Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of a polyvinyl propionaldehyde microfiltration filter material, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting 8% of polyvinyl alcohol, 6% of cassava flour and 86% of water by mass to prepare an aqueous solution mother liquor for later use; (2) stirring the mother solution at constant temperature of 100 deg.C for 2.5h to dissolve polyvinyl alcohol and cassava powder; (3) cooling the dissolved mother liquor, sequentially adding propionaldehyde and dilute sulfuric acid, and stirring for 30 minutes; (4) injecting the solution into a mould, and putting the mould into a water bath kettle for reaction to obtain a filter material blank; (5) cleaning and drying the blank; (6) and (5) finishing. The invention has simple manufacturing process and low manufacturing cost, and simultaneously, the produced microfiltration filter material has good microfiltration effect and good microfiltration effect on alcohols, hydrocarbons, ketones and aldehydes in the organic solvent, and can meet the requirement of high-purity microfiltration of the organic solvent.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of microfiltration, and particularly relates to a production method of a polyvinyl propionaldehyde-shrinking microfiltration filter material.
Background
Microfiltration, also known as microfiltration, uses a microporous membrane as a filtration medium to filter and retain particles between 0.1 and 1 micron. The microfiltration membrane is made of two types, namely inorganic membrane and organic polymer membrane, and the organic polymer membrane is also made of natural polymer membrane and synthetic polymer membrane. The existing synthetic polymer membranes generally adopt a dissolution method (dry-wet method), a stretching pore-forming method, a phase inversion method, a thermal phase method, a dip coating method, an irradiation method, a surface chemical modification method, a nuclear track method, a dynamic formation method and the like. At present, the production process of the organic microfiltration membrane is complex, and meanwhile, the microfiltration effect of the organic microfiltration membrane on alcohols, hydrocarbons, ketones and aldehydes in an organic solvent is general, and certain specific high-purity microfiltration work cannot be met.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a production method of a polyvinyl propionaldehyde microfiltration filter material aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a production method of a polyvinyl propionaldehyde microfiltration filter material comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing mother liquor, selecting 8% of polyvinyl alcohol, 6% of cassava powder and 86% of water by mass percent, and fully mixing and stirring the three raw materials for 30 minutes at normal temperature to prepare aqueous solution mother liquor for later use;
(2) dissolving mother liquor, uniformly stirring and heating the mother liquor to 100 ℃, maintaining the constant temperature of 100 ℃, and continuously stirring at a constant speed for 2.5 hours until the polyvinyl alcohol and the cassava powder are fully dissolved for later use;
(3) cooling, namely cooling the solution fully dissolved in the step (2) at a constant speed, sequentially adding propionaldehyde with the solution amount of 8% and dilute sulfuric acid with the solution amount of 5% after the temperature is reduced to below 38 ℃, and fully stirring for 30 minutes for later use;
(4) molding, namely injecting the solution prepared in the step (3) into a mold, and putting the mold into a water bath kettle to react for 10 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃ to obtain a filter material blank;
(5) cleaning the blank, removing burrs and corners of the formed and cooled blank, and cleaning and drying;
(6) and (3) drying the cleaned and blow-dried blank at the constant temperature of 50-70 ℃ to obtain the polyvinyl propionaldehyde microfiltration filter material.
Preferably, water can be added during the stirring process at the constant temperature of 100 ℃ in the step (2) to prevent the dry pot or the mother liquor from sticking to the pot.
Preferably, the dilute sulfuric acid in the step (3) is 50% sulfuric acid.
Preferably, the dilute sulfuric acid in the step (3) adopts concentrated sulfuric acid and water with a solution volume ratio of 1:1, wherein the concentrated sulfuric acid is sulfuric acid with a concentration of 98%.
Preferably, in the step (5), the blank is placed on a cleaning frame, cleaned for 30min by adopting water circulation of 0.3Mpa, and dried by adopting compressed air of 0.3 Mpa.
The invention has simple manufacturing process and low manufacturing cost, and simultaneously, the produced microfiltration filter material has good microfiltration effect and good microfiltration effect on alcohols, hydrocarbons, ketones and aldehydes in the organic solvent, and can meet the requirement of high-purity microfiltration of the organic solvent.

(2) dissolving mother liquor, uniformly stirring and heating the mother liquor to 100 ℃, maintaining the constant temperature of 100 ℃, continuously stirring at a constant speed for 2.5 hours, adding water in the stirring process to prevent the mother liquor from sticking to a dry pot or the mother liquor, and stopping heating and stirring after polyvinyl alcohol and cassava powder are fully dissolved;
(3) cooling, namely cooling the solution fully dissolved in the step (2) at a constant speed, sequentially adding propionaldehyde with the solution amount of 8% and dilute sulfuric acid with the solution amount of 5% after the temperature is reduced to below 38 ℃, wherein the concentration of the dilute sulfuric acid is 50%, adding the propionaldehyde and the dilute sulfuric acid, continuing cooling at a constant speed, fully stirring for 30 minutes in the cooling process, and stopping stirring;
(4) molding, namely injecting the solution prepared in the step (3) into a mold, and putting the mold into a water bath kettle to react for 10 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃ to obtain a filter material blank;
(5) cleaning the blank, removing burrs and corners of the formed and cooled blank, then placing the blank on a cleaning frame, cleaning for 30min by adopting water circulation of 0.3Mpa, and drying by adopting compressed air of 0.3 Mpa;
(6) and (3) drying the cleaned and blow-dried blank at the constant temperature of 50-70 ℃ to obtain the polyvinyl propionaldehyde microfiltration filter material.

1. A production method of a polyvinyl propionaldehyde microfiltration filter material is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing mother liquor, selecting 8% of polyvinyl alcohol, 6% of cassava powder and 86% of water by mass percent, and fully mixing and stirring the three raw materials for 30 minutes at normal temperature to prepare aqueous solution mother liquor for later use;
(2) dissolving mother liquor, uniformly stirring and heating the mother liquor to 100 ℃, maintaining the constant temperature of 100 ℃, and continuously stirring at a constant speed for 2.5 hours until the polyvinyl alcohol and the cassava powder are fully dissolved for later use;
(3) cooling, namely cooling the solution fully dissolved in the step (2) at a constant speed, sequentially adding propionaldehyde with the solution amount of 8% and dilute sulfuric acid with the solution amount of 5% after the temperature is reduced to below 38 ℃, and fully stirring for 30 minutes for later use;
(4) molding, namely injecting the solution prepared in the step (3) into a mold, and putting the mold into a water bath kettle to react for 10 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃ to obtain a filter material blank;
(5) cleaning the blank, removing burrs and corners of the formed and cooled blank, and cleaning and drying;

2. The method for producing a micro-filtration material of polyvinyl propionaldehyde according to claim 1, wherein: in the step (2), water can be added in the stirring process at the constant temperature of 100 ℃ to prevent the dry pot or the mother liquor from sticking to the pot.
3. The method for producing a micro-filtration material of polyvinyl propionaldehyde according to claim 1, wherein: the dilute sulfuric acid in the step (3) is sulfuric acid with the concentration of 50%.

The method for producing a micro-filtration material of polyvinyl propionaldehyde according to claim 1 or 3, wherein: in the step (3), concentrated sulfuric acid and water with the solution volume ratio of 1:1 are adopted as the dilute sulfuric acid, wherein the concentrated sulfuric acid is sulfuric acid with the concentration of 98%.
