目前的风光互补路灯,未设置遮盖装置,在雨天等恶劣天气,会损坏太阳能板或风叶,且现有的风光互补装置同时使用,不能交替发电,则装置使用寿命短。
为此,有必要对现有技术中路灯进一步的改进,从而提高发电效率。

根据本发明的一种风光互补景观区路灯,包括灯柱,所述灯柱内设有滑腔,所述滑腔内转动设有转轴,所述转轴上固设有用以调整所述转轴转速稳定的调速器,所述转轴动力连接有发电机,所述发电机右端电性连接蓄电池,所述转轴左端花键连接有支块,所述支块内设有上下对称的开槽,所述开槽内转动设有用以与所述啮合齿轮啮合的风叶,所述风叶右端与所述开槽之间固设有转簧,所述转轴外侧设有用以收缩所述风叶的收缩装置,所述收缩装置与所述转轴花键连接,所述滑腔下侧设有驱动装置,所述驱动装置与所述收缩装置啮合连接用以驱动所述收缩装置工作,所述风叶下侧于所述灯柱上固设有路灯,所述路灯与所述蓄电池电性连接,所述灯柱右端面固设有固块,所述固块内转动设有有所述驱动装置动力连接的固轴,所述固块内设有转槽,所述固轴上转动设有伸入所述转槽内的直齿轮,所述转槽内转动设有与所述直齿轮啮合的转盘,所述转盘内固设有固杆,所述固杆上转动设有前后两个太阳能板,所述太阳能板之间固设有扭簧,所述太阳能板下侧设有前后对称的顶板,所述顶板下端转动连接有侧板,所述灯柱内于所述驱动装置下侧设有遮盖装置,所述遮盖装置与所述顶板及所述侧板固连;所述风叶与所述太阳能板交替作用发电并储存于所述蓄电池为所述路灯供电。

初始状态时,太阳能板66展开,推块73位于滑轨68下侧极限位置,风叶32水平放置且收缩至空腔14内,风叶32与啮合齿轮19 啮合,转轮24与转动齿轮34啮合,压杆42与滑杆16抵接,压簧 17、转簧31、复位部件43、复位组件44处于压缩状态,动力轴54 与连轴56连接。
当需要装置工作时,发动机48工作,驱动连轴56转动,则固轴61带动直齿轮62转动,使得转盘64转动,则太阳能板66随之转动用以调节角度,使得太阳能板66与阳光接触面积最大,太阳能板66 将太阳能转化为电能储存于蓄电池28内为路灯80供电,另一部分,当使用风力发电时,马达37工作驱动转动齿轮34转动,则转轮24 转动,通过皮带20使得啮合齿轮19转动,则风叶32向左移动至与啮合齿轮19即将脱离,则滑杆16在压簧17作用下左移,则压杆42 在复位部件43作用下左移,推杆45上升带动压块47上升,则动力轴54与连轴56脱离且齿环55与连接齿轮51啮合,则发动机48驱动连接齿轮51转动,使得芯轴52转动,通过同步带53使得丝杆76 转动,则推块73带动侧板77上升,顶板78随之上升使得两个太阳能板66向上收起,当滑块69进入滑轨68的弯曲轨道式,前后的顶板78相互靠近并抵接,遮盖太阳能板66上侧,为太阳能板66遮风挡雨且延长太阳能板66使用时间,芯轴52转动过程中,使得传动齿轮39转动,则滑筒12向右移动,使得风叶32在转簧31作用下向外转动展开,风力作用下风叶32带动转轴25转动,通过发电机27将电能储存于蓄电池28内为路灯80供电,风叶32与太阳能板66再次交替发电时,发动机48及马达37反向转动即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,操作方便,太阳能板与风叶交替工作发电,节省能源,且风力发电装置与太阳能发电装置均设置遮盖保护装置,使装置使用时间长,降低维修成本。
本领域的技术人员可以明确,在不脱离本发明的总体精神以及构思的情形下,可以做出对于以上实施例的各种变型。其均落入本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护方案以本发明所附的权利要求书为准。
Claims (4)
1.一种风光互补景观区路灯,包括灯柱,所述灯柱内设有滑腔,所述滑腔内转动设有转轴,所述转轴上固设有用以调整所述转轴转速稳定的调速器,所述转轴动力连接有发电机,所述发电机右端电性连接蓄电池,所述转轴左端花键连接有支块,所述支块内设有上下对称的开槽,所述开槽内转动设有用以与所述啮合齿轮啮合的风叶,所述风叶右端与所述开槽之间固设有转簧,所述转轴外侧设有用以收缩所述风叶的收缩装置,所述收缩装置与所述转轴花键连接,所述滑腔下侧设有驱动装置,所述驱动装置与所述收缩装置啮合连接用以驱动所述收缩装置工作,所述风叶下侧于所述灯柱上固设有路灯,所述路灯与所述蓄电池电性连接,所述灯柱右端面固设有固块,所述固块内转动设有有所述驱动装置动力连接的固轴,所述固块内设有转槽,所述固轴上转动设有伸入所述转槽内的直齿轮,所述转槽内转动设有与所述直齿轮啮合的转盘,所述转盘内固设有固杆,所述固杆上转动设有前后两个太阳能板,所述太阳能板之间固设有扭簧,所述太阳能板下侧设有前后对称的顶板,所述顶板下端转动连接有侧板,所述灯柱内于所述驱动装置下侧设有遮盖装置,所述遮盖装置与所述顶板及所述侧板固连;所述风叶与所述太阳能板交替作用发电并储存于所述蓄电池为所述路灯供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风光互补景观区路灯,其特征在于:所述收缩装置包括与所述滑腔内滑接且套设于所述转轴外周的滑筒,所述滑筒右端面内转动设有转块,所述转块与所述转轴花键连接,所述滑筒上端面固设有导块,所述滑腔上下两侧相通设有空槽,所述滑筒上下侧的内端壁转动设有转轮,上下两个所述转轮之间通过齿形带动力连接,下侧的所述空槽下端壁内固设有马达,所述马达上端动力连接有第一锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮后端啮合连接有转动齿轮,所述转动齿轮上端与下侧的所述转轮用以啮合连接,所述滑筒内设有空腔,两个所述转轮左端壁内分别转动设有伸入所述空腔内的啮合齿轮,所述啮合齿轮与所述转轮之间通过皮带动力连接,所述空腔上下侧相通设有滑槽,所述滑槽之间滑动设有滑杆,所述滑杆右端与所述空腔之间固设有上下对称的压簧,所述滑杆内转动设有与所述转轴花键连接的连块;所述风叶相对转动后收缩至所述空腔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风光互补景观区路灯,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括压腔,所述压腔内滑动设有压块,所述压块下端与所述压腔之间固设有伸缩弹簧,所述压块上端固设有推杆,所述推杆右端面固设有用以复位所述推杆的复位组件,所述推杆上端抵接设有压杆,所述压杆左端伸入所述空腔内,所述压杆上端面固设有用以复位所述压杆的复位部件,所述压块内固设有发动机,所述发动机下端动力连接有动力轴,所述压腔下侧相通设有连腔,所述动力轴下端固定套设有齿环,所述齿环左端啮合有连接齿轮,所述连腔与所述滑腔之间连通设有凹槽,所述连接齿轮的芯轴上端伸入所述凹槽内,所述芯轴上端固设有第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮后端啮合有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮上端与所述滑筒啮合,所述芯轴下端与所述遮盖装置通过同步带动力连接,所述连腔下侧相通设有通腔,所述通腔内通过连轴转动设有第三锥齿轮,所述连轴上端有所述动力轴用以花键连接,所述固轴左端与所述通腔左端壁转动连接,在所述通腔内的所述固轴上固设有与所述第三锥齿轮啮合的第四锥齿轮;所述发动机分别驱动所述风叶及所述太阳能板工作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风光互补景观区路灯,其特征在于:所述遮盖装置包括前后对称且右侧与外界相通的滑轨,所述滑轨上侧连通设有连槽,所述滑轨内滑动设有滑块,所述滑块下侧滑动设有推块,所述滑块与所述顶板及所述推块与所述侧板之间分别通过连杆固连,所述推块与所述滑块之间通过转杆转动连接,所述滑轨相互远离一侧相通设有推槽,所述推槽内转动设有丝杆,所述推块与所述丝杆螺纹连接,所述丝杆下端之间通过传动带动力连接,前侧的所述丝杆与所述芯轴之间通过所述同步带动力连接;所述推块上升带动所述侧板上升,且所述顶板相互靠近抵接用以遮盖所述太阳能板。
