Description

Natural land utilization treatment method for town dewatered sludge
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technology of environmental protection and harmful waste treatment and utilization, and mainly relates to a method for treating and disposing town dewatered sludge under natural conditions and in land.
Background
At present, town sludge treatment plants basically mature the dehydration (the water content is 80 +/-2%) and harmless treatment technology of town sludge. However, effective and mass development and use of town sludge obtained after appropriate dehydration and innocent treatment is still a problem. For example, when town sludge after dehydration and harmless treatment is prepared into a soil matrix or crop biomass fertilizer, the town sludge with the water content of 80 +/-2% needs to be subjected to deep dehydration or drying treatment, and the town sludge also needs to be prepared into the fertilizer or the matrix through a plurality of process links. All the processes need scientific and technical personnel to participate in the treatment and application, the production cost is high, the efficiency is low, and the capacity of treatment and utilization is small. In recent years, a method for treating town sludge by using a freeze-thaw technology has been proposed, but because the technology cannot realize repeated freeze-thaw of dehydrated sludge, organic matters cannot be deeply thawed, and drying, weathering and stabilizing processes are not provided, anaerobic fermentation and odor are generated after the town sludge is thawed, so that the environment is polluted, and the technology has small capacity of treating the town sludge, and cannot solve the problem of use of the town sludge.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention researches and designs a natural land utilization treatment method for town dewatered sludge by combining with the actual requirements of town sludge treatment and use, and achieves the purposes of low treatment cost, high efficiency, good quality, large treatment capacity and no environmental pollution.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a natural land utilization treatment disposal method for town dewatered sludge comprises the following steps:
naturally weathered tempering: adding a weathering modifier into the town sludge with the water content of 80 +/-2% after the harmless treatment at the temperature of more than 10 ℃; the weathering modifying agent is biomass particles, and comprises one or a mixture of crop straw particles or rice and wheat hull particles, wherein the particle size of the biomass particles is less than or equal to 6 mm, and the length of the biomass particles is less than or equal to 18 mm; according to the weight ratio, the weathering modifying agent is added in an amount of 3-30% of the dry basis weight of the urban sludge, and is uniformly stirred;
secondly, using and treating the natural frozen land and treating the natural soil in a first stage: in the time period of natural temperature of 10-6 ℃ in autumn and winter and natural temperature of-6-1 ℃ in winter and spring, directly scattering the town sludge which contains the weathering conditioner and is in a non-icing state and has a volume of not more than 16 cm on the land3Uniformly distributing and scattering the cakes; after throwing, the cake-shaped town sludge is frozen for more than 6 days under the natural condition of the temperature of below-1 ℃; or when the natural temperature is lower than-6 ℃ in autumn and winter, the town sludge containing the weathering conditioner obtained in the step I is frozen into frozen grains with the grain diameter of 10-40 mm, and then the frozen grains are uniformly scattered on the land;
thirdly, natural freeze-thaw denaturation stabilization treatment and natural dry-wet weathering stabilization first-stage treatment: freezing the town sludge continuously for more than 6 days at night under the conditions that the natural temperature is below-10 ℃ and the thickness of a frozen layer of the land is more than 5 cm, and then naturally performing freeze-thawing treatment of repeatedly melting and freezing the town sludge for not less than two times under the conditions that the natural temperature is more than 0 ℃ in the daytime and less than 0 ℃ at night; in the natural freeze-thaw denaturation stabilization process, the gradual natural dry and wet weathering from the surface to the inside occurs;
fourthly, natural dry and wet weathering stabilization second stage treatment: after the third step, when the natural temperature is above 0 ℃, the town sludge is subjected to dry and wet processes for 1-2 times again by utilizing natural wind blowing, sunshine drying and rain soaking to achieve stabilization, and simultaneously, sunlight ultraviolet irradiation inactivation, aerobic digestion, soil physicochemical and biochemical self-purification treatment are carried out;
treating in a second stage of natural soil penetration: the town sludge treated by the steps I, II, III and IV is naturally mixed into the soil by sludge fertilizer or matrix along with the cultivation on the agricultural land; the soil is naturally fused with the native soil by sludge fertilizer or matrix on forestry, pasture and improved land.
The method utilizes natural conditions including freezing and thawing climate, land physicochemical, biochemical, land self-purification, sunshine, wind blowing, rain and drying weathering conditions to treat the treated harmless urban sludge, realizes stabilization, greatly reduces human intervention procedures, is advanced, simple and reliable, realizes synchronous and integrated implementation of stabilization treatment and land utilization treatment, enables the dewatered sludge to be directly delivered to the land for treatment from a sewage treatment plant without deep dehydration or drying treatment, has no intermediate link and no secondary pollution, becomes a land available biomass fertilizer or soil matrix, and has the characteristics of small technical investment, low operating cost, large treatment capacity and environmental friendliness.

The natural weathering conditioning treatment of the invention can lead the town sludge to be formed with a molding framework in the freezing process, has the characteristics of good air permeability, accelerated drying and sufficient oxygen supply in the repeated dry-wet weathering process after melting, and also promotes the utilization effect of returning the straw to the field as fertilizer.
The natural soil-entering first stage treatment directly throws the town sludge from the sewage treatment plant to the used land, namely, the sludge reaches the final absorption field for land utilization, and the natural soil-entering first stage treatment method has the characteristics of large treatment and utilization capacity of the town sludge, few treatment links, low treatment cost and labor saving.
The natural freeze-thaw denaturation stabilization treatment can ensure the disintegration of the town sludge and the dissolution of organic matters, realize the conversion from a solid phase to a liquid phase, more thoroughly release the intracellular organic matters of the town sludge at a relatively high freezing temperature, and effectively improve the biodegradability of the town sludge. Dissolved organic matters enter the surface layer of humus of soil along with the molten water to be adsorbed and diffuse to the periphery of cake-shaped urban sludge, the weathering area is enlarged, and accelerated weathering degradation is facilitated. Meanwhile, the first stage of natural dry and wet weathering stabilization is dry and wet treatment which is carried out gradually downwards in the unfreezing process of the land and is accompanied by gradual dry and wet treatment of urban sludge from the outside to the inside, the whole process is completed on the surface layer of the land, the treatment effect is better, and no secondary pollution is caused.
The natural dry and wet weathering stabilization second-stage treatment does not affect land cultivation, and the town sludge subjected to freeze-thaw denaturation treatment has better harmless effect, no pollution and better quality.
