The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, technical solutions between various embodiments may be combined with each other, but must be realized by a person skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be realized, such a combination should not be considered to exist, and is not within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a gradient color spraying process. The gradient color spraying process comprises the following steps:
providing a substrate, chameleon paint and color-permeable paint, wherein the substrate is provided with a front surface and a back surface which are opposite;
the front or the back of substrate is sprayed with chameleon paint and color-permeable paint, and a chameleon paint layer and a color-permeable paint layer are formed in a drying mode, and the color-permeable paint layer and the chameleon paint layer are sequentially arranged along the direction away from the front of the substrate.
The substrate may be a transparent substrate or an opaque substrate, and has a front surface and a back surface opposite to each other, and the front surface is a viewing surface. The spraying sequence of the chameleon paint and the color-permeable paint is determined according to the characteristics and the spraying surface of the base material, if the base material is a transparent base material, the chameleon paint and the color-permeable paint can be sprayed on the same surface of the base material, and when the chameleon paint and the color-permeable paint are sprayed on the front surface of the base material, the color-permeable paint is sprayed firstly, and then the chameleon paint is sprayed; when the two are sprayed on the back of the base material, firstly the chameleon paint is sprayed, and then the transparent paint is sprayed. And after each paint is sprayed, the paint is dried, generally, the paint is put into an oven to be dried for 5 to 40 minutes at 120 to 200 ℃, so that the chameleon paint layer and the permeable paint layer can be respectively obtained. It can be understood that according to the above spraying sequence, the color-permeable paint layer obtained by spraying is close to the front surface of the substrate, that is, close to the observation surface, that is, when observing, the sight line reaches the color-permeable paint layer first and then reaches the color-changing paint layer, so that the conversion between different colors can be realized under different observation angles through the color superposition of the color-permeable paint layer and the color-changing paint layer, that is, a relatively full color heterogonic color-changing effect is realized.
It should be noted that the color of the chameleon paint can be red to gold, gold to silver, blue to red, etc., the color of the permeable paint can be blue, red, yellow or other colors, the superposition of the chameleon paint and the permeable paint can form a new color, for example, the highly permeable blue paint can be matched with the red to gold paint, and the superposed color is purple; the color of the paint is green. The high-transmittance red paint can be matched with gold-to-silver paint, and the superimposed color is orange; the blue-to-red paint is matched, and the superimposed color is purple. The high-transparency butter paint can be matched with red-to-gold paint, and the additive color is orange; the blue-to-red paint is matched, and the superimposed color is green.
Therefore, it can be understood that, according to the technical scheme of the invention, the color matching and superposition of the chameleon paint and the permeable paint are adopted, the chameleon paint layer and the permeable paint layer are formed in a spraying mode, and the permeable paint layer and the chameleon paint layer are sequentially arranged along the direction far away from the front surface of the substrate, so that when the substrate is observed from the front surface of the substrate, a better gradient color effect can be presented, and the gradient color effect can achieve the effect that the different colors are converted under different observation angles, namely, a fuller color heterogonism color effect is presented. Meanwhile, the superposition of the chameleon paint and the color-permeable paint can form a new color, and the color is bright and full.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the substrate is a transparent substrate, and the step of spraying the chameleon paint and the color-permeable paint on the front or back of the substrate includes: and spraying color-permeable paint and chameleon paint on the back of the transparent substrate in sequence.
The transparent substrate can be glass, such as 3D glass of a mobile phone, or a PC plastic plate, and when spraying is carried out, the transparent paint and the chameleon paint are sequentially sprayed on the back surface of the substrate, so that a full color heterogonic color change effect can be displayed by observing from the front surface of the substrate.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the step of spraying the chameleon paint and the color-through paint to the front or back of the substrate comprises: and spraying chameleon paint and color-permeable paint on the front surface of the transparent substrate in sequence.
The color-changing dragon paint is sprayed on the front surface of the transparent base material, the spraying sequence is opposite to that of the back surface of the base material, namely, the color-changing dragon paint is sprayed firstly, and then the transparent paint is sprayed, so that when the front surface of the base material is observed, a fuller color-changing effect can be presented.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step of spraying the color-permeable paint and drying to form the color-permeable paint layer includes:
the whole surface of the paint is sprayed by adopting color-permeable paint according to parallel spraying paths, and then spraying areas are reduced gradually to form a color-permeable paint layer with gradient thickness, wherein the thickness range of the color-permeable paint sprayed by each spraying path is 3-5 mu m.
The color-permeable paint is sprayed by adopting a multi-layer spraying mode, the spraying area of the color-permeable paint is gradually reduced every time the color-permeable paint is sprayed, generally, the spraying area is reduced by 1/2, 1/3 or 3/4 every time the color-permeable paint is sprayed, so that a color-permeable paint layer with the thickness gradient change can be formed, and the color-permeable paint layer can present the gradual change effect of the color from dark to light. The thickness of the color-permeable paint sprayed on each spraying path is controlled appropriately to ensure that the final gradient effect is good, and the control of the thickness also has an influence on the superposition effect of the final color, for example, the thickness is controlled to be 3 μm, 4 μm or 5 μm.
Optionally, the color-permeable paint comprises, by weight, 20-40 parts of a first resin, 10-30 parts of a color paste and 40-60 parts of a first solvent, wherein the first resin is an acrylic resin or a polyester resin, the particle size of the color paste is 200nm-300nm, and the first solvent is a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons.
The color-permeable paint mainly comprises first resin, color paste and a first solvent, wherein the first resin mainly provides adhesion with a base material or adhesion between paint layers and can be acrylic resin or polyester resin; the color paste mainly presents high color transmission color, is generally in a nanometer level, for example, the particle size of the color paste can be 200nm, 250nm or 250nm, and the color paste can be blue color paste, red color paste, yellow color paste or color pastes of other colors, so that high-transmission blue paint, high-transmission red paint, high-transmission yellow paint or high-transmission paint of other colors can be correspondingly obtained; the first solvent is used as a dissolving medium, and is generally a mixed solvent, such as a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols, and aromatic hydrocarbons, wherein the ratio of each component is not limited.
It should be noted that, when preparing the color-permeable paint, the amount of each component is strictly controlled so that the color-permeable paint can exhibit a better high color-permeable effect, for example, 20 parts, 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts or 40 parts of the first resin, 10 parts, 15 parts, 20 parts, 25 parts or 30 parts of the color paste, 40 parts, 45 parts, 50 parts, 55 parts or 60 parts of the first solvent are adopted.
Optionally, the chameleon paint comprises, by weight, 70-80 parts of a second resin, 5-15 parts of chameleon powder and 10-20 parts of a second solvent, wherein the second resin is an acrylic resin or a polyester resin, the particle size range of the chameleon powder is 15 μm-25 μm, and the second solvent is a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons.
The chameleon paint mainly contains second resin, chameleon powder and a second solvent, wherein the second resin mainly provides adhesion with a base material or adhesion between paint layers and can be acrylic resin or polyester resin; the chameleon powder is used as a pigment, mainly has an isogonic color effect, the particle size of the chameleon powder is generally 15 microns, 20 microns or 25 microns, the second solvent is used as a dissolving medium, and the second solvent is also a mixed solvent, such as a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons, wherein the proportion of the components is not limited.
It should be noted that, when preparing the chameleon paint, the dosage of each component is strictly controlled, so that the chameleon paint has a vivid heterochromic color effect. For example, 70 parts, 75 parts or 80 parts of second resin, 5 parts, 10 parts or 15 parts of chameleon powder and 10 parts, 15 parts or 20 parts of second solvent are adopted.
Optionally, the chameleon paint layer has a thickness in the range of 6 μm to 8 μm. The thickness of the chameleon paint layer directly affects the superposition effect of the final color, that is, the color effect of the chameleon, so the thickness of the chameleon paint layer is strictly controlled, for example, the thickness of the chameleon paint layer is 6 μm, 7 μm or 8 μm.
Further, the gradient color spraying process further comprises the following steps:
and spraying bright paint on the surface of the chameleon paint layer, which is back to the color-permeable paint layer, and drying to form the bright paint.
The sprayed bright paint mainly plays a role in covering and eliminating other interference, so that the finally presented heterochromy color effect is more vivid and full. It can be understood that when the back surface of the transparent substrate is sprayed, the transparent paint is firstly sprayed, the chameleon paint is then sprayed, and the bright paint is then sprayed, so that the final presented heterochromatic color effect is more vivid and full. When the front surface of the opaque substrate is sprayed, the bright paint is firstly sprayed, the chameleon paint is then sprayed, and the transparent paint is then sprayed, so that the final presented heterochromy color effect is more vivid and full.
Optionally, the bright color paint comprises, by weight, 60-70 parts of a third resin, 20-30 parts of a toner and 5-15 parts of a third solvent, wherein the third resin is an acrylic resin or a polyester resin, the toner has a particle size ranging from 5 μm to 7 μm, and the third solvent is a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons.
The bright paint mainly comprises a third resin, a toner and a third solvent, wherein the third resin provides adhesion to a substrate or a paint layer and can be acrylic resin or polyester resin, the toner is used as a pigment, and the particle size of the toner is selected to be suitable so as to facilitate dispersion and finally present a good color effect, for example, the particle size of the toner is 5 μm, 6 μm or 7 μm, and the toner can be carbon black toner or toner of other colors. The third solvent is also a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons, wherein the ratio of the components is not limited.
It should be noted that, when preparing the bright paint, the dosage of each component is strictly controlled to present a more bright color effect and play a better role in covering, so that the final presented heterochromic color effect is more bright and full. For example, 60 parts, 65 parts or 70 parts of the third resin, 20 parts, 25 parts or 30 parts of the toner, and 5 parts, 10 parts or 15 parts of the third solvent are used.
Alternatively, the thickness of the bright paint layer may range from 8 μm to 10 μm. The thickness of the bright paint layer affects the covering effect and further affects the final color-changing effect of the chamfers, so the thickness of the bright paint layer is strictly controlled, for example, the thickness of the bright paint layer is 8 μm, 9 μm or 10 μm, so that the final color-changing effect of the chamfers is more vivid and full.
Further, after the steps of spraying chameleon paint and color-permeable paint on the front surface or the back surface of the substrate and drying to form a chameleon paint layer and a color-permeable paint layer, the method further comprises the following steps:
spraying protective paint, and drying to form a protective paint layer.
The protective paint is sprayed on the surface of the substrate to protect the substrate from damage. It should be noted that, when the back surface of the transparent substrate is sprayed, the transparent paint is firstly sprayed, the chameleon paint is then sprayed, the bright paint is then sprayed, and the protective paint is finally sprayed to play a protective role, so that the finally presented heterochromic color effect is more vivid and full, and the color effect can be kept lasting. When the front surface of the opaque substrate is sprayed, firstly, the bright color paint is sprayed, then, the chameleon paint is sprayed, then, the transparent color paint is sprayed, and finally, the protective paint is sprayed, so that the final presented heteroleptic color-changing effect is more vivid and full, and the color effect can be kept lasting. It will be appreciated that here the protective paint is sprayed onto the outermost surface of the substrate.
Generally, the protective paint is a matte paint or a varnish, wherein the matte paint contains 70-80 parts by weight of fourth resin, 1-10 parts by weight of toner, 1-10 parts by weight of matte powder and 10-20 parts by weight of fourth solvent, the fourth resin is epoxy resin or polyester resin, the particle sizes of the toner and the matte powder are both 5-7 mu m, and the fourth solvent is a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons; the varnish contains 75-85 parts of fifth resin and 15-25 parts of fifth solvent, wherein the fifth resin is polyester resin or acrylic resin, and the fifth solvent is a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons.
The matte paint is used as protective paint and is sprayed on the outermost surface of the base material, the matte paint mainly contains fourth resin, toner, matte powder and a fourth solvent, the fourth resin mainly provides adhesion with the paint layer, and polyester resin or acrylic resin can be selected; the toner and the matte powder are pigments, the toner mainly plays a role in covering, the matte powder provides a dyne value, and the particle diameters of the toner and the matte powder are both selected to be suitable, so that the toner is convenient to disperse and the finally presented color effect is good, for example, the particle diameter of the toner is 5 microns, 6 microns or 7 microns, and the particle diameter of the matte powder is 5 microns, 6 microns or 7 microns; the fourth solvent is also a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons, wherein the ratio of the components is not limited.
It should be noted that, when preparing a matte paint, the amount of each component is strictly controlled so as to present a vivid color effect. For example, 70 parts, 75 parts or 80 parts of fourth resin, 1 part, 5 parts or 10 parts of toner, 1 part, 5 parts or 10 parts of matte powder and 10 parts, 15 parts or 20 parts of fourth solvent are adopted.
The varnish is also used as a protective paint and is sprayed on the outermost surface of the substrate to play a role in protection. The varnish mainly comprises a fifth resin and a fifth solvent, wherein the fifth resin is polyester resin or acrylic resin and is 75 parts, 80 parts or 85 parts, and the fifth solvent is also a mixed solvent of esters, ketones, alcohol ethers, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons and is 15 parts, 20 parts or 25 parts.
Typically, the protective paint layer has a thickness in the range of 8 μm to 15 μm. The thickness of the protective paint layer affects the final appearance of the metachromatic effect, so the thickness of the protective paint layer is strictly controlled, for example, the thickness of the protective paint layer is 8 μm, 10 μm, 12 μm or 15 μm, so that the final appearance of the metachromatic color effect is more vivid and full.
