Description

Mosquito killing composition containing natural plant essential oil synergist and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention discloses a mosquito killing composition, in particular to a mosquito killing composition containing natural plant essential oil synergist, belonging to the technical field of pesticides.
Background
Deltamethrin is a pyrethroid insecticide that plays a key role in controlling malaria vectors and killing and preventing a wide variety of household pests, and is used as a vector for controlling malaria. And also plays an important role in agricultural use and household pests, and controls the use of deltamethrin, either together with or as a substitute for permethrin, cypermethrin, although deltamethrin is a commonly used pyrethroid insecticide. But today the resistance of malaria vectors to deltamethrin (and its counterpart) is now very widespread and threatens the success of the global vector control program.
The synergist is an important auxiliary agent of the current pesticide, has no direct poisoning activity on pests, and can obviously reduce the dosage and increase the pesticide effect when being mixed with the pesticide. Meanwhile, the use of the synergist is also one of important ways for controlling and delaying the current universal generation of drug resistance. The synergistic ether (PBO) has obvious synergistic effect on the pyrethroid medicaments, and is one of the widely accepted synergists with better synergistic activity at present. However, the safety problem of the synergistic ether is always a problem, and the synergistic activity of the synergistic ether is obviously reduced after long-term use.
The long-term use of chemical pesticides causes serious environmental pollution and increases the drug resistance, and the development of botanical pesticides which have broad insecticidal spectrum, low toxicity, difficult generation of drug resistance and environmental friendliness is a current hot topic. The essential oil is volatile aromatic substance extracted from flowers, leaves, stems, roots or fruits of plants by steam distillation, extrusion, cold soaking or solvent extraction, and when different chemical components are used in combination with different plant essential oils, the effective components contained in the essential oil may show synergistic effect, and the use concentration of chemical pesticides can be reduced to a certain extent. Plant essential oils are now becoming a powerful alternative to PBO for the selection of synergistic pyrethroid drugs. Many plant essential oils exhibit significant synergistic activity against deltamethrin-based drugs.

Test insects: aedes albopictus
The test method is a Tarsal test method, and the synergistic activity is tested by independently matching the concentration of deltamethrin poisoning activity LC20 with various essential oils and PBO. Selecting various essential oil with the concentration of 35 mu g/m2And in the deltamethrin test, uniformly spraying a sample to be tested on a culture dish, shaking up, covering by using a self-made cover after the solvent is completely volatilized, and transferring 20 mosquitoes to be tested into the culture dish by using a mosquito sucker. The number of mosquito knockdown deaths was recorded after 1 hour of exposure and subsequently transferred to disposable paper cups and placed in sugar water. The mortality was observed after 24 hours of incubation at 26 ℃. + -. 2 ℃ and 70%. + -. 5% relative humidity. The toxicity regression equation of the samples was then calculated using the software SPSS24.0 and origin2017, and the toxicity factor of the combination mixture of plant essential oils and pyrethroids was calculated using the Mansour equation. A mixture with virulence factors greater than 20 is defined as having a synergistic effect and a value below 20 is defined as having an antagonistic effect.
The co-toxicity coefficient (actual mortality-theoretical mortality)/theoretical mortality, and the toxicity test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 toxicity test results of synergistic composition of green tea essential oil and deltamethrin against Aedes albopictus
As can be seen from table 1, when the green tea essential oil and the deltamethrin are in a specific proportioning range, the pesticide composition has a remarkable synergistic effect on aedes albopictus; particularly, when the mass ratio of the plant essential oil to the deltamethrin is 1: 150 hours, the compound shows strong synergistic effect, and is higher than the synergistic activity of PBO under the same test condition.
