本发明公开了一种新能源LED路灯,包括底座、加强筋、灯柱和检修盒,所述底座上设置有所述灯柱,所述灯柱上设置有所述加强筋,所述加强筋上方设置有所述检修盒,所述灯柱远离所述底座的一端设置有法兰盘,所述法兰盘一侧设置有基座,所述基座上设置有发电机,所述发电机上设置有扇叶,所述法兰盘远离所述基座的一侧设置有灯杆,所述法兰盘上设置有固定螺栓,所述灯杆一侧设置有加强板。有益效果在于:本发明采用LED灯进行照明,更加节能,设置有发电机和太阳能板,通过风力和太阳能为LED灯提供供电,节能环保,设置有光电传感器,利用外界光线的亮度对LED进行控制,控制更加精准,提高了路灯的自动化程度,极大的节约了人力资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源应用技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源LED路灯。
背景技术
道路照明与人们生产生活密切相关,是城市照明的重要组成部分,传统的路灯常采用,高压钠灯360度发光,光能损失大的缺点造成了能源的巨大浪费。当前,全球的环境在日益恶化,各国都在发展清洁能源。而随着国民经济的高速增长,我国能源供需矛盾日渐突出,电力供应开始存在着严重短缺的局面,节能是所急需解决的问题。随着我国城市化进程的加快,开发新型高效、节能、寿命长、显色指数高、环保的LED路灯对城市照明节能具有十分重要的意义。LED路灯以定向发光、功率消耗低、驱动特性好、响应速度快、抗震能力高、使用寿命长、绿色环保等优势逐渐走入人们的视野、成为世界上最具有替代传统光源优势的新一代节能光源。目前,市场上的LED路灯多采用市电电源,采用人工操控的方式进行控制,在追求绿色环保和智能控制的今天,这种方式明显是不符合时代潮流的,存在着自动化程度较低,资源浪费等问题。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了克服现有技术不足,现提出一种新能源LED路灯,解决了路灯耗能较大、自动控制技术较低、不节能等问题。
(二)技术方案
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:本发明提出了一种新能源LED路灯,包括底座、加强筋、灯柱和检修盒,所述底座上设置有所述灯柱,所述灯柱上设置有所述加强筋,所述加强筋上方设置有所述检修盒,所述灯柱远离所述底座的一端设置有法兰盘,所述法兰盘一侧设置有基座,所述基座上设置有发电机,所述发电机上设置有扇叶,所述法兰盘远离所述基座的一侧设置有灯杆,所述法兰盘上设置有固定螺栓,所述灯杆一侧设置有加强板,所述灯杆上设置有加强杆,所述灯杆远离所述加强板的一端设置有灯罩,所述灯罩一侧设置有光电传感器,所述灯杆一侧设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆上设置有支架一,所述支架一远离所述支撑杆的一端设置有太阳能板,所述支架一的一侧设置有支架二,所述灯罩一端设置有灯座,所述灯罩上设置有亚克力板,所述灯罩内设置有LED灯。
进一步的,所述底座上设置有四个所述加强筋,所述底座与所述加强筋之间通过焊接连接,加强筋与所述灯柱之间通过焊接连接,所述灯柱与所述底座之间通过焊接连接。
进一步的,所述基座与所述灯柱之间通过焊接连接,所述发电机通过螺栓与所述基座连接。
进一步的,所述法兰盘通过四个所述固定螺栓与所述灯杆连接,所述法兰盘与所述灯柱之间通过焊接连接。
进一步的,所述加强杆通过螺栓与所述灯杆连接,所述支架一通过螺栓与所述支撑杆连接。
进一步的,所述支架一通过螺钉与所述太阳能板连接,所述支架二通过螺钉与所述太阳能板连接,所述太阳能板上设置有两个所述支架一。
进一步的,所述光电传感器通过螺纹与所述灯杆连接,所述光电传感器的型号为EE-SX951-R,所述灯座通过螺栓与所述灯杆连接,所述灯座与所述灯罩之间通过焊接连接。
(三)有益效果
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
1、为解决路灯耗电量大的问题,本发明采用LED灯进行照明,更加节能;
2、为解决路灯不节能的问题,本发明设置有发电机和太阳能板,通过风力和太阳能为LED灯提供供电,节能环保;
3、为解决路灯自动化程度较低、人力资源浪费的问题,本发明通过光电传感器的设计,利用外界光线的亮度对LED进行控制,控制更加精准,提高了路灯的自动化程度,极大的节约了人力资源。

如图1-图3所示,一种新能源LED路灯,包括底座1、加强筋2、灯柱3和检修盒4,底座1上设置有灯柱3,底座1采用铸铁材质,底座1起到固定支撑的作用,灯柱3上设置有加强筋2,加强筋2起到增加灯柱3强度的作用,加强筋2上方设置有检修盒4,用户可以通过检修盒4对LED灯21的线路进行检修,灯柱3远离底座1的一端设置有法兰盘8,法兰盘8一侧设置有基座6,基座6上设置有发电机7,发电机7上设置有扇叶5,扇叶5和发电机7共同作用为路灯供电,法兰盘8远离基座6的一侧设置有灯杆10,法兰盘8上设置有固定螺栓18,灯杆10一侧设置有加强板9,加强板9起到增加灯杆10强度的作用,灯杆10上设置有加强杆13,加强杆13起到增加灯杆10强度的作用,灯杆10远离加强板9的一端设置有灯罩15,灯罩15起到防护的作用,灯罩15一侧设置有光电传感器16,光电传感器16能够实现对路灯的自动控制,灯杆10一侧设置有支撑杆17,支撑杆17上设置有支架一11,支架一11远离支撑杆17的一端设置有太阳能板12,太阳能板12利用太阳能为路灯供电,支架一11的一侧设置有支架二14,灯罩15一端设置有灯座19,灯罩15上设置有亚克力板20,亚克力板20起到防护的作用,灯罩15内设置有LED灯21。
其中,底座1上设置有四个加强筋2,底座1与加强筋2之间通过焊接连接,加强筋2与灯柱3之间通过焊接连接,灯柱3与底座1之间通过焊接连接,基座6与灯柱3之间通过焊接连接,发电机7通过螺栓与基座6连接,法兰盘8通过四个固定螺栓18与灯杆10连接,法兰盘8与灯柱3之间通过焊接连接,加强杆13通过螺栓与灯杆10连接,支架一11通过螺栓与支撑杆17连接,支架一11通过螺钉与太阳能板12连接,支架二14通过螺钉与太阳能板12连接,太阳能板12上设置有两个支架一11,光电传感器16通过螺纹与灯杆10连接,光电传感器16的型号为EE-SX951-R,灯座19通过螺栓与灯杆10连接,灯座19与灯罩15之间通过焊接连接。
本发明提到的一种新能源LED路灯的工作原理:通过底座1将路灯固定在合适位置,太阳能板12利用太阳能进行发电,扇叶5和所述电动机利用风力进行发电,共同为LED灯21进行供电,当白天时,光电传感器16感应到光信号,LED灯21不亮,当夜晚或阴天光线不好时,光电传感器16感应到信号较弱,LED灯21亮,通过,当LED灯21线路故障时,维修人员可以通过检修盒4对线路进行检修。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源LED路灯,其特征在于:所述底座(1)上设置有四个所述加强筋(2),所述底座(1)与所述加强筋(2)之间通过焊接连接,加强筋(2)与所述灯柱(3)之间通过焊接连接,所述灯柱(3)与所述底座(1)之间通过焊接连接。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源LED路灯,其特征在于:所述加强杆(13)通过螺栓与所述灯杆(10)连接,所述支架一(11)通过螺栓与所述支撑杆(17)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源LED路灯,其特征在于:所述支架一(11)通过螺钉与所述太阳能板(12)连接,所述支架二(14)通过螺钉与所述太阳能板(12)连接,所述太阳能板(12)上设置有两个所述支架一(11)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源LED路灯,其特征在于:所述光电传感器(16)通过螺纹与所述灯杆(10)连接,所述光电传感器(16)的型号为EE-SX951-R,所述灯座(19)通过螺栓与所述灯杆(10)连接,所述灯座(19)与所述灯罩(15)之间通过焊接连接。
