The springboard mechanism of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the steering wheel is larger than that of the fixed pulley, and the steering wheel and the fixed pulley are arranged on the same axis; the top end of the steering wheel is arranged at the same height as that of the fixed pulley, and the bottom end of the steering wheel is arranged at the same height as that of the opening of the motor shell.
