(1) Selecting fresh and disease-free coconut, extracting fresh coconut juice from the fresh coconut, and filtering the extracted coconut juice with 80-100 meshes for later use;
(2) screening and selecting current season corn stigma without mould and deterioration, cleaning, placing into a wall breaking machine for stirring and breaking wall for 3-5min, adding water, naturally settling, 25-30min later, separating upper layer liquid and lower layer precipitate, drying the lower layer precipitate, grinding into powder after drying, calcining at 90-120 deg.C, and sieving with 200 mesh sieve for use;
(3) Sequentially adding water, coconut juice, aloe gel, corn stigma, a dispersing agent and a wetting agent into a container of a dispersion machine according to a proportion, starting the dispersion machine to stir uniformly, wherein the stirring speed of the dispersion machine is 1100-1200r/min, and the stirring time is 15-35min to obtain a liquid base material;
(4) sequentially adding the defoaming agent, the titanium dioxide, the calcium hydroxide and the wax emulsion into a container of a dispersion machine according to a ratio, and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 1100-1200r/min for 45-60min to obtain a primary water-based coating;
(5) And (3) finely grinding the water-based primary coating obtained in the step in a nano-grade grinder at the grinding temperature of 28-35 ℃ for 3-5 times for 30-60min, filtering by using a 250-mesh gauze, sealing and packaging to obtain the improved ecological water-based coating.
