the stirring assembly comprises a lantern ring (19) and a plurality of stirring units, the lantern ring (19) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (16), the stirring units are evenly distributed on the periphery of the rotating shaft (16) in the circumferential direction, the stirring units are arranged on one side, far away from the driving assembly, of the lantern ring (19), each stirring unit comprises a supporting shaft, a stirring plate (17) and a hinge rod (18), one end of the supporting shaft is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (16), the other end of the supporting shaft is hinged to the stirring plate (17), two ends of the hinge rod (18) are hinged to the lantern ring (19) and the stirring plate (17) respectively, and the driving assembly is connected with the lantern ring (19);
the shaking mechanism comprises a second motor (10), a rotating rod (11), a swinging rod (12) and a plurality of supporting components, the second motor (10) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the base (1), the second motor (10) is connected with one end of the rotating rod (11) in a transmission mode, the other end of the rotating rod (11) is hinged to the lower portion of the base plate (2) through the swinging rod (12), the supporting components are evenly distributed below the base plate (2), and the second motor (10) is electrically connected with the PLC.

The hydraulic casting apparatus with defoaming function according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a fixed box (20), a driving unit and two connecting units, the fixed box (20) is fixed on the rotating shaft (16), through holes are formed above and below the fixed box (20), the through holes correspond to the connecting units one by one, the driving unit is arranged between the two connecting units, the driving unit is connected with the connecting units, the connecting units comprise a moving rod (24) and two springs (25), one end of the moving rod (24) is fixedly connected with one side of the collar (19) far away from the stirring plate (17), the other end of the moving rod (24) passes through the through holes and is arranged inside the fixed box (20), the other end of the moving rod (24) is connected with the driving unit, the two springs (25) are respectively arranged at two sides of the moving rod (24), and two ends of the spring (25) are respectively connected with one side of the fixed box (20) close to the through hole and the lantern ring (19).

The hydraulic casting apparatus with defoaming function as claimed in claim 2, wherein said connection unit further comprises a limiting ring (26), said limiting ring (26) is fixed on one side of the fixed box (20) near the through hole, said limiting ring (26) is sleeved on the moving rod (24), and said moving rod (24) is slidably connected with the limiting ring (26).

The hydraulic casting equipment with defoaming function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the driving unit comprises a third motor (21), a rotating disc (22) and two pull wires (23), the third motor (21) is fixed inside the fixed box (20), the third motor (21) is in transmission connection with the rotating disc (22), the pull wires (23) correspond to the moving rods (24) one by one, one end of each pull wire (23) is wound on the rotating disc (22), and the other end of each pull wire (23) is fixedly connected with one end of each moving rod (24) far away from the sleeve ring (19).
