Abstract
The invention provides a test method and a test device for a PCBA board, wherein the test device comprises the PCBA board and processing equipment; the PCBA board comprises a main control list and an execution unit; the processing equipment comprises a processing unit and a display unit, wherein a test program is stored in the execution unit; the PCBA board is connected with the processing equipment; the method comprises the following steps: the processing unit sends a test control command to the main control unit; the main control unit acquires and runs a corresponding test program in the execution unit according to the control command to obtain test result information; the processing unit receives the test result information sent by the main control unit and displays the test result information through the display unit. According to the scheme, the processing equipment is used for controlling the test on the PCBA, and the processing equipment is used for displaying the test result information, so that the PCBA can be tested even if the PCBA board is not provided with an input device or an output device, and the applicability of the PCBA test is effectively improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) testing, in particular to a method and a device for testing a PCBA.
Background
At present, products based on an Android system are relatively complex in function, so that PCBA boards corresponding to the products are relatively complex, before the PCBA is assembled into a final complete machine product, the PCBA boards are required to be subjected to strict function testing, it is ensured that no quality defect exists in the PCBA boards in the production process, problems are avoided being found after the complete machine assembly of the products is completed, machine disassembly and rework maintenance are required to be carried out on product machines again, and therefore production efficiency of the products is seriously affected.
The existing test method of the PCBA is mainly completed by the following steps: assembling the PCBA board on a corresponding production test fixture, wherein the test fixture is provided with an input device (such as a key or a touch screen) and an output device (such as a display screen) which can be matched with the PCBA board; the testing personnel selects various functional tests of the PCBA by operating the input device on the testing jig, and feeds back and displays various testing items, testing processes and testing results of the PCBA to the display screen of the output device of the testing jig; and the tester judges whether the PCBA test flow is qualified or not according to the test result displayed by the display screen on the test fixture.
The method for testing the PCBA board has the following defects: it depends heavily on input device and output device on the corresponding production test fixture, that is, the PCBA board needs to be provided with input device and output device at the same time to accomplish. However, in the Linux platform, due to the limitation of product form, many products themselves do not have the software and hardware functions of the input device and the output device. Especially, the output device display screen, many products do not support the display with screen, and there is no image display unit in the system, which results in that the test process and test result of the PCBA can not be displayed by the output device during the test of the products. Therefore, the conventional PCBA test method is hardly suitable for testing a PCBA board (i.e., a PCBA board without an input device or an output device) of such a product.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a technical solution for testing a PCBA board, so as to solve the problem that the existing PCBA board cannot be tested on the PCBA board without an input device or an output device.
To achieve the above object, the inventors provide a test apparatus for a PCBA board, the test apparatus comprising a PCBA board and a processing device;
the PCBA board comprises a main control unit and an execution unit, and the processing equipment comprises a processing unit and a display unit; the PCBA board is connected with the processing equipment;
the processing unit is used for sending the test control command and the test program corresponding to the test control command to the main control unit;
the main control unit is used for running a test program corresponding to the test control command so as to enable the execution unit to execute corresponding test operation to obtain test result information;
the processing unit is used for receiving the test result information sent by the main control unit and displaying the test result information through the display unit.
Further, the execution unit includes a plurality of execution sub-units;
the processing unit is used for sequentially sending a plurality of test control commands to the main control unit and sending the corresponding test programs to the main control unit when sending each test control command;
the main control unit is used for receiving and running each test program, so that each execution subunit executes corresponding test operation in parallel, and test result information corresponding to each execution subunit is obtained.
Furthermore, the main control unit is further configured to enter a test mode after receiving a test start instruction sent by the processing unit; or after receiving a test ending instruction sent by the processing unit, exiting the test mode.

Detailed Description
To explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the technical solutions in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a testing apparatus for a PCBA board according to an embodiment of the invention. The testing device comprises a PCBA board 10 and a processing device 11;
the PCBA board 10 comprises a main control unit 101 and an execution unit 102; the processing device 11 includes a processing unit 111 and a display unit 112; the PCBA board 10 is connected with the processing device 11. The processing device is an electronic device with a data processing function and a display function, and is preferably an upper computer such as a computer.
The processing unit 111 is configured to send a test control command and a test program corresponding to the test control command to the main control unit 101;
the main control unit 101 is configured to run a test program corresponding to the test control command, so that the execution unit 102 executes a corresponding test operation to obtain test result information;
the processing unit 111 is configured to receive the test result information sent by the main control unit 101, and display the test result information through the display unit 112.
According to the scheme, the testing process of the PCBA is controlled through the processing equipment, the testing result of the PCBA can be displayed on the processing equipment, and even if the PCBA does not have the input device, a tester can initiate testing to the PCBA through the processing equipment; even if the PCBA board does not have an output device, a tester can observe the test result corresponding to each test item through the processing equipment, and therefore the application range of the PCBA test is effectively widened.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the execution unit 102 includes an execution subunit 1021. The processing unit 111 is configured to sequentially send a plurality of test control commands to the main control unit 101, and send a test program corresponding to each test control command to the main control unit 101 when sending the test control command; the main control unit 101 is configured to receive and run each test program, so that each execution subunit 1021 executes a corresponding test operation in parallel, thereby obtaining test result information corresponding to each execution subunit.
Typically, PCBA testing includes testing of a number of items, and the execution subunit is used to execute corresponding test items. For example, the interface a on the PCBA board needs to test whether the interface access data is normal, and the PCBA board runs a corresponding test program to complete the test. For example, the light effect test on the PCBA board is to run a corresponding test program to complete various tests on the lamp (belonging to an execution subunit). In the processing equipment, each test program is compiled based on the test item type, so that the programs are mutually independent when being operated by the PCBA, and the test result of each test program can be fed back on the display unit of the processing equipment in real time, thereby effectively improving the test processing efficiency.
For example, the test of the test item A, B, C is now required, the three test items correspond to the test program A, B, C, and the execution subunits corresponding to the three test items are the execution subunit a, the execution subunit B and the execution subunit C. When the test of the test item A needs to be performed, the processing equipment only needs to send the test program A to the PCBA, and the PCBA receives and runs the test program A to control the execution subunit A to perform corresponding test operation, feed back a test result corresponding to the execution subunit A to the processing equipment, and display the test result on a display unit of the processing equipment in real time. The testing steps of the testing items B and C are similar to those of the testing item A, and because the testing among the testing items is completed by loading the corresponding testing program on the PCBA board, and the testing programs are packaged into mutually independent modules in advance, the testing operations executed by the execution subunits can be processed in parallel, and the testing efficiency is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, the main control unit is further configured to enter a test mode after receiving a test start instruction sent by the processing unit; or after receiving a test ending instruction sent by the processing unit, exiting the test mode.
After the PCBA board is started, two application systems can be simultaneously operated, one is a product main application system, and the other is a PCBA test system. The PCBA test system waits for receiving a 'start test' instruction issued by a PC upper computer (namely processing equipment), and if the 'start test' instruction issued by the PC upper computer is not received, the PCBA test system is in a state of always waiting for receiving the instruction, and a test mode cannot be started. And after the PCBA test system receives a test starting instruction sent by the PC upper computer, the PCBA test system enters a test mode and closes the main product application system. After all the tests are finished or after a forced quit instruction is issued by the PC upper computer, the PCBA test system quits the test mode and restarts the previously closed main application system, so that the switching of the two systems is not required by an additional method.
In some embodiment modes, the PCBA board comprises a first communication unit 103, the processing unit comprises a second communication unit 113, and the first communication unit 103 and the second communication unit are connected so that the processing device and the PCBA board can establish connection. Preferably, the PCBA board is connected to the processing device via a USB cable, the PCBA board is a USB slave device end, and the processing device is a USB master device end. Namely, one end of the USB is a first communication unit, the other end is a second communication unit, and the first communication unit and the second communication unit are connected through a USB cable for data transmission.
The PCBA board to be tested is connected with a PC upper computer through a USB cable, wherein the PC upper computer is used as a USB Host and is a test initiator of the PCBA test system. The PCBA to be tested is used as a USB Device and is a test executor of the PCBA test system. The USB cable transmits through an ACM (Abstract Control Model) of a CDC (Communication Device Class) Class of USB, and this transmission mode is referred to as USB virtual serial port for short.
By using the USB virtual serial port mode, when the PCBA board to be tested is connected to the PC through the USB, a common serial port COM port is generated on the PC, and then the upper computer of the PC can operate the virtual COM port in the mode of operating the common serial port. The purpose of data interactive transmission with the PCBA Device to be tested is achieved.
As shown in fig. 3, the inventor also provides a test method of the PCBA board, which is applied to a test device of the PCBA board, wherein the test device comprises the PCBA board and a processing device;
the PCBA board comprises a main control list and an execution unit; the processing device comprises a processing unit and a display unit; the PCBA board is connected with the processing equipment;
the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, the processing unit sends a test control command and a test program corresponding to the test control command to the main control unit in the step S301;
then, the main control unit runs a test program corresponding to the test control command in step S302, so that the execution unit executes corresponding test operation to obtain test result information;
and then, in step S303, the processing unit receives the test result information sent by the main control unit, and displays the test result information through the display unit.
In some embodiments, the execution unit includes a plurality of execution subunits;
the method comprises the following steps:
the processing unit sequentially sends a plurality of test control commands to the main control unit, and sends corresponding test programs to the main control unit when sending each test control command;
the main control unit receives and runs each test program, so that each execution subunit executes corresponding test operation in parallel, and test result information corresponding to each execution subunit is obtained.
In certain embodiments, the method comprises:

In some embodiments, the PCBA board is connected to the processing device via a USB cable, the PCBA board is a USB slave device side, and the processing device is a USB master device side.
In certain embodiments, the processing device is an upper computer.
The invention realizes the communication transmission between the PC upper computer and the PCBA board in a USB virtual serial port mode, and transmits a test command and receives and displays a test result by the PC upper computer. The main control unit of the PCBA test system is a fixed unit, the test program is dynamically loaded, the main control unit of the PCBA board can dynamically load the test program through a PC upper computer in the test process according to needs, and the test program is automatically unloaded after the test work is finished, so that the whole PCBA test system is efficient and flexible.
In addition, the execution unit of the PCBA test system is composed of a plurality of execution sub-units, each execution sub-unit correspondingly executes a process (i.e., test program) independent of each other, and the test program executed by each execution unit is compiled into each independent executable file, so that each test program can be dynamically loaded according to the actual test item requirements, thereby achieving the purpose of processing a plurality of test items in parallel by the PCBA.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the testing method of the invention can ensure that the PCBA test does not depend on an input device and an output device (display screen) on a production testing tool, and the input information and the output information of the test are transmitted through the USB cable and displayed on the software interface of the PC upper computer.
2. The USB cable carries out communication transmission in a virtual serial port mode, PC upper computer software does not depend on a USB protocol, and the USB cable can be operated only in a serial port mode which is common in operation, so that the USB cable is very simple and convenient to realize.
3. A plurality of PCBA boards can be connected simultaneously through HUB extension on the PC, carry out a plurality of PCBA board synchronous test, improve production efficiency.
4. The test program executed by each execution subunit for testing is dynamically loaded and operated under the control of the PC upper computer, so that the size of PCBA firmware is saved, the use is more flexible, the extension of the test function is more convenient, the corresponding test program is automatically unloaded after the test is finished, and the storage space is not occupied.
5. The process of executing the corresponding test program by each execution subunit can be operated independently and synchronously, so that mutual waiting is avoided, and the test efficiency is improved.

the processing unit is used for receiving the test result information sent by the main control unit and displaying the test result information through the display unit.
