技术领域
本发明属于面料领域,具体涉及一种羊毛太极石混纺面料。
背景技术
太极石是一种天然矽晶石英矿石,主体成分为SiO2,并富含钛、钾、锗等多种微量金属矿物元素。太极石具有增加身体温度,提升免疫***功能,增加皮肤活性,改善关节疼痛,促进新陈代谢,平衡身体酸碱度,高放射率的远红外线达92%等优异特性。
太极石面料服装是采用纳米技术将天然的太极石制成母粒,再固化到纤维当中并与纱线纺织而成。具备太极石优异的远红外线功能并与人体细胞中的水分子产生共振作用,进而增强血液细胞动能,细化水分子,促进人体血液微循环,对缓解关节酸痛等具有一定的保健作用。
然而,目前现有技术中的太极石纤维针织面料存在加工过程复杂,手感较硬、可纺性差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种羊毛太极石混纺面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
羊毛纤维3-5%、剩余的预处理太极石纤维。
所述预处理太极石纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置浸渍液;
(2)将太极石纤维置于浸渍液中浸泡2-3小时,浸泡温度为50-55℃;
(3)取出,真空干燥。
所述真空干燥的温度为90-100℃。
所述浸渍液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯0.5-1、辛基异噻唑啉酮2-4、氯化石蜡1-3、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸4-6、硅烷偶联剂kh550 2-3、肉豆蔻酸钠皂1-2。
所述浸渍液的制备方法为:
(1)取四羟甲基硫酸磷,加入到其重量20-30倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,升高温度为50-55℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,加入氯化石蜡,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,冷却至常温,得硅烷分散液;
(2)取肉豆蔻酸钠皂,加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到70-75℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌90-100分钟,加入上述水分散液,搅拌均匀,出料,旋蒸除去乙醇,加入到上述水分散液中,加入乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯,搅拌均匀,即得所述浸渍液。
所述混纺面料的制备方法为:
(1)取羊毛纤维、预处理太极石纤维混纺、织造,得到织造面料;
(2)将得到的织造面料进行开幅,再经过干燥、染色、后处理,即得。
所述后处理包括磨毛、剪毛、定型。
所述氯化石蜡为长链氯化石蜡。
本发明的优点:
本发明采用浸渍液处理太极石纤维,该浸渍液以氯化石蜡为功能原理,通过采用氨基硅烷预处理,四羟甲基硫酸磷掺杂,再与2,2-二羟甲基丙酸共混反应,有效的改善了氯化石蜡在水性浸渍液中的分散性能,提高了对太极石纤维的渗透效果,从而赋予了混纺面料防火、防水、抵抗辐射等性能,使太极石纤维具有良好的可纺性,本发明采用长链氯化石蜡为功能原料,符合环保要求,与羊毛混纺,具有很好的保健效果,且面料品质高,质感好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
羊毛纤维3%、预处理太极石纤维97%。
所述预处理太极石纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置浸渍液;
(2)将太极石纤维置于浸渍液中浸泡2小时,浸泡温度为50℃;
(3)取出,真空干燥。
所述真空干燥的温度为90℃。
所述浸渍液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯0.5、辛基异噻唑啉酮2、氯化石蜡1、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸4、硅烷偶联剂kh550 2、肉豆蔻酸钠皂1。
所述浸渍液的制备方法为:
(1)取四羟甲基硫酸磷,加入到其重量20倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,升高温度为50℃,保温搅拌1小时,加入氯化石蜡,升高温度为65℃,保温搅拌10分钟,冷却至常温,得硅烷分散液;
(2)取肉豆蔻酸钠皂,加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到70℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌90分钟,加入上述水分散液,搅拌均匀,出料,旋蒸除去乙醇,加入到上述水分散液中,加入乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯,搅拌均匀,即得所述浸渍液。
所述混纺面料的制备方法为:
(1)取羊毛纤维、预处理太极石纤维混纺、织造,得到织造面料;
(2)将得到的织造面料进行开幅,再经过干燥、染色、后处理,即得。
所述后处理包括磨毛、剪毛、定型。
所述氯化石蜡为长链氯化石蜡。
实施例2
一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
羊毛纤维5%、预处理太极石纤维95%。
所述预处理太极石纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置浸渍液;
(2)将太极石纤维置于浸渍液中浸泡3小时,浸泡温度为55℃;
(3)取出,真空干燥。
所述真空干燥的温度为100℃。
所述浸渍液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯1、辛基异噻唑啉酮4、氯化石蜡3、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸6、硅烷偶联剂kh550 3、肉豆蔻酸钠皂2。
所述浸渍液的制备方法为:
(1)取四羟甲基硫酸磷,加入到其重量30倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,升高温度为55℃,保温搅拌2小时,加入氯化石蜡,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌20分钟,冷却至常温,得硅烷分散液;
(2)取肉豆蔻酸钠皂,加入到其重量40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到75℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌100分钟,加入上述水分散液,搅拌均匀,出料,旋蒸除去乙醇,加入到上述水分散液中,加入乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯,搅拌均匀,即得所述浸渍液。
所述混纺面料的制备方法为:
(1)取羊毛纤维、预处理太极石纤维混纺、织造,得到织造面料;
(2)将得到的织造面料进行开幅,再经过干燥、染色、后处理,即得。
所述后处理包括磨毛、剪毛、定型。
所述氯化石蜡为长链氯化石蜡。

1.一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,其特征在于:它是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
羊毛纤维3-5%、剩余的预处理太极石纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,其特征在于,所述预处理太极石纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置浸渍液;
(2)将太极石纤维置于浸渍液中浸泡2-3小时,浸泡温度为50-55℃;
(3)取出,真空干燥。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,其特征在于,所述真空干燥的温度为90-100℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,其特征在于,所述浸渍液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯0.5-1、辛基异噻唑啉酮2-4、氯化石蜡1-3、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸4-6、硅烷偶联剂kh550 2-3、肉豆蔻酸钠皂1-2。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,其特征在于,所述浸渍液的制备方法为:
(1)取四羟甲基硫酸磷,加入到其重量20-30倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,升高温度为50-55℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,加入氯化石蜡,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,冷却至常温,得硅烷分散液;
(2)取肉豆蔻酸钠皂,加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到70-75℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌90-100分钟,加入上述水分散液,搅拌均匀,出料,旋蒸除去乙醇,加入到上述水分散液中,加入乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯,搅拌均匀,即得所述浸渍液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,其特征在于,所述混纺面料的制备方法为:
(1)取羊毛纤维、预处理太极石纤维混纺、织造,得到织造面料;
(2)将得到的织造面料进行开幅,再经过干燥、染色、后处理,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种羊毛太极石混纺面料,其特征在于,所述后处理包括磨毛、剪毛、定型。
