The invention provides a shockproof displacement sensor device which comprises a vertical mill shell, a hydraulic cylinder, a trolley track and a universal fixing seat, wherein the hydraulic cylinder, the trolley track and the universal fixing seat are fixed on the vertical mill shell; the trolley track is connected with a movable trolley, one side of the movable trolley is connected with the traction hoop through a steel wire rope, the other side of the movable trolley is connected with the displacement sensor, and the hydraulic cylinder, the steel wire rope and the trolley track are kept parallel; the movable trolley is connected with the trolley track through a plurality of pulleys and a pressing pulley and slides on the track without clearance. The displacement sensor of the invention hardly generates horizontal swing, and the service life of the displacement sensor is effectively prolonged.

The invention provides a shockproof displacement sensor device for solving the problems in the prior art, wherein a trolley shockproof displacement sensor hardly generates horizontal swing, and the service life of the displacement sensor is effectively prolonged.
The vertical mill comprises a vertical mill shell, and a hydraulic cylinder, a trolley track and a universal fixed seat which are fixed on the vertical mill shell, wherein a displacement sensor is fixed on the universal fixed seat, the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a grinding roller pull rod through a piston rod, and a traction hoop is installed on the grinding roller pull rod; the trolley track is connected with a movable trolley, one side of the movable trolley is connected with the traction hoop through a steel wire rope, the other side of the movable trolley is connected with the displacement sensor, and the hydraulic cylinder, the steel wire rope and the trolley track are kept parallel; the movable trolley is connected with the trolley track through a plurality of pulleys and a pressing pulley and slides on the track without clearance.
The further improvement is that a pressing pulley on the movable trolley is arranged on a swing arm, one end of the swing arm rotates around a shaft on the trolley, and the other end of the swing arm is pressed on a trolley track through an adjustable spring.

The structure of the invention is shown in figure 1, and the device comprises a vertical mill shell, a hydraulic cylinder 1, a trolley track 7 and a universal fixed seat 13 which are fixed on the vertical mill shell, wherein a displacement sensor 11 is fixed on the universal fixed seat 12, the hydraulic cylinder 1 is connected with a grinding roller pull rod 4 through a piston rod 2, and a traction hoop 3 is installed on the grinding roller pull rod 4; the trolley track 7 is connected with a movable trolley 6, one side of the movable trolley 6 is connected with the traction hoop 3 through a steel wire rope 5, the other side of the movable trolley 6 is connected with a displacement sensor 11, and the hydraulic cylinder 1, the steel wire rope 5 and the trolley track 7 are kept parallel; the movable trolley 6 is connected with the trolley track 7 through a plurality of pulleys 13 and a pressing pulley 9 and slides on the track without clearance.
In a further improvement, a pressing pulley 9 on the movable trolley is arranged on a swing arm 10, one end of the swing arm 10 rotates around a shaft on the trolley, and the other end of the swing arm is pressed on a trolley track 7 through an adjustable spring 8.
