Abstract

本发明涉及一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，包括：遮雨组件，设于晾衣杆架的上部；一驱动机构，设于墙壁下端，包括电机以及与电机传动连接的卷线轴；两卷线机构，对称设于墙壁上端的两侧，包括上卷线滑轮；两滑动支撑机构，对称设于所述晾衣杆架前端的两侧，包括滑轮；及一牵引绳索，牵引绳索绕过所述滑轮、上卷线滑轮与所述卷线轴连接，遮雨组件连接在所述牵引绳索上，牵引绳索在驱动机构的作用下进行放卷或收卷，并带动遮雨组件展开或收起。本发明能够弥补由于现有遮雨功能不完善而引起的衣物晾晒遭淋，从而改善城市居民现状，装置体积质量大大减小，具有挡雨质量高，可实现联网全自动挡雨，美观耐用的优点。

一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置
技术领域
本发明涉及晾衣架技术领域，具体涉及一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置。
背景技术
现如今随着智能家居的兴起，市场上各种智能家居设备出现越来越多，但是关于晾衣架方面的智能装置却出现的非常少。另外，现在很多人由于白天基本上都要去公司上班，衣服洗完之后要么直接晾在室内，要么直接晾在窗外露天场所。如果晾在室内的话，衣服就很难干；如果晾在露天场所，一旦下雨的话，衣服就会被雨淋湿，给生活带来诸多不便。现有家用晾衣***的普遍情况是简单安装，没有可靠遮雨功能。在现有的简单顶棚遮雨机制下，挡雨效率极低，衣服晾晒的完善防雨功能缺失严重。同时，极大的降低了用户的晾衣体验，加之晾晒和回收效率不高造成收衣服不及时，大大降低了市民的生活质量和生活效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，安装于室外墙壁上，包括：
遮雨组件，设于晾衣杆架的上部，展开时用于遮盖所述晾衣杆架；
一驱动机构，设于墙壁下端，包括电机以及与所述电机传动连接的卷线轴；
两卷线机构，对称设于墙壁上端的两侧，包括上卷线滑轮；
两滑动支撑机构，对称设于所述晾衣杆架前端的两侧，包括滑轮；及
一牵引绳索，所述牵引绳索绕过所述滑轮、上卷线滑轮与所述卷线轴连接，
所述遮雨组件连接在所述牵引绳索上，所述牵引绳索在所述驱动机构的作用下进行放卷或收卷，并带动所述遮雨组件展开或收起。
进一步地，所述遮雨组件包括位于上部的顶棚盖及两侧的侧挡件，所述顶棚盖及侧挡件的连接处间隔设置多个挂环，所述挂环穿过所述牵引绳索，最外侧的挂环与所述牵引绳索固接。
进一步地，所述顶棚盖为矩形，所述侧挡件为直角三角形，均采用透明柔性防水材质制得。
进一步地，所述卷线轴通过联轴器与所述电机连接，所述卷线轴通过对称设于墙壁两侧的卷线轴轴座及卷线轴轴盖支撑。
进一步地，所述电机通过电机支承及电机支座固定在墙壁上。
进一步地，所述卷线轴在所述联轴器与所述电机之间还设有带齿联轴器，墙壁上还设有与所述带齿联轴器相配合的锁紧机构，所述锁紧机构包括电磁吸盘支座、设于所述电磁吸盘支座上的电磁吸盘以及设于所述电磁吸盘下部的卡齿，所述在卡齿卡入所述带齿联轴器对卷线轴进行固定。当电机运动结束，电磁铁自动将机构锁定后，主动传动主轴的基部联轴器与电磁铁自锁机构的锁定部件会相互配合锁死，从而约束旋转和行进的进行，以起到保护机构和衣物的目的。
进一步地，所述上卷线滑轮安装于上滑轮轴座及滑轮轴盖内。
进一步地，所述滑轮通过夹扣及卡扣组件安装于所述晾衣杆架上。
进一步地，该装置还设有自动控制单元，所述自动控制单元包括微控制器、检测天气状况的传感器组件以及内置联网组件，所述自动控制单元与所述驱动机构连接。
进一步地，所述传感器组件包括照度传感器、温湿度传感器及雨滴传感器，所述联网组件接收气象台发布的天气预报，所述自动控制单元可通过手机app远程控制。
与现有技术相比，本发明提供了一种晾衣架联网自动遮雨装置，能够弥补由于现有遮雨功能不完善而引起的衣物晾晒遭淋，从而改善城市居民现状，不但装置体积质量大大减小，还具有挡雨质量高，可实现联网全自动挡雨，美观耐用的优点，具有较大的民用价值和经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，如图1-3，安装于室外墙壁上，包括：遮雨组件，设于晾衣杆架的上部，展开时用于遮盖晾衣杆架；一驱动机构，设于墙壁下端，包括电机9以及与电机9传动连接的卷线轴7；两卷线机构，对称设于墙壁上端的两侧，包括上卷线滑轮6；两滑动支撑机构，对称设于晾衣杆架前端的两侧，包括滑轮5；及一牵引绳索3，牵引绳索3绕过滑轮5、上卷线滑轮6与卷线轴7连接，遮雨组件连接在牵引绳索3上，牵引绳索3在驱动机构的作用下进行放卷或收卷，并带动遮雨组件展开或收起。
具体地，遮雨组件包括位于上部的顶棚盖1及两侧的侧挡件2，顶棚盖1及侧挡件2的连接处间隔设置多个挂环4，挂环4穿过牵引绳索3，最外侧的挂环与牵引绳索3固接。顶棚盖1为矩形，侧挡件2为直角三角形，均采用透明柔性防水材质制得。
卷线轴7通过联轴器12与电机9连接，卷线轴7通过对称设于墙壁两侧的卷线轴轴座14及卷线轴轴盖13支撑。电机9通过电机支承10及电机支座11固定在墙壁上。卷线轴7在联轴器12与电机9之间还设有带齿联轴器8，墙壁上还设有与带齿联轴器8相配合的锁紧机构，锁紧机构包括电磁吸盘支座15、设于电磁吸盘支座15上的电磁吸盘16以及设于电磁吸盘16下部的卡齿17，在卡齿17卡入带齿联轴器8对卷线轴7进行固定。上卷线滑轮6安装于滑轮轴座18及滑轮轴盖19内。滑轮5通过夹扣及卡扣组件安装于晾衣杆架上。
具体工作原理为，当下雨或将要下雨时，通过控制驱动机构，使电机9转动，电机9采用步进电机，电机9的转动带动卷线轴7转动，进而驱动牵引绳索3进行放卷，此时上部的顶棚盖1及两侧的侧挡件2从折叠在墙壁处的折叠状态，如图5，逐渐展开，形成如图4的展开状态，将下部的晾衣杆架遮蔽，起到防雨淋效果；而不需要使用时，启动电机9，进行反转，即可将其收起，如图5的折叠状态。
电机9与可与自动控制单元(图中未示出)相连，自动控制单元包括微控制器、检测天气状况的传感器组件以及内置联网组件，自动控制单元与所述驱动机构连接，传感器组件包括照度传感器、温湿度传感器及雨滴传感器，可以自动感知天气状况，此外，联网组件接收气象台发布的天气预报，自动控制单元可通过手机app远程控制，起到自动或远程控制的目的。
上述的对实施例的描述是为便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能理解和使用发明。熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可以容易地对这些实施例做出各种修改，并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其他实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此，本发明不限于上述实施例，本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示，不脱离本发明范畴所做出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，安装于室外墙壁上，其特征在于，包括：
遮雨组件，设于晾衣杆架的上部，展开时用于遮盖所述晾衣杆架；
一驱动机构，设于墙壁下端，包括电机(9)以及与所述电机(9)传动连接的卷线轴(7)；
两卷线机构，对称设于墙壁上端的两侧，包括上卷线滑轮(6)；
两滑动支撑机构，对称设于所述晾衣杆架前端的两侧，包括滑轮(5)；及
一牵引绳索(3)，所述牵引绳索(3)绕过所述滑轮(5)、上卷线滑轮(6)与所述卷线轴(7)连接，
所述遮雨组件连接在所述牵引绳索(3)上，所述牵引绳索(3)在所述驱动机构的作用下进行放卷或收卷，并带动所述遮雨组件展开或收起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述遮雨组件包括位于上部的顶棚盖(1)及两侧的侧挡件(2)，所述顶棚盖(1)及侧挡件(2)的连接处间隔设置多个挂环(4)，所述挂环(4)穿过所述牵引绳索(3)，最外侧的挂环与所述牵引绳索(3)固接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述顶棚盖(1)为矩形，所述侧挡件(2)为直角三角形，均采用透明柔性防水材质制得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述卷线轴(7)通过联轴器(12)与所述电机(9)连接，所述卷线轴(7)通过对称设于墙壁两侧的卷线轴轴座(14)及卷线轴轴盖(13)支撑。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述电机(9)通过电机支承(10)及电机支座(11)固定在墙壁上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述卷线轴(7)在所述联轴器(12)与所述电机(9)之间还设有带齿联轴器(8)，墙壁上还设有与所述带齿联轴器(8)相配合的锁紧机构，
所述锁紧机构包括电磁吸盘支座(15)、设于所述电磁吸盘支座(15)上的电磁吸盘(16)以及设于所述电磁吸盘(16)下部的卡齿(17)，所述在卡齿(17)卡入所述带齿联轴器(8)对卷线轴(7)进行固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述上卷线滑轮(6)安装于滑轮轴座(18)及滑轮轴盖(19)内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述滑轮(5)通过夹扣及卡扣组件安装于所述晾衣杆架上。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，该装置还设有自动控制单元，所述自动控制单元包括微控制器、检测天气状况的传感器组件以及内置联网组件，所述自动控制单元与所述驱动机构连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种晾衣杆架联网自动遮雨装置，其特征在于，所述传感器组件包括照度传感器、温湿度传感器及雨滴传感器，所述联网组件接收气象台发布的天气预报，所述自动控制单元可通过手机app远程控制。
