背景技术
随着人们对环保、健康的重视,对功能性石膏板需求越来越多。由于在装修过程中,不管是一些涂料还是后期其他一些工序,很多都有甲醛的出现,甲醛已经成为我国装修中的主要污染物之一。甲醛对人体危害最严重,潜伏期最长,被称为“室内污染第一杀手”;甲醛是导致新生儿畸形、儿童白血病、青少年记忆力和智力下降的主要原因,被WHO(世界卫生组织)确定为“致癌和致畸性物质”。长期接触低剂量甲醛,能引起慢性中毒,引发呼吸***、神经***、生殖***等疾病。因此甲醛对人类的危害是不容忽视的。所以,提供一种一种除甲醛石膏板变得十分重要。

(5)将喷涂后的板材进行自然晾干即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:

性能测试
本发明的除甲醛石膏板除甲醛效果做测试分析,在1m3腔室中,甲醛加入量为3μL,每天持续滴入甲醛,放入长宽均为0.5m的9.5mm厚石膏板,分别检测1-5d内的腔室内甲醛浓度。具体数据如表1所示。表1中数据单位为mg/m3。

Claims (9)
1.一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
石膏80-90份、生石灰10-15份、云母粉3-5份、抗裂纤维3-5份、磷渣18-22份、水泥28-33份、粉煤灰18-22份、水170-200份、甲醛清除剂4-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
石膏85份、生石灰12份、云母粉4份、抗裂纤维4份、磷渣20份、水泥30份、粉煤灰20份、水185份、甲醛清除剂6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:所述的甲醛清除剂采用如下方法制备而成:
将除虫菊提取液、肉桂提取液、蒲公英提取液、纳米二氧化钛、丙烯酸树脂改性的酪蛋白成膜剂、木质素磺酸钠、水一起放入到搅拌装置中进行搅拌,制得甲醛清除剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:所述的甲醛清除剂中各原料的具体重量份数如下:
除虫菊提取液3-5份、肉桂提取液3-5份、蒲公英提取液0.5-1.5份、纳米二氧化钛2-3份、丙烯酸树脂改性的酪蛋白成膜剂3-4份、木质素磺酸钠3-4份、水60-70份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:所述的甲醛清除剂中各原料的具体重量份数如下:
除虫菊提取液4份、肉桂提取液4份、蒲公英提取液1份、纳米二氧化钛2.5份、丙烯酸树脂改性的酪蛋白成膜剂3.5份、木质素磺酸钠3.5份、水64份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:所述的除虫菊提取液的制备方法如下:将除虫菊加3-5倍水浸泡10~12h后置于真空均质机内,在真空度为-0.05~-0.07MPa和温度为65~75℃的条件下均质1~3h,过滤、将滤液浓缩至原料体积的1/2-3/5得除虫菊提取液。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:所述的肉桂提取液的制备方法如下:将肉桂加3-5倍水浸泡10~12h后置于真空均质机内,在真空度为-0.05~-0.07MPa和温度为70~80℃的条件下均质1~3h,过滤、将滤液浓缩至原料体积的1/2-3/5得肉桂提取液。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种除甲醛石膏板,其特征在于:所述的蒲公英提取液的制备方法如下:将蒲公英加3-5倍水浸泡10~12h后置于真空均质机内,在真空度为-0.05~-0.07MPa和温度为70~80℃的条件下均质1~3h,过滤、将滤液浓缩至原料体积的1/2-3/5得蒲公英提取液。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的除甲醛石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)将石膏粉、生石灰粉、磷渣、水泥、粉煤灰、云母粉、抗裂纤维送入搅拌池搅拌10-15分钟后再加水,搅拌3-6分钟,混合均匀后制得石膏混和浆料;
(2)将制得石膏混和浆料倒入磨具中压制成型;
(3)将压制成型的石膏板进行烘干,制得石膏板;
(4)将甲醛清除剂喷涂到石膏板表面,喷涂速度为2-5m/min;
(5)将喷涂后的板材进行自然晾干即可。
