple in structure and convenient to maintain, the fixing piece is arranged in the high-pressure kettle to fix the acid adding device, the shaking amplitude of the acid adding device in the production process is favorably reduced, the fatigue damage to the acid adding device caused by the pulp disturbance in the high-pressure kettle is reduced, and the; furthermore, the fixing piece and the acid adding device are detachably connected, so that the acid adding device is convenient to detach and maintain. Therefore, the autoclave adopts the acid adding device and the acid adding device fixing mode to realize continuous, stable, quick and safe acid adding operation of the autoclave pressure leaching process, the acid adding device is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and maintain, meanwhile, the service life of the acid adding device is more than 5 times that of the conventional acid adding device, only the acid adding device of the autoclave saves spare part cost for an enterprise every year and reaches more than 1000 RMB (the cost of yield loss caused by system shutdown is not included), and the production and operation cost of the enterprise is remarkably reduced.

In a nonferrous metallurgy project, laterite smelting adopts an autoclave as shown in figure 4 to carry out a pressure leaching process, and the autoclave comprises:

The medium in the high-pressure kettle is ore pulp with the concentration of 25-32 wt%, the working temperature of about 255 ℃, the working pressure of about 5.5MPa, the medium in the acid adding channel is 98 wt% concentrated sulfuric acid, the specific gravity of 1.83, the working pressure in the acid adding channel is 5.5MPa, and the working temperature is 255 ℃. By adopting the high-pressure kettle and the acid adding device, continuous, stable and quick acid adding operation of the high-pressure kettle can be realized, the service life of the acid adding device is long, the service life of the acid adding device is more than 5 times that of the existing acid adding device, long-period safe operation of equipment is ensured, the project operation cost is reduced, the design is completed to reach the production standard, only the acid adding device saves spare part cost for enterprises every year and reaches more than 1000 million RMB, and the effect is remarkable.

the first sealing element is welded on the outer wall of one end part of the acid adding channel and is suitable for stopping and sealing the concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline;
the first connecting piece is movably arranged around the acid adding channel, is positioned on one side of the first sealing piece and is suitable for fixing a concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline;
the second connecting piece is movably arranged around the acid adding channel, is positioned on one side of the first connecting piece away from the first sealing piece, and is suitable for being connected with a pipe orifice of the autoclave;
and the second sealing element is welded on the outer wall of the acid adding channel, is positioned on one side of the second connecting element far away from the first connecting element, and is suitable for stopping and sealing the mouth of the high-pressure kettle.
2. The acid adding apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
the limiting piece is welded on the outer wall of the acid adding channel and is positioned between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece;
optionally, the limiting piece is made of a special material;
optionally, the distance from the stopper to the first sealing member is 35-55% of the distance from the second sealing member to the first sealing member.
3. The acid adding apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by further comprising:
the supporting piece is arranged around the outer wall of the acid adding channel, one end of the supporting piece is connected with the second sealing piece and is far away from the second connecting piece, and at least one part of the supporting piece is connected with the outer wall of the acid adding channel;

optionally, the first connector and the second connector are both flanges;
optionally, the first seal and the second seal are both flange backing rings;
optionally, the distance from the second sealing element to the first sealing element accounts for 10-15% of the length of the acid adding channel.
7. An autoclave, comprising:
the kettle body is provided with a high-pressure kettle pipe orifice;
an acid adding device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the second sealing member abuts against the mouth of the autoclave so as to seal the autoclave, and the second connecting member is connected with the mouth of the autoclave;
the fixing piece, the one end of fixing piece with the internal wall of cauldron links to each other, the other end of fixing piece with add sour device add sour passageway outer wall detachably and connect.

9. The autoclave of claim 8, wherein one end of the second fixing piece is welded on the inner wall of the autoclave body, and the second fixing piece is connected with the end of the first fixing piece in a welding manner;
optionally, the second fixing pieces are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the acid adding channel;
optionally, in the horizontal direction, the distance from the longitudinal axis of the wrapping part to the end of the acid adding channel far away from the first sealing part is not less than 300-400 mm;
optionally, the first fixing piece is selected from at least one of a hoop and a collet;
optionally, the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are made of titanium.
10. The autoclave of claim 8, comprising a plurality of the fasteners;
optionally, the distance between the longitudinal axes of the two wrapping parts is 400mm and 800mm in the horizontal direction;
optionally, two adjacent second fixing pieces on the same side of the acid adding channel are connected.
