A waste sorting and processing plant according to claim 4, characterised in that the third collecting device (6) comprises an outfeed frame (61), an outfeed adapter frame (62) and an outfeed collection bin (63); the discharging frame (61) is arranged at the front part of the discharging end side of the conveying device (2) and is aligned with the discharging frame (41) in parallel; the discharging connection frame (62) is arranged in the case (1) and is positioned right below the discharging frame (61); the blocking assembly (43) is arranged between the discharging frame and the discharging connecting frame; a discharge port is formed in the left side of the discharge connection frame (62), a case discharge port is formed in the left side of the case (1), and the discharge port is connected with the case discharge port; the discharging collection box (63) is positioned below the discharging port of the case.

A waste sorting and processing plant according to claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the detection and sorting means (7) comprise a waste sorting detector (71) and three fullness detectors (72); the garbage classification detector (71) is arranged at the top of the case (1) and is positioned above the feeding end of the conveying device (2); the three full-stack detectors (72) are respectively arranged at the top of the case (1) and are respectively positioned right above the first collecting device (4), the second collecting device (5) and the third collecting device (6).
8. A waste sorting and disposal device according to claim 4, wherein a moving pulley (434) is provided at the bottom of said blocking moving plate (433); the movable pulley (434) is positioned between two support rods on the case (1).
