Accurately weighing 40g of fresh rose, 220g of honeysuckle, 80g of aloe barbadensis, 250g of green olive, 200g of green plum, 60g of green tea, 350g of rose apple and 160g of emblic leafflower fruit, crushing the aloe barbadensis, the green olive, the green plum, the rose apple and the emblic leafflower fruit, mixing the crushed aloe barbadensis, the green olive, the green plum, the green rose apple and the green tea, adding 1000ml of distilled water, heating and refluxing for 2 hours, concentrating to 100ml, freezing and centrifuging at high speed, and performing high-temperature centrifugation at 4 ℃ for 5000r/min to obtain a compound plant extract 10; taking 2.0 parts of compound plant extract 10, 2 parts of leaf alcohol, 1.5 parts of cucumis melo aldehyde, 3.5 parts of phenethyl alcohol, 6.0 parts of linalool, 2.0 parts of acetic acid leaf alcohol ester, 0.3 part of lactic acid leaf alcohol ester, 1.6 parts of methyl dihydrojasmonate, 2.2 parts of peppermint oil, 0.8 part of menthol, 22.0 parts of glycerol and 100.0 parts of propylene glycol to obtain the electronic cigarette oil 10.
Test example 1
The preparation method and the test phenomena of the chemical component qualitative analysis detection reagent of the compound plant extracts 1-10 are shown in table 1:
by using the preparation method and the judgment of test phenomena in table 1, each reagent is dripped into the compound plant extracts 1-10 obtained in the examples 1-10 by 2-3 drops, the compound plant extracts 1-10 are abbreviated as compound 1-compound 10, the color is observed, and the reaction phenomena are compared to obtain the detection results of compound 1-10 as shown in table 2:
as shown in table 2, the polypeptides, amino acids, polysaccharides and their glycoside macromolecules and polar compounds in the compound plant extracts 1-8 obtained by the combination of vacuum freeze drying and column cold extraction in examples 1-8 are rarely detected by chemical reagents, while the polypeptides, amino acids, polysaccharides and their glycoside macromolecules and polar compounds can be detected in the compound plant extracts 9-10 obtained by the common extraction method in examples 9-10, but generally, these compounds have high boiling points and are difficult to be atomized in the process of electronic aerosolization, so that the required functional active substances are effectively extracted by the extraction method, and the unnecessary impurities are removed.
Test example 2
The compound plant extract 1-10 prepared in the above examples 1-10, an electronic cigarette oil perfume base and an organic solvent form electronic cigarette oil 1-10. The results of the overall sensory tests were shown in the following table, wherein the above samples were subjected to a panel of 8 individuals. Wherein, the intrinsic quality of the blank sample is set to be 0, and the corresponding positive score is obtained when the intrinsic quality is improved (such as reduced irritation, increased throat water moistening feeling, increased smoke moistening degree and improved scorched smell) relative to the blank sample, and the higher the score is, the better the improvement is; the intrinsic quality is reduced relative to the blank sample, and the lower the negative score, the worse the improvement. Table 3 was obtained:

And (3) analysis: examples 1 to 8 are electronic cigarette oils 1 to 8 extracted by a method combining vacuum freeze drying and cold extraction of a chromatographic column, while examples 9 to 10 are electronic cigarette oils 9 to 10 extracted by a common extraction method, and as seen from table 3, the electronic cigarette oils 1 to 8 extracted by the method combining vacuum freeze drying and cold extraction of a chromatographic column in examples 1 to 8 can effectively improve stimulation of the cigarette oils to the throat, increase the water-moist feeling and the smoke-moist degree of the throat, and improve the burnt smell; wherein, compared with the electronic cigarette oil 4-8 obtained by adding the components of the syzygium cumini and/or the emblic leafflower fruit and the like on the basis of the components contained in the compound plant extracts 1-3 in the electronic cigarette oil of the examples 1-3 and the components contained in the examples 4-8 and the examples 1-3, the electronic cigarette oil obtained in the examples 4-8 has more obvious improvement on the mouthfeel and the irritation, particularly, the example 1 and the example 6 show that the effect of the example 6 is far better than that of the example 1 under the condition that other conditions are the same, so that the plant components such as the syzygium cumini and the emblic leafflower fruit have outstanding effects on the mouthfeel of the electronic cigarette except for the preparation method and the conditions; while examples 9 to 10 are electronic tobacco tar 9 to 10 obtained by a common method, and the components and the proportions of the compound plant extracts of examples 9 to 10 are the same as those of example 6, example 6 has good effects of improving the stimulation of tobacco tar to the throat, increasing the water-moistening feeling and the smoke-moistening degree of the throat and improving the burnt smell, while examples 9 to 10 cannot improve the stimulation of tobacco tar to the throat and the burnt smell; in summary, the compound plant extract prepared by using the compound plant components of fresh rose, honeysuckle, aloe barbadensis, green olive, green plum and green tea and the like and adopting the method of combining vacuum freeze drying and chromatography column cold extraction is applied to the electronic cigarette oil, so that the compound plant extract not only can keep the faint scent of fresh plant materials, but also can reduce the dissolution of macromolecular substances, remarkably reduce the stimulation to the throat and enhance the moistening feeling of the throat.
The above disclosure is only one or more specific embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of a compound plant extract for promoting the production of body fluid and increasing the moisture is characterized by comprising the steps of carrying out vacuum freeze drying on a compound plant and then crushing to obtain freeze-dried raw material powder; and (3) performing cold extraction on the freeze-dried raw material powder by using a chromatographic column to obtain a compound plant extract, wherein the compound plant comprises rose, honeysuckle, aloe barbadensis, green olive, green plum and green tea.
2. The method for preparing the compound plant extract for promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid according to claim 1, wherein the vacuum freeze-drying comprises: freeze-drying at pre-freezing rate of 0.5-0.9 deg.C/min, drying room pressure of 50-100Pa, and heating plate temperature of 30-55 deg.C for 20-50 hr, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain freeze-dried powder.
3. The method for preparing a compound plant extract for promoting production of body fluid and increasing moisture according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cold extraction of the chromatographic column comprises: filling the freeze-dried raw material powder into a chromatographic column, adding propylene glycol for cold extraction, and collecting an extract; and (4) carrying out high-speed freezing and centrifugation on the collected extract liquor to obtain the compound plant extract.
4. The preparation method of the compound plant extract for promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid according to claim 1, wherein the compound plant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-10 parts of fresh rose, 10-40 parts of honeysuckle, 3-20 parts of aloe barbadensis, 10-40 parts of green olive, 10-40 parts of green plum and 3-15 parts of green tea.
5. The method for preparing a compound plant extract for promoting production of body fluid and increasing moisture according to claim 4, wherein the compound plant further comprises 20-60 parts of rose apple.
6. The preparation method of the compound plant extract for promoting production of body fluid and increasing moisture as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the compound plant further comprises 8-24 parts of emblic leafflower fruit.
7. The preparation method of the compound plant extract for promoting the production of body fluid and increasing the moisture of the human body as claimed in claim 6, wherein the compound plant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 4 parts of fresh rose, 22 parts of honeysuckle, 8 parts of aloe barbadensis, 25 parts of green olive, 20 parts of green plum, 6 parts of green tea, 35 parts of rose apple and 16 parts of emblic leafflower fruit.
8. A compound plant extract for promoting the production of body fluid and increasing the moisture, which is obtained by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A cold-extraction electronic cigarette oil for promoting the production of body fluid and increasing the moisture is characterized by comprising 1.0-10.0 parts of the compound plant extract of claim 8, 10.8-31.2 parts of an electronic cigarette oil essence base, 10.0-30.0 parts of glycerol and 100.0 parts of propylene glycol.
10. The liquid engendering and moistening cold-extracted electronic cigarette liquid of claim 9, wherein the electronic cigarette liquid base comprises: 1.0-4.0 parts of leaf alcohol, 0.5-2.5 parts of cucumis melo aldehyde, 2.5-5.0 parts of phenethyl alcohol, 4.0-8.0 parts of linalool, 0.5-3.0 parts of leaf alcohol acetate, 0.1-0.7 part of leaf alcohol lactate, 1.5-4.0 parts of methyl dihydrojasmonate, 0.5-2.5 parts of menthol oil and 0.2-1.5 parts of menthol.
