The automatic handle assembling equipment is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein a connecting piece assembling mechanism (3) and a handle assembling mechanism (4) are oppositely arranged on the bottom plate (1), a first pressing device (7) is arranged between the connecting piece assembling mechanism and the handle assembling mechanism, one side of the connecting piece assembling mechanism (3) is connected with an upper connecting piece device (2), one side of the handle assembling mechanism (4) is respectively provided with a manipulator (5) and a welding mechanism (6), and the handle assembling mechanism (4) is in butt joint with the welding mechanism (6) through the manipulator (5);
the connecting piece assembling mechanism (3) comprises a propelling component and a jacking component, and the jacking component is positioned between the propelling component and the first pressing device (7);
the propelling assembly comprises a sliding seat (301), a first air cylinder (302), a sleeve (303), a pushing block (304) and a second air cylinder (305), wherein the sliding seat (301) is arranged above the bottom plate (1), the first air cylinder (302) and the sleeve (303) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the sliding seat (301), the first air cylinder (302) drives the sleeve (303) to be close to or far away from the first pressing device (7) through the sliding seat (301), at least part of the pushing block (304) is contained in the sleeve (303), the second air cylinder (305) is horizontally arranged on the sliding seat (301), and the second air cylinder (305) is in transmission connection with the pushing block (304);
the jacking assembly comprises a lifting platform (307) and a third air cylinder (308), the lifting platform (307) is arranged below the sleeve (303), a connecting piece placing groove is formed in the lifting platform (307), the third air cylinder (308) is vertically installed on the bottom plate (1), and the third air cylinder (308) is in transmission connection with the lifting platform (307).

The automatic handle assembling equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper connector device (2) comprises a vibrating disk (201) and a conveying rail (202), the vibrating disk (201) is installed on the bottom plate (1), a guide strip (203) is arranged on the vibrating disk (201), and the vibrating disk (201) is butted with the material bearing seat through the conveying rail (202).

The automatic handle assembling equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle installing mechanism (4) comprises an installation seat (401), a moving table (402), a fourth air cylinder (403) and a stacking column (404), the installation seat (401) is fixed on the bottom plate (1), the moving table (402) is horizontally arranged above the installation seat (401), a handle placing groove is formed in the moving table (402) and below the handle placing groove, a connecting plate (405) is arranged below the moving table, the fourth air cylinder (403) is horizontally arranged on the installation seat (401) and located on the rear side of the moving table (402), the fourth air cylinder (403) is in transmission connection with the connecting plate (405), the stacking column (404) is vertically arranged above the moving table (402), and a guide groove is formed in the stacking column (404).
4. The automatic handle assembling device according to claim 3, wherein the horizontal sections of the handle placing groove and the guide groove are L-shaped.
5. An automatic handle assembling device according to claim 3, wherein a guide rod (406) is further arranged on the mounting seat (401), the guide rod (406) is parallel to the fourth cylinder (403), and the guide rod (406) is slidably connected with the connecting plate (405).

An automatic handle assembling device according to claim 3, wherein said welding mechanism (6) comprises a positioning assembly and an automatic welding device (604), the positioning component comprises a servo motor (601), a steering plate (602) and two handle positioning jigs (603), the servo motor (601) is vertically fixed on the bottom plate (1), the steering plate (602) is horizontally arranged above the servo motor (601) and is in transmission connection with the servo motor (601), the two handle positioning jigs (603) are oppositely arranged on the steering plate (602), the manipulator (5) and the automatic welding device (604) are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the steering plate (602), the mobile station (402) can be butted with any handle positioning jig (603) through a manipulator (5), an adjustable welding gun (605) is arranged on the automatic welding device (604).
7. The automatic handle assembling equipment according to claim 6, wherein one of the two handle positioning jigs (603) is provided with a second pressing device (8) above the handle positioning jig (603) close to the automatic welding device (604).

The automatic handle assembling equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first pressing device (7) and the second pressing device (8) each comprise a support (701), a fifth cylinder (702) and a pressing plate (703), the support (701) is fixed on the bottom plate (1), the fifth cylinder (702) is vertically fixed on the top of the support (701), the pressing plate (703) is horizontally arranged below the fifth cylinder (702) and is in transmission connection with the fifth cylinder (702), a limiting groove is arranged on the lower end surface of the pressing plate (703), and the horizontal cross section of the limiting groove is L-shaped.
