Specifically, after the products move to the feeding end of the moving channel 51, the fourth air cylinder 53 drives the pushing block 52 to move, so as to push the products to advance on the moving channel 51, and a plurality of products are placed on the moving channel 51 in a row, so that when the number of the products on the moving channel 51 is enough, the second infrared detection element 54 can detect that the products are at the discharging end of the moving channel 51, and then the products at the discharging end of the moving channel 51 are transferred to the detection mechanism 6 by the second transfer mechanism 7. The intermediate transfer mechanism 5 has a simple structure, can automatically detect whether enough products exist on the moving channel 51 through the second infrared detection piece 54, and can stop the second transfer mechanism 7 when no product exists at the discharge end of the moving channel 51, so that resources can be saved.
According to the transformer paper-wrapping detection device provided by the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the blanking mechanism 8 includes a second conveying unit 81, a product recovery tray 82 disposed at a discharging end of the second conveying unit 81, and a third infrared detection member 83 disposed on the frame 1 and used for detecting whether a product passes through the discharging end of the second conveying unit 81.
Specifically, whether the second transfer unit 81 has a product moving is detected by the third infrared detecting member 83, so that whether the product is being produced can be monitored in real time.
