Claims (7)
1. The die carrier device convenient for installing the clamp is characterized by comprising a fixed bottom plate (2), a winding die (11) and a movable clamping seat (6), wherein the winding die (11) is movably arranged above the fixed bottom plate (2), the outer surfaces of two ends of the winding die (11) are fixedly provided with rotary clamping frames (9), the middle positions of the inner sides of the rotary clamping frames (9) are movably sleeved with telescopic rotating rods (10), the inner surfaces of the inner sides of the telescopic rotating rods (10) are movably provided with inner sleeve rods (17), the inner surface of one end of each telescopic rotating rod (10) is provided with a butt joint clamping groove (15), the inner sides of the butt joint clamping grooves (15) are fixedly sleeved with positioning pins (16), the outer surface of the other end of each telescopic rotating rod (10) is fixedly provided with a first sleeve handle (7), and the telescopic rotating rods (10) and the first sleeve handles are fixedly connected with the clamping pins (7) through fixed clamping pins (19), the inboard middle part rigidity of winding former (11) has cup jointed screw thread loop bar (18), and winding former (11) are through screw thread loop bar (18) and rotatory card frame (9) fixed connection, the one end external fixed surface of screw thread loop bar (18) installs second cover (8), the other end external fixed surface of screw thread loop bar (18) installs sealed apron (14), remove cassette (6) movable mounting and be close to one side of winding former (11) at the upper end surface of PMKD (2).

step two, the first sleeve handle (7) is pulled to enable the first sleeve handle (7) to drive the movable clamping seat (6), the position of the movable clamping seat (6) is adjusted on the fixed bottom plate (2) by matching with the caster (24) and the sliding groove (4), so that the inner loop bar (17) of the telescopic rotating rod (10) is pulled out, the distance between the two groups of rotary clamping frames (9) is adjusted, the fixed clamping clips (26) between the winding dies (11) and the threaded loop bars (18) are taken down, and the winding dies (11) with different sizes are replaced according to the model of the cable;
and thirdly, one end of the cable is fixed on the winding former (11), the butt joint rotary table (29) is driven to rotate by the motor in the box body shell (13), so that the butt joint rotary table (29) drives the telescopic rotary rod (10) to rotate, and the winding former (11) on the rotary clamping frame (9) is driven by the telescopic rotary rod (10), so that the cable is wound on the winding groove (28) of the winding former (11).
