The drying-free production process of the compound fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing and mixing raw materials: independently crushing and screening the organic fertilizer, metering and distributing according to a formula proportion, mixing and crushing the other raw materials except the organic fertilizer and magnesium sulfate according to the formula proportion, adding 2/3 magnesium sulfate during mixing and crushing, and finally mixing and uniformly stirring the crushed organic fertilizer and the materials obtained by mixing and crushing to obtain a mixture;
(2) granulating and screening: adding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into an extrusion granulator for granulation, separating granular materials from powdery materials through screening equipment, returning the powdery materials to the granulation equipment for re-granulation, and allowing the granular materials to enter the next process;
(3) primary air drying: conveying the granular materials obtained in the step (2) to a first air drying cylinder body by a conveyor, adding the remaining 1/3 magnesium sulfate into the first air drying cylinder body, starting the first air drying cylinder body to rotate and roll for 30 minutes (3-8 revolutions per minute), scattering the materials to ensure that the magnesium sulfate can completely wrap and adsorb the materials, simultaneously starting an air draft system and an air blast system of the first air drying cylinder body, blowing air in real time when the materials roll and fall, and pumping natural air by the air draft system to take away partial moisture of the materials, reducing the moisture content, and controlling the moisture content of the granular materials within 14%;
(4) and (5) air drying again: feeding the material processed in the step (3) into a second air drying cylinder body for rotating and rolling for 30 minutes (2-5 revolutions per minute), throwing the material to ensure that magnesium sulfate can completely wrap and adsorb the material, simultaneously starting an air exhaust system and an air blowing system of the second air drying cylinder body, and in the rotating material throwing process, under the action of air blowing and air exhaust, rapidly flowing at natural air speed, reducing the moisture of the material again to reach the national standard and effectively controlling the moisture to be below 12%;
(5) screening and packaging: and (5) conveying the materials processed in the step (4) to a rolling sieve through a conveying system, and conveying the screened finished products to a metering hopper through the conveying system, wherein the standard of the finished products is as follows: 3.35-5.6mm, conveying the undersize product which does not meet the standard into a granulator by a conveying system for re-granulation, packaging and metering finished products, and sewing the packages, thereby completing the production process.
Example two
The compound fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 423 parts of organic fertilizer, 167 parts of urea, 130 parts of ammonium sulfate, 85 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 67 parts of potassium sulfate, 128 parts of magnesium sulfate and 30 parts of sea foam powder.
The specific production process is the same as the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
The compound fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 423 parts of organic fertilizer, 167 parts of urea, 130 parts of ammonium sulfate, 85 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 67 parts of potassium sulfate, 128 parts of magnesium sulfate, 30 parts of sea foam powder and 20 parts of medium trace elements.

The specific production process is the same as the first embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A compound fertilizer is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-450 parts of organic fertilizer, 100-200 parts of urea, 100-150 parts of ammonium sulfate, 50-100 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 40-80 parts of potassium sulfate and 100-150 parts of magnesium sulfate.
2. The compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise 5-50 parts of kelp powder.
3. The compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the raw materials further comprise 3-20 parts of medium trace elements.
4. The compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the raw material further comprises 5-50 parts of peptide.
5. The compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the raw material further comprises bentonite 5-80 parts.
6. The drying-free production process of compound fertilizer as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of:
(1) crushing and mixing raw materials: independently crushing and screening the organic fertilizer, metering and distributing according to a formula proportion, mixing and crushing the other raw materials except the organic fertilizer and magnesium sulfate according to the formula proportion, adding 2/3 magnesium sulfate during mixing and crushing, and finally mixing and uniformly stirring the crushed organic fertilizer and the materials obtained by mixing and crushing to obtain a mixture;
(2) granulating and screening: adding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into an extrusion granulator for granulation, separating granular materials from powdery materials through screening equipment, returning the powdery materials to the granulation equipment for re-granulation, and allowing the granular materials to enter the next process;
(3) primary air drying: conveying the granular materials obtained in the step (2) to a first air drying cylinder body of a special natural air drying device for compound fertilizer production by a conveyor, adding the residual 1/3 magnesium sulfate into the first air drying cylinder body, starting the first air drying cylinder body to rotate and roll, scattering the materials to ensure that the magnesium sulfate can completely wrap and adsorb the materials, simultaneously starting an air blowing system of the first air drying cylinder body, blowing natural air in real time to take away partial moisture of the materials while the materials roll and scatter, reducing the moisture content, and controlling the moisture content of the granular materials within 14%;
(4) and (5) air drying again: feeding the materials processed in the step (3) into a second air drying cylinder body for rotary rolling, throwing the materials to ensure that magnesium sulfate can completely wrap and adsorb the materials, simultaneously starting a blowing system of the second air drying cylinder body, and in the rotary material throwing process, under the action of blowing, enabling the materials to rapidly flow at natural wind speed, reducing the moisture of the materials again to reach the national standard and effectively controlling the moisture of the materials to be below 12%;
(5) screening and packaging: and (5) conveying the materials processed in the step (4) to a rolling sieve through a conveying system, and conveying the screened finished products to a metering hopper through the conveying system, wherein the standard of the finished products is as follows: 3.35-5.6mm, conveying the undersize product which does not meet the standard into a granulator by a conveying system for re-granulation, packaging and metering finished products, and sewing the packages, thereby completing the production process.
7. The drying-free production process of compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first air drying cylinder has a length of 20 m and a diameter of 1.8 m, and the rotation time from the beginning of feeding to the discharging is up to 30 minutes; the second air drying cylinder body is 20 meters long and 1.5 meters in diameter, and the rotation time of the first air drying cylinder body from feeding to discharging of the first air drying cylinder body is 30 minutes.

The drying-free production process of compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 7, wherein the natural air drying equipment for producing the purpose-made compound fertilizer comprises a base, a first air drying cylinder body and a second air drying cylinder body which are fixed on the base in parallel,
the feeding end of the first air drying cylinder body is fixedly provided with a hollow first feeding connector through a bearing, the top of the first feeding connector is fixedly provided with a first air drying cylinder feeding hopper, the first air drying cylinder feeding hopper and the first air drying cylinder feeding hopper are communicated, one end, far away from the first air drying cylinder body 1, of the first feeding connector is fixedly provided with a first natural air supply pipeline communicated with the inside of the first air drying cylinder body, the first natural air supply pipeline is connected with a first air blower, the discharging end of the first air drying cylinder body is connected with a temporary storage box through a bearing, the height of the bottom in the temporary storage box is lower than that of the discharging port of the first air drying cylinder body, one end of a scraper conveyor is fixedly arranged in the temporary storage box, a feeding port is formed in the position, corresponding to the bottom in the temporary storage box, of the scraper conveyor for feeding materials to enter the scraper conveyor, and a discharging port is formed in the bottom of one end;
a hollow second feeding joint is fixed at the feeding end of the second air drying cylinder body through a bearing, a second air drying cylinder feeding hopper inclining upwards is fixed at the top of one side of the second feeding joint and communicated with the second air drying cylinder feeding hopper, a second natural air supply pipeline communicated with the inside of the second air drying cylinder body is fixed at one end of the second feeding joint, which is far away from the second air drying cylinder body, and is positioned below the second air drying cylinder feeding hopper, a second air blower is connected with the second natural air supply pipeline, the top opening of the feeding hopper of the second air drying cylinder body is connected and communicated with a discharge hole of a scraper conveyor, and a discharge pipeline is connected and communicated with the discharge end of the second air drying cylinder body;
