Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the resettable device for preventing stepping on the accelerator by mistake of the invention comprises a rack connecting rod 2 connected with an accelerator pedal 1, and a detection gear 3 meshed with the rack connecting rod, wherein a through hole 13 is formed on the detection gear 3, and detection sensors 12 are arranged on two sides of the detection gear; the other end of the rack connecting rod is connected with a piston 5 of an oil tank, the oil tank is divided into a main oil cylinder 8 and an auxiliary oil cylinder 6, oil passages of the main oil cylinder and the auxiliary oil cylinder are respectively connected with a front wheel brake disc 10 and a rear wheel brake disc 7, the auxiliary oil cylinder and the main oil cylinder are installed together and are pushed through a hydraulic electromagnetic valve 4, the hydraulic electromagnetic valve 4 is installed on the auxiliary oil cylinder 6, and the auxiliary oil cylinder and the main oil cylinder are connected with a brake oil passage of a brake system.
Wherein, the detecting sensor 12 is a grating sensor, which includes a grating, which is composed of a scale grating and an indication grating, the scale grating moves relative to the indication grating (not shown) and a photoelectric element, the grating is between the light source and the photoelectric element; the photoelectric element is a phototriode 13, and the light source is a light emitting diode 15.
The spring restorer 11 is arranged below the accelerator pedal 1 and is locked by a self-locking device in normal time, and the spring restorer is used for releasing under a preset condition to restore the accelerator pedal.
When the accelerator pedal is instantly stepped on to the bottom, the accelerator pedal drives the rack connecting rod to enable the detection gear to move, after the accelerator is instantly stepped on, the speed of the detection gear can be increased to the maximum, the light and shade times of the grating sensor 12 are increased, the set times are reached, then a signal is emitted, meanwhile, the spring restorer 11 is opened to push the accelerator pedal 1 to restore, a self-locking circuit connected with the hydraulic electromagnetic valve 4 and the automobile circuit 16 is powered on, the hydraulic electromagnetic valve is powered on to push brake oil to enable pressure to be transmitted to each brake part, and braking is formed.
Specifically, the device can be connected to a switch 18 of a main control console of the automobile through a line to control the operation and stop of the device, and meanwhile, a reset button 20 is also connected, when the reset button is pressed, a self-locking circuit connected with the hydraulic solenoid valve is powered off, the rack connecting rod and the piston are restored to the original position, and the spring is returned to the original position for self-locking, wherein 21 is a coil of the hydraulic solenoid valve, and 17 is a contact of a grating sensor in the graph 2.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the main oil cylinder is communicated with the auxiliary oil cylinder, the main oil cylinder is still connected with a brake pedal of the automobile through a movable rack connecting rod, the auxiliary oil cylinder is connected with a hydraulic electromagnetic valve, the hydraulic electromagnetic valve is connected with a certain circuit of the automobile through a self-locking circuit, a stop switch 19 is arranged in the circuit and is connected to a reset button of the main control of the automobile, and meanwhile, a starting switch is arranged in the circuit and is connected to a switch of the system on the main control of the automobile.
According to the invention, the accelerator pedal is improved, the rack connecting rod is additionally arranged, the rack connecting rod is meshed with the detection gear, the grating sensor is arranged on the side of the detection gear, the rotating speed of the gear can be greatly increased when the accelerator pedal is rapidly stepped on, a new driving hydraulic electromagnetic valve is sent out through internal judgment, a spring right below the accelerator pedal is popped up to lock the accelerator pedal, and the accelerator pedal is not pressed continuously; meanwhile, the brake oil is pushed to each brake part to generate pressure to stop the automobile, the electromagnetic valve is disconnected through the reset button to enable the brake oil to return to the oil cylinder, the pressure is lost to enable the automobile to operate again, and meanwhile, the spring is reset to enable the accelerator pedal to be stepped on again.
Compared with the existing brake system of the automobile, the invention has the advantages that:
1. whether the accelerator is instantly stepped on is detected through a sensor, whether the accelerator is suddenly stepped on is judged, the brake oil is automatically pushed to apply pressure to each brake part to brake the automobile, and a spring is popped up to push back the accelerator pedal while the brake oil is automatically pushed to stop the automobile, so that the automobile is not accelerated.
2. The switch is arranged, when a novice driver or a driver who is easy to make mistakes drives the automobile, the switch is turned on, the device runs to protect people in the automobile, and after the driver has many years of practice, the device can be turned off, and the running speed of the automobile can be improved.
3. The reset system is arranged, and when the reset system is triggered, vehicles, personnel and road conditions are not obstructed, the reset button is used for resetting the system, so that the situation that the automobile cannot be restarted due to continuous braking is avoided.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
