When the vehicle is stopped, the door control unit receives the zero speed signal of the vehicle, and the driver manually gives a door closing permission signal or the signal gives a door closing permission signal and is received by the door controller, and when a passenger in the carriage operates a passenger self-service button (S1), the corresponding local door is closed.
