Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to lawn filling particles and a preparation method thereof.
background
since the turf is made of polymer strands, quartz sand or TPE pellets are required to press the grass strands to stabilize the turf.
the artificial turf in the football court does not have soil, because the human body atress is great when sportsman collides or falls, is injured very easily, adds the sensation that the TPE micelle of high elasticity can effectively simulate soil, prevents the health because of the injury that takes place with the football place collision.
in the prior art, the lawn particles are usually too much in the aspects of elasticity and environmental protection, the service life is neglected, the tensile strength of the common lawn can reach 30MPA, but the material is too hard, the hardness reaches 60A, the elongation at break is only 220%, and the material is too hard and lacks elasticity; the other is that the tensile strength is 16MPA, the hardness is 50A, the elongation at break is 400%, and the material has insufficient strength, so that the service life is only about 2 years.
In the process of ball competition or other sports, athletes run and turn continuously to tear lawn particles greatly and are easy to break, and the continuously broken lawn particles cannot play a role in filling and supporting grass filaments, so that the turf collapses and loses elasticity, and the sports personnel cannot play a good role in protecting the body; furthermore, with the requirement of the country for environmental protection becoming higher and higher, the lawn filling particles are outdoor articles, and are exposed to the sun for a long time, the ageing of rubber can have volatile gas to distribute from the lawn particles constantly, although the lawn particles on the market all add the anti-aging auxiliary agent in the course of processing, this emergence that can only delay ageing, slow ageing process also is the process that organic gas constantly volatilizes, through the analysis contrast of volatile organic matter concentration in the ageing test process, the total volatile organic matter content of ordinary lawn particles is: 75mg/kg, even as high as 200mg/kg, seriously influences the exercise environment and harms the human body.

wherein the mesh number of the heavy calcium carbonate is 5000 meshes.
Wherein the odor adsorbent is nano-scale mesoporous structure silicon dioxide with the particle size of 90nm, and the specific surface area is more than 500m 2/g.
A preparation method of lawn filling particles comprises the following steps:
1) Pouring 20-45% of SEBS rubber powder, 5-10% of LLDPE powder, 1-5% of ultraviolet absorber UV531, 3-5% of mesoporous structure silicon dioxide, 1-3% of antioxidant and 1-3% of toner, activated 10-20% of heavy calcium carbonate and 20-30% of nano-smectite clay into a high-speed mixer for high-speed stirring, and in the stirring process, slowly adding 15-25% of naphthenic oil into the high-speed mixer by an oil pump for stirring until the rubber powder is completely filled with oil to form rice paste, and then keeping for later use;
2) continuously feeding the rice paste raw material through a double-screw feeder, wherein the length-diameter ratio of the rice paste raw material is 44: 1, melt-extruding by a double-screw extruder, cooling by water, blowing by a fan, and then cutting by a granulator, wherein the vacuum port of the extruder is kept at a vacuum value of not less than 0.8 Mpa.
the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. The nano montmorillonite is used as an auxiliary reinforcing filler, and due to the special nano needle-shaped structure of the montmorillonite, the high elasticity of the lawn particles is ensured, the reinforcing effect similar to that of glass fibers serving as a reinforcing material in engineering plastics can be achieved, stronger interface bonding force is generated in rubber, the tearing resistance of the lawn particles can be greatly improved, and the actual service life can be prolonged by 2 to 3 years; injecting the lawn particles into ASTM standard sample strips through an injection molding machine, and testing the tensile strength and the elongation of the sample strips;
2. The tensile strength of the invention can reach 28MPA, the hardness is 52A, the elongation at break is 630%, the product has better motion experience, and the product has better cost performance because of excellent tearing resistance, increased service life;
3. the nano-silica with the mesoporous structure is added in the formula of the product as an adsorbent of organic smell, so that organic gas generated by rubber aging in the processes of product processing and long-term exposure to sunlight can be greatly adsorbed, and the organic gas is adsorbed in the product, thereby blocking the emission of smell, reducing the concentration of organic matter smell of the product, and ensuring that the product is really healthy and odorless;
4. The inorganic filler subjected to surface treatment can greatly improve the interface bonding force with the rubber powder SEBS, so that the lawn filling particles can have smoother appearance and longer wear resistance, and still have very high elasticity and bright color under long-time burning.
