Abstract
本发明公开了一种青稞青汁粉及其制备方法,涉及农业技术领域。所述方法包括以下步骤:对青稞种子进行水培育苗,种子成苗,采取第15天至第25天的青稞苗,将青稞苗烘干、灭菌后制成粉末,所述粉末即为所述青稞青汁粉。将所述青稞青汁粉加入到45℃以下的水中,形成青稞青汁饮品;或在水中再加入糖和/或橙汁,形成青稞青汁饮品。将所述的青稞青汁粉加入到酸奶或牛奶中,搅拌均匀,形成青稞青汁饮品。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域,尤其涉及一种青稞青汁粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
青稞是一种很常见的农作物,而且营养物质是比较丰富,同时可以有促进食欲的作用,青稞可以做成青稞酒,或者是青稞面,都是青藏高原经常吃的食物。
青稞英文名:hullessbarley是禾本科大麦属的一种禾谷类作物。主要产自中国西藏是藏族人民的主要粮食。青稞在青藏高原上种植约有3500年的历史,从物质文化之中延伸到精神文化领域,在青藏高原上形成了内涵丰富、极富民族特色的青稞文化。有着广泛的药用以及营养价值,已推出了青稞挂面、青稞馒头、青稞营养粉等青稞产品。
青稞具有丰富的营养价值和突出的医药保健作用。据《本草拾遗》记载:青稞,下气宽中、壮精益力、除湿发汗、止泻。藏医典籍《晶珠本草》更把青稞作为一种重要药物,用于治疗多种疾病。青稞在中国西北、华北及内蒙、西藏等地均有栽培,当地群众以之为粮、正如《药性考》中所言:“青稞形同大麦,皮薄面脆,西南人倚为正食。”青稞性平、味咸,归脾经、胃经、大肠经,含有蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、维生素B具有补脾养胃、益气止泻、壮筋益力、除湿发汗的功效,适合脾胃气虚、倦怠无力、腹泻便溏者食用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种青稞青汁粉及其制备方法,主要目的是充分利用青稞叶的营养价值,拓展青稞加工产品。
为达到上述目的,本发明主要提供了如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种青稞青汁粉的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
对青稞种子进行水培育苗,种子成苗,采取第15天至第25天的青稞苗,将青稞苗烘干、灭菌后制成粉末,所述粉末即为所述青稞青汁粉。
作为优选,所述青稞苗是种子成苗后的第15天至第20天的青稞苗。
作为优选,所述青稞苗的长度为12-18cm。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种青稞青汁粉,其是采用上述方法制备得到。
再一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种青稞青汁饮品的制备方法,将上述青稞青汁粉加入到45℃以下的水中,形成青稞青汁饮品;或在水中再加入糖和/或橙汁,形成青稞青汁饮品。
又一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种青稞青汁饮品的制备方法,将上述青稞青汁粉加入到酸奶或牛奶中,搅拌均匀,形成青稞青汁饮品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备的青稞青汁粉的原材料是青稞生长到20-30公分的幼苗,因为此时期的幼苗所含各种营养素最为丰富,所以只选用此时期的幼苗为原料。本发明制备的青稞若叶青汁粉是一种均衡含有人体所需六大基本营养素及几十种微量元素、具有显着排毒功效,并可营养细胞的高碱性纯天然健康食品。本发明制备的青稞若青汁粉充分利用了其营养价值并拓展了青稞叶的加工产品,增加了经济收益。
具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下以较佳实施例,对依据本发明申请的具体实施方式、技术方案、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。下述说明中的多个实施例中的特定特征、结构、或特点可由任何合适形式组合。
实施例1(青稞青汁粉)
一种青稞青汁粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:对青稞种子进行水培育苗,种子成苗,采取第15天至第20天的青稞苗,将青稞苗烘干、灭菌后制成粉末,其即为青稞青汁粉。
实施例2(青稞青汁粉饮品)
饭前半小时取一条(3g/5g)倒入杯中,儿童用量为每次1g/1.5g;
将上述实施例1制备的青稞青汁粉加入到45℃以下的温开水中,形成青稞青汁饮品,直接饮用;或根据个人口味在水中再加入糖和/或橙汁,形成青稞青汁饮品;用汤勺搅拌均匀后即可服用。
实施例3(青稞青汁粉饮品)
把牛奶/酸奶倒入容器中(肠胃不好者或出现天气较冷的情况,可将牛奶/酸奶加热至45℃以下);取一包(3g/5g)青汁倒入酸奶/牛奶中;把酸奶和青汁搅拌均匀,即可饮用。
注意事项:以下四种人群不能喝青汁:
1.怀孕三个月之内的孕妇;
2.对草过敏者;
3.没有辅食的宝宝;
4.肾结石患者。
青稞营养价值:
1、β一葡聚糖:据西藏自治区农牧科学院资料介绍,青稞是世界上麦类作物中β一葡聚糖最高的作物,据检测青稞β-葡聚糖平均含量为6.57%,优良品种青稞25可8.6%,是小麦平均含量的50倍。β-葡聚糖通过减少肠道粘膜与致癌物质的接触和间接抑制致癌维生物作用来预防结肠癌;通过降血脂和降胆固醇的合成预防心血管疾病:通过控制血糖防治糖尿病。具有提高机体防御能力、调节生理节律的作用。另根据美国科学研究表明,青稞除β—葡聚糖外,青稞还含有一种专门的胆固醇抑制因子,其含量约每公斤100—150毫克。
2、膳食纤维:青稞的总疗效纤维含量16%,其中不可溶性疗效纤维9.68%,可溶性疗效纤维6.37%,前者是小麦的8倍,后者是小麦的15倍。膳食纤维具有清肠通便,清除体内毒素的良好功效,是人体消化***的清道夫。
3、支链淀粉:青稞淀粉成分独特,普遍含有74—78%的支链淀粉,西藏自治区农牧科学院培育的新品种青稞25支链淀粉达到或接近100%。支链淀粉含大量凝胶黏液,加热后呈弱碱性,对胃酸过多有抑制作用。对病灶可起到缓解和屏障保护作用。
4、稀有营养成分:每100g青稞面粉中含硫胺素(维生素B1)0.32mg,核黄素(维生素B2)0.21mg,尼克酸3.6mg;维生素E0.25mg。这些物质对促进人体健康发育均有积极的作用关系。
5、微量元素:含有多种有益人体健康的无机元素钙、磷、铁、铜、锌和微量元素硒等矿物元素。硒是***卫生组织确定的人体必需的微量元素,而且是该组织唯一认定的防癌抗癌元素。
青稞草汁的保健功效:青稞草汁是一种纯天然的绿色无公害的饮品之一,正是因为它的纯天然使得青稞草汁能为收人青睐的健康饮品之一。长期饮用青稞草汁对于人体来说是很有好处的,它的好处主要表现在:
1、青稞草汁含天然的叶绿素,而叶绿素是所有植物生命的基础,可以抑制不良细菌的生长和发展更,是一种抗菌药,内外用药的疗效都非常的好。喝青稞草汁不但能治疗伤寒症,链球菌感染和各种创伤,加速皮肤再生,而且能治疗慢性窦炎、慢性内耳感染,消除脓疱病和结痂病,还能成功解除子宫颈发炎,治疗***滴虫病等,对癌症、肿瘤待各种急慢性病都有神奇的治疗功效。
2、常喝青稞草汁能补充大脑和身体组织所需的氧,使人在高含氧量的情况下保持最佳的状态。
3、常喝青稞汁草可以治疗重度贫血,还能降低高血压,增强毛细管作用。

1.一种青稞青汁粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
对青稞种子进行水培育苗,种子成苗,采取第15天至第25天的青稞苗,将青稞苗烘干、灭菌后制成粉末,所述粉末即为所述青稞青汁粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种青稞青汁粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述青稞苗是种子成苗后的第15天至第20天的青稞苗。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种青稞青汁粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述青稞苗的长度为12-18cm。
4.一种青稞青汁粉,其特征在于,所述青稞青汁粉是采用权利要求1-3任一项所述方法制备得到。
5.一种青稞青汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,将权利要求4所述的青稞青汁粉加入到45℃以下的水中,形成青稞青汁饮品;或在水中再加入糖和/或橙汁,形成青稞青汁饮品。
6.一种青稞青汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,将权利要求4所述的青稞青汁粉加入到酸奶或牛奶中,搅拌均匀,形成青稞青汁饮品。
