技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料。
背景技术
为了提高连铸坯质量采取了许多技术措施。其中,在连续浇铸方面,主要采用了无氧化浇注技术,防止钢水的二次氧化,减少钢中夹杂物,提高钢水的纯净度和铸坯的质量在无氧化浇注技术中,其重要的一环是中间包的钢流不被二次氧化。在这个过程中,常常是通过密封浇注来实现的。在中间包包盖各浇注口、测温口及其与中间包包沿接触进行密封性保护是十分必要的。传统的密封材料采用浇注板材、涂料或可塑料。这些材料在高温时易产生大量裂纹起不到严格密封的状态,同时保温性能也不好。特别是使用后期,中间包盖金属框体在长期高温作用下易翘曲变形,导致保温性和密封性进一步恶化。为改变这种状态,考虑采用陶瓷纤维制成的保温材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,包括非受热层,所述非受热层的上表面固定连接有受热层,所述受热层的表面固定连接有铝膜;所述非受热层是由以下百分比的原料组成:陶瓷纤维55%、溶胶结合剂10%、淀粉8%、粘土20%和硅石粉7%;所述受热层是由以下百分比的原料组成:耐火纤维50-55%、粘土10-15%、淀粉8%、有机结合剂2%、无机结合剂1%、氧化铝粉7%、刚玉粉4%、隔热添加剂2%和溶胶结合剂11%;所述铝膜为氧化铝薄膜。
优选地,所述耐火纤维为高铝耐火纤维,以工业氧化铝、高纯硅石和石英砂作为主要原料,配合料经熔融喷吹或甩丝成纤,得到氧化铝含量60%以上的高纯度玻璃态硅酸铝耐火纤维。
优选地,所述隔热添加剂为粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅,且经过硅油对粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅进行表面处理,使其形成白色悬浮液。
优选地,所述溶胶结合剂是由85%的硅溶胶和15%的上浆剂组成,所述无机结合剂的类型为硅酸盐类结合剂,所述有机结合剂为环氧树脂,所述硅溶胶中添加了5%的硅微粉。
一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将耐火纤维和陶瓷纤维的原棉分别用打浆机中打短,使其规格达到12μm×4mm~12μm×6mm;
2)分别制作受热层浆料和非受热层浆料:
1、受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的短切耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加加入粘土、淀粉、有机结合剂、隔热添加剂、刚玉粉、氧化铝粉和溶胶结合剂,搅拌分散均匀;
2、非受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的陶瓷耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加溶胶结合剂、淀粉、粘土和硅石粉,搅拌分散均匀;
3)将事先搅拌好的受热层浆料定量加入成型模具内,压平后吸滤,然后再将非受热层浆料填满模具,待水快吸净时,用100目标准筛将细粉刚玉涂料定量均匀地洒在模具内浆料上;
4)翻转模具使用托板将该模具送入干燥窑内烘干,烘制时间为1.5-2.5小时,烘制温度为150-200摄氏度;
5)将烘制好的隔热保温板的受热层打磨平整,并切割成目标尺寸,用RF磁控溅射法在受热层表面镀氧化铝薄膜。
优选地,所述步骤5)中采用磁控溅射镀膜机,其真空度为2.0E-3Pa,镀膜工艺参数:100W,0.9Pa,Ar流量15sccm,O2流量5sccm,靶基距90mm,镀膜时间约90min。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明提出的覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料的加工工艺中,采用硅溶胶加少量上浆剂结合保证该陶瓷纤维保温材料在成型时纤维间结合剂最大程度分布,并在各个温度点均具有较高的强度,由于上浆剂CMC高电位的作用可以使淀粉、纤维及填料发生絮凝现象,能与纤维、填料之间形成氢键,增加结合力。
2、本发明提出的覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料中,受热层的材料选取高铝耐火纤维,其中氧化铝含量达到60%以上,使其耐热温度高达1400℃,通过设置其表面的氧化铝薄膜层,使该保温材料的受热层承受温度与氧化铝的熔点相同,高达2054℃,可直接与火焰接触,溶胶结合方式便于快速烘烤,连续作业。

1、受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的短切耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加加入粘土、淀粉、有机结合剂、隔热添加剂、刚玉粉、氧化铝粉和溶胶结合剂,搅拌分散均匀;
2、非受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的陶瓷耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加溶胶结合剂、淀粉、粘土和硅石粉,搅拌分散均匀;
3)将事先搅拌好的受热层浆料定量加入成型模具内,压平后吸滤,然后再将非受热层浆料填满模具,待水快吸净时,用100目标准筛将细粉刚玉涂料定量均匀地洒在模具内浆料上;
4)翻转模具使用托板将该模具送入干燥窑内烘干,烘制时间为1.5小时,烘制温度为200摄氏度;
5)将烘制好的隔热保温板的受热层打磨平整,并切割成目标尺寸,用RF磁控溅射法在受热层表面镀氧化铝薄膜。
步骤5)中采用磁控溅射镀膜机,其真空度为2.0E-3Pa,镀膜工艺参数:100W,0.9Pa,Ar流量15sccm,O2流量5sccm,靶基距90mm,镀膜时间约90min。
实施例2
一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,包括非受热层1,非受热层1的上表面固定连接有受热层2,受热层2的表面固定连接有铝膜3;非受热层1是由以下百分比的原料组成:陶瓷纤维55%、溶胶结合剂10%、淀粉8%、粘土20%和硅石粉7%;受热层2是由以下百分比的原料组成:耐火纤维55%、粘土10%、淀粉8%、有机结合剂2%、无机结合剂1%、氧化铝粉7%、刚玉粉4%、隔热添加剂2%和溶胶结合剂11%;铝膜3为氧化铝薄膜。
耐火纤维为高铝耐火纤维,以工业氧化铝、高纯硅石和石英砂作为主要原料,配合料经熔融喷吹或甩丝成纤,得到氧化铝含量60%以上的高纯度玻璃态硅酸铝耐火纤维,隔热添加剂为粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅,且经过硅油对粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅进行表面处理,使其形成白色悬浮液,溶胶结合剂是由85%的硅溶胶和15%的上浆剂组成,无机结合剂的类型为硅酸盐类结合剂,有机结合剂为环氧树脂,硅溶胶中添加了5%的硅微粉。
一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将耐火纤维和陶瓷纤维的原棉分别用打浆机中打短,使其规格达到12μm×5mm;
2)分别制作受热层浆料和非受热层浆料:
1、受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的短切耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加加入粘土、淀粉、有机结合剂、隔热添加剂、刚玉粉、氧化铝粉和溶胶结合剂,搅拌分散均匀;
2、非受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的陶瓷耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加溶胶结合剂、淀粉、粘土和硅石粉,搅拌分散均匀;
3)将事先搅拌好的受热层浆料定量加入成型模具内,压平后吸滤,然后再将非受热层浆料填满模具,待水快吸净时,用100目标准筛将细粉刚玉涂料定量均匀地洒在模具内浆料上;
4)翻转模具使用托板将该模具送入干燥窑内烘干,烘制时间为2小时,烘制温度为180摄氏度;
5)将烘制好的隔热保温板的受热层打磨平整,并切割成目标尺寸,用RF磁控溅射法在受热层表面镀氧化铝薄膜。
步骤5)中采用磁控溅射镀膜机,其真空度为2.0E-3Pa,镀膜工艺参数:100W,0.9Pa,Ar流量15sccm,O2流量5sccm,靶基距90mm,镀膜时间约90min。
实施例3
一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,包括非受热层1,非受热层1的上表面固定连接有受热层2,受热层2的表面固定连接有铝膜3;非受热层1是由以下百分比的原料组成:陶瓷纤维55%、溶胶结合剂10%、淀粉8%、粘土20%和硅石粉7%;受热层2是由以下百分比的原料组成:耐火纤维53%、粘土12%、淀粉8%、有机结合剂2%、无机结合剂1%、氧化铝粉7%、刚玉粉4%、隔热添加剂2%和溶胶结合剂11%;铝膜3为氧化铝薄膜。
耐火纤维为高铝耐火纤维,以工业氧化铝、高纯硅石和石英砂作为主要原料,配合料经熔融喷吹或甩丝成纤,得到氧化铝含量60%以上的高纯度玻璃态硅酸铝耐火纤维,隔热添加剂为粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅,且经过硅油对粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅进行表面处理,使其形成白色悬浮液,溶胶结合剂是由85%的硅溶胶和15%的上浆剂组成,无机结合剂的类型为硅酸盐类结合剂,有机结合剂为环氧树脂,硅溶胶中添加了5%的硅微粉。
一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:

3)将事先搅拌好的受热层浆料定量加入成型模具内,压平后吸滤,然后再将非受热层浆料填满模具,待水快吸净时,用100目标准筛将细粉刚玉涂料定量均匀地洒在模具内浆料上;
4)翻转模具使用托板将该模具送入干燥窑内烘干,烘制时间为2.5小时,烘制温度为160摄氏度;
5)将烘制好的隔热保温板的受热层打磨平整,并切割成目标尺寸,用RF磁控溅射法在受热层表面镀氧化铝薄膜。
步骤5)中采用磁控溅射镀膜机,其真空度为2.0E-3Pa,镀膜工艺参数:100W,0.9Pa,Ar流量15sccm,O2流量5sccm,靶基距90mm,镀膜时间约90min。
二、检测数据
针对以上实施例的产品进行检测得出以下数据:

由上表可知该保温材料符合铸件密封保温的要求,且耐火度符合中间包的使用要求,该保温材料主结合***为无机溶胶。使用过程中不含有有机挥发物,不会产生浓烟及刺激性气味,绿色环保,引入粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅与陶瓷纤维复合,保温性能更佳。

Claims (6)

1.一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,包括非受热层(1),其特征在于:所述非受热层(1)的上表面固定连接有受热层(2),所述受热层(2)的表面固定连接有铝膜(3);所述非受热层(1)是由以下百分比的原料组成:陶瓷纤维55%、溶胶结合剂10%、淀粉8%、粘土20%和硅石粉7%;所述受热层(2)是由以下百分比的原料组成:耐火纤维50-55%、粘土10-15%、淀粉8%、有机结合剂2%、无机结合剂1%、氧化铝粉7%、刚玉粉4%、隔热添加剂2%和溶胶结合剂11%;所述铝膜(3)为氧化铝薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,其特征在于:所述耐火纤维为高铝耐火纤维,以工业氧化铝、高纯硅石和石英砂作为主要原料,配合料经熔融喷吹或甩丝成纤,得到氧化铝含量60%以上的高纯度玻璃态硅酸铝耐火纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,其特征在于:所述隔热添加剂为粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅,且经过硅油对粉末状气凝胶二氧化硅进行表面处理,使其形成白色悬浮液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,其特征在于:所述溶胶结合剂是由85%的硅溶胶和15%的上浆剂组成,所述无机结合剂的类型为硅酸盐类结合剂,所述有机结合剂为环氧树脂,所述硅溶胶中添加了5%的硅微粉。
5.一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将耐火纤维和陶瓷纤维的原棉分别用打浆机中打短,使其规格达到12μm×4mm~12μm×6mm;
2)分别制作受热层浆料和非受热层浆料:
1、受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的短切耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加加入粘土、淀粉、有机结合剂、隔热添加剂、刚玉粉、氧化铝粉和溶胶结合剂,搅拌分散均匀;
2、非受热层浆料:将步骤1)得到的陶瓷耐火纤维加入匀浆机,并添加溶胶结合剂、淀粉、粘土和硅石粉,搅拌分散均匀;
3)将事先搅拌好的受热层浆料定量加入成型模具内,压平后吸滤,然后再将非受热层浆料填满模具,待水快吸净时,用100目标准筛将细粉刚玉涂料定量均匀地洒在模具内浆料上;
4)翻转模具使用托板将该模具送入干燥窑内烘干,烘制时间为1.5-2.5小时,烘制温度为150-200摄氏度;
5)将烘制好的隔热保温板的受热层打磨平整,并切割成目标尺寸,用RF磁控溅射法在受热层表面镀氧化铝薄膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种覆盖有铝膜的陶瓷纤维保温材料,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中采用磁控溅射镀膜机,其真空度为2.0E-3Pa,镀膜工艺参数:100W,0.9Pa,Ar流量15sccm,O2流量5sccm,靶基距90mm,镀膜时间约90min。
