At present, common door inner panel structures are basically classified into two types: a solid door inner panel and a modular door inner panel. Referring to FIG. 1, a schematic view of a prior art door construction is shown; the two types of the inner door plates 6 both form a cavity with the outer door plate 1; supporting beam parts for supporting the door outer plate 1 are arranged in the cavity so as to enhance the dent resistance of the door outer plate 1; there is also provided glass 4 and a glass lifting device, an inner plate, etc.

The present invention first provides a door inner panel 6 for a vehicle door, referring to a schematic structural view of an example embodiment of the door inner panel 6 for a vehicle door of the present invention shown in fig. 2; the door inner panel 6 may include a door frame, an inner panel 64, and the like, the inner panel 64 is disposed in the door frame and recessed toward the door outer panel 1 side so that at least a portion of the inner panel 64 can be attached to the door outer panel 1 to support the door outer panel 1.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the door frame may include an annular inner plate 61, an annular outer plate 62, an annular connecting plate 63, and the like.
Specifically, the annular outer panel 62 may be provided in a closed loop shape, and a specific shape may be provided in a shape adapted to the door frame so that the annular outer panel 62 can be fitted to the door frame. The annular outer plate 62 is disposed substantially perpendicular to the inner plate 64, but is not connected to the inner plate 64. The annular outer plate 62 is sleeved outside the annular inner plate 61 and is arranged substantially opposite to the annular inner plate 61.
The inner annular plate 61 may be formed in a closed annular shape, and the inner annular plate 61 is connected to the inner plate 64 and bent to a side away from the door outer plate. In the present exemplary embodiment, the inner annular plate 61 is disposed substantially perpendicular to the inner plate 64, i.e., the angle of bend connection between the inner annular plate 61 and the inner plate 64 is substantially 90 degrees.
An annular connecting plate 63 is connected between the annular inner plate 61 and the annular outer plate 62, and the annular connecting plate 63 is positioned on the side of the annular inner plate 61 away from the inner plate 64, so that the inner plate 64 is recessed toward the door outer plate side relative to the door frame. The door frame is provided with a cross section perpendicular to the inner panel 64 in a substantially n-shape, and the door frame can increase the rigidity of the entire door inner panel 6. The ring-shaped outer panel 62 may be connected to the door outer panel 1 to form a closed structure on the exterior of the door.
Because the door inner panel 6 is a sheet metal stamping part, the joint of the annular inner panel 61 and the inner panel 64 is in smooth transition, namely the joint of the annular inner panel 61 and the inner panel 64 is provided with a round chamfer; the joint of the annular inner plate 61 and the annular connecting plate 63 is in smooth transition, namely the joint of the annular inner plate 61 and the annular connecting plate 63 is also provided with a round chamfer; the junction of the annular outer plate 62 and the annular connecting plate 63 is also in smooth transition, that is, the junction of the annular outer plate 62 and the annular connecting plate 63 is also provided with a round chamfer.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the inner panel 64 is located at the middle-lower portion of the door frame, a part of the space is reserved between the inner panel 64 and the upper portion of the door frame, the window of the door can be provided with the glass 4, a part of the space is also reserved between the inner panel 64 and the upper portion of the door frame, and a plurality of mounting holes for mounting the integrated inner panel 11 are provided on the periphery of the inner side of the door frame.
At least one reinforcement structure is provided on the inner panel 64. In the present exemplary embodiment, the reinforcing structures are elongated projections 65 and elongated recesses 66. Specifically, three elongated recesses 66 and two elongated protrusions 65 are provided on the inner plate 64, and the recesses 66 and the protrusions 65 are provided at intervals. The recessed portion 66 and the protruding portion 65 are both provided in a shape that is wider at one end and narrower at the other end, and the recessed portion 66 and the protruding portion 65 are both smoothly transitionally connected with the inner plate 64. Of course, the reinforcing structure may be provided with the protruding portion 65 and the recessed portion 66 in various shapes such as a circular truncated cone shape, an arc shape, and the like; only the projection 65 may be provided; it is also possible to provide only the recess 66.
The plurality of depressions 66 are substantially identical in construction, except for differing lengths or widths. The following description will be given taking one recess 66 as an example: the recess 66 may include a bottom wall and a side wall connecting the bottom wall and the inner plate 64. The bottom wall is arranged to be a strip shape with a wider end and a narrower end, the side walls are obliquely connected between the bottom wall and the inner plate 64, and the bottom wall and the side walls are also in smooth transition connection.
The plurality of tabs 65 are substantially identical in configuration, except for differing lengths or widths. The following description will be given taking one protrusion 65 as an example: the tab 65 may include a top wall, and a side wall connecting the top wall and the inner plate 64. The top wall is arranged into a strip shape with a wider end and a narrower end, the side walls are obliquely connected between the top wall and the inner plate 64, and the top wall and the side walls are also in smooth transition connection.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the plurality of recesses 66 and the plurality of protrusions 65 extend in the same direction, and each extend in the lateral direction. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that a plurality of depressions 66 and a plurality of protrusions 65 may also extend downwardly from the window side.
A plurality of window grooves 67 recessed toward the door outer panel 1 side are provided at the window edge of the inner panel 64. In the present exemplary embodiment, a plurality of window grooves 67 are arranged in a line at the window edge of the inner panel 64. The window groove 67 may be provided in a rectangular shape. The window recess 67 may also include a bottom wall and a side wall connecting the bottom wall and the inner plate 64. The window groove 67 extends to the edge of the inner plate 64 such that one side of the window groove 67 has no side wall.
Further, the present invention also provides a vehicle door, which may include an outer door panel 1, an inner door panel 6, and the like, with reference to the schematic structural view of an exemplary embodiment of the vehicle door of the present invention shown in fig. 3. The door outer plate 1 is attached to the door frame of the door inner plate 6. The specific structure of the door inner panel 6 has been described in detail above, and therefore, will not be described in detail here.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the door outer panel 1 is provided in a shape that conforms to the door frame. The door outer panel 1 may be a sheet metal stamping.
The door may further comprise a first connection portion 7, and the first connection portion 7 may be used to bond at least part of the inner panel 64 to the door outer panel 1 to attach at least part of the inner panel 64 to the door outer panel 1. In the present exemplary embodiment, the first connecting portion 7 is bonded between the elongated recessed portion 66 on the inner panel 64 and the door outer panel 1. The first connecting portion 7 may be an expandable rubber, which is an expandable tape or sheet for automobiles using synthetic rubber and resin as a base material. Has excellent oil surface adhesion, operability, high expansion rate, filling property, elasticity and good adhesion. The inner panel 64 is bonded to the door outer panel 1 by the first connecting portion 7, thereby further improving the strength of the door outer panel 1. Of course, in the case where the recess 66 is not provided on the inner panel 64, the first connecting portion 7 may be located anywhere between the inner panel 64 and the door outer panel 1 as long as the mounting of the remaining components is not affected.
In the case where a plurality of window grooves 67 recessed toward the door outer panel 1 side are provided at the window edge of the inner panel 64, as shown in fig. 5, the door may further include a second connection portion 8, and the second connection portion 8 may be used to bond the window grooves 67 and the door outer panel 1. The window groove 67 is bonded to the door outer panel 1 by the second connecting portion 8, and the strength of the window edge of the door outer panel 1 is further improved. Of course, in the case where the window groove 67 is not provided on the inner panel 64, the second connecting portion 8 may be located between the window edge of the inner panel 64 and the window edge of the door outer panel 1.
In the present exemplary embodiment, a door lock is attached to a side where the door opens and closes with the vehicle body, and the door lock is attached to a side where the door frame opens and closes with the vehicle body. The door may further include a door-lock reinforcing plate 9, as shown in fig. 4, and the door-lock reinforcing plate 9 may be provided in the door frame at a position where the door lock is installed, and thus, the length of the door-lock reinforcing plate 9 is short. The door lock reinforcing plate 9 can be attached to the door frame to increase the strength of the door frame and enable the installed door lock to be firm. The sectional shape of the door lock reinforcing plate 9 is basically consistent with that of the door frame, and the door lock reinforcing plate can be arranged in an n shape, one side, close to the inner plate 64, of the door lock reinforcing plate 9 is also connected with a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is attached to the inner plate 64 so as to increase the installation strength of the door lock reinforcing plate 9.
In the present exemplary embodiment, a hinge is installed at a side of the door connected to the vehicle body, and the hinge is installed at a side of the door frame connected to the vehicle body, generally, an opposite side of the door lock. The door may further include a hinge reinforcement plate 10, and the hinge reinforcement plate 10 may be provided at a position where the hinge is installed in the door frame, so that the length of the hinge reinforcement plate 10 is short. The hinge reinforcing plate 10 can be attached to the door frame to increase the strength of the door frame and make the installed hinge more firm. The hinge reinforcing plate 10 comprises a first reinforcing plate attached to the annular connecting plate 63 and a second reinforcing plate attached to the annular outer plate 62, the first reinforcing plate and the second reinforcing plate are connected in a bent mode, and a third reinforcing plate is further connected to one side, far away from the inner plate 64, of the second reinforcing plate in a bent mode.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the vehicle door may further include an integrated inner panel 11, as shown in fig. 3, the integrated inner panel 11 may be disposed on a side of the door inner panel 6 away from the door outer panel 1, and forms an accommodating space with the door inner panel 6. In the accommodation space, the glass 4 and the glass-lifting device, etc. can be installed. The integrated inner panel 11 is made of synthetic plastic, further reducing the weight of the vehicle door.
The vehicle door can be used for eliminating an inner window edge reinforcing plate 3, an outer window edge reinforcing plate 2, an auxiliary anti-collision beam of a door outer plate 1 and the like.
