A use method of a test system for a medical cleaning machine comprises the medical cleaning machine, a liquid discharge pipe, a cold liquid inlet pipe, a cold liquid recovery box, a cold liquid outlet pipe, a hot liquid inlet pipe, a hot liquid recovery box, a hot liquid outlet pipe, a filter, a circulating pump and a circulating pipe, wherein one end of the liquid discharge pipe is communicated with the medical cleaning machine and used for receiving liquid discharged by the medical cleaning machine, the other end of the liquid discharge pipe is respectively communicated with one end of the cold liquid inlet pipe and one end of the hot liquid inlet pipe through a first three-way valve, the other end of the cold liquid inlet pipe is communicated with the cold liquid recovery box, the other end of the hot liquid inlet pipe is communicated with the hot liquid recovery box, the inlet end of the filter is respectively communicated with one end of the cold liquid outlet pipe and one end of the hot liquid outlet pipe through a second three-way valve, and the other end of the cold liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the cold liquid recovery box, the other end of the hydrothermal solution outlet pipe is communicated with the hydrothermal solution recovery tank, the outlet end of the filter is communicated with the inlet end of the circulating pump, and the outlet end of the circulating pump is communicated with the medical cleaning machine through a circulating pipe;
the test system further includes a control system, the control system including:
the cold liquid level detection module is used for detecting the liquid level height in the cold liquid recovery box;
the hydrothermal liquid level detection module is used for detecting the liquid level height in the hydrothermal liquid recovery tank;
the controller is respectively connected with the first three-way valve, the second three-way valve, the circulating pump, the cold liquid level detection module and the hot liquid level detection module;
the method is characterized in that:
the using method comprises a cold test solution working test and a hot test solution working test, wherein the cold test solution working test specifically comprises the steps of controlling a first three-way valve, communicating a drain pipe with a cold solution inlet pipe, controlling a second three-way valve, communicating a cold solution outlet pipe with a filter, starting a circulating pump to work, introducing cold test solution in a cold solution recovery box into a medical cleaning machine under the traction of the circulating pump, spraying the cold test solution through a spraying assembly of the medical cleaning machine, detecting whether the medical cleaning machine normally operates in the working state of the cold test solution, and enabling the cold test solution after the spraying test to flow back to the cold solution recovery box through the drain pipe and the cold solution inlet pipe; the thermal test liquid working test specifically comprises the steps of controlling a first three-way valve, communicating a drain pipe with a thermal liquid inlet pipe, controlling a second three-way valve, communicating a thermal liquid outlet pipe with a filter, starting a circulating pump to work, introducing the thermal test liquid in a thermal liquid recovery box into a medical cleaning machine under the traction of the circulating pump, spraying the thermal test liquid through a spraying assembly of the medical cleaning machine, detecting whether the medical cleaning machine operates normally under the working state of the thermal test liquid, and enabling the thermal test liquid after the spraying test to flow back to the thermal liquid recovery box through the drain pipe and the thermal liquid inlet pipe.
