本发明公开了一种防水型接线端子,包括接线端子本体,接线端子本体两端分别设有电器连接头和电缆连接头,接线端子本体外还套设有防水胶套,防水胶套的一端为注塑端,另一端为自由端,防水胶套的注塑端与接线端子本体注塑一体,防水胶套的自由端端口在使用时朝下,防水胶套为弹性材质从而使防水胶套的自由端能够向上翻折而露出所述电缆连接头,也能够向下翻折复位而包覆所述电缆连接头,且防水胶套的自由端向下翻折复位时其长度超过电缆连接头从而能够包覆并利用其弹力束紧在所述电缆的绝缘外皮上;本发明防水型接线端子,防水绝缘性好、使用方便快捷且可靠耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力供电技术领域,具体是涉及一种防水型接线端子。
背景技术
通常使用接线端子来连接电缆和电器接线端,接线端子的电缆连接端通常暴露在外,目前常用的绝缘方法是在电缆连接端外缠绕绝缘胶带进行密封,这样的结构存在如下问题:当接线端子端面附着雨水时,很容易通过绝缘胶带与接线端子或电缆之间的间隙倒流到接线端子的接线处从而引发漏电、短路或者电缆裸线锈蚀损坏等安全隐患,而且缠绕的绝缘胶带时间久了容易松动,也会造成绝缘性下降而带来安全隐患,另外,由于缠绕绝缘胶带的方式随意性较大,工艺因人而异,质量容易参差不齐,而且操作费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种防水绝缘性好、使用方便快捷且可靠耐用的防水型接线端子。
本发明通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种防水型接线端子,包括导电材质的接线端子本体,接线端子本体的一端设有用于固定连接电器接线端的电器连接头,另一端设有用于固定连接电缆的电缆连接头,所述接线端子本体外还套设有防水胶套,防水胶套的一端为注塑端,另一端为自由端,防水胶套的注塑端与接线端子本体注塑一体,防水胶套的自由端端口在使用时朝下,防水胶套为弹性材质从而使防水胶套的自由端能够向上翻折而露出所述电缆连接头,也能够向下翻折复位而包覆所述电缆连接头,且防水胶套的自由端向下翻折复位时其长度超过电缆连接头从而能够包覆并利用其弹力束紧在所述电缆的绝缘外皮上。
优选,所述电缆连接头为压接管,所述压接管包括用于供电缆***的电缆压接管和用于供电缆端部裸线芯***的线芯压接管,线芯压接管和电缆压接管串联并且内部连通,线芯压接管的一端密封并与所述电器连接头固定连接,线芯压接管的另一端固定连接电缆压接管的一端,电缆压接管的另一端设有供电缆***的插线口,电缆压接管内部沿轴向并列设有至少一个密封胶圈。
优选,所述压接管为阶梯管状结构,其中细径段为所述线芯压接管,粗径段为所述电缆压接管,且所述线芯压接管的内径小于所述电缆压接管的内径。
优选,所述接线端子本体的材质为可弯折材质,从而使任意情况下均能够使所述电缆连接头朝下,从而使所述防水胶套的自由端端口朝下。
使用时,先将防水胶套向上翻折,然后将电缆(电缆端部的绝缘外皮已剥去)***压接管并穿过密封胶圈,电缆端部的裸线芯***至线芯压接管内,电缆压接管内的电缆则带有绝缘外皮,然后压接线芯压接管以将其内的裸线芯压紧固定,压接电缆压接管以将其内的电缆压紧固定,密封胶圈在挤压变形后能够密封电缆压接管与电缆绝缘外皮之间的缝隙,然后将防水胶套向下翻折复位,防水胶套将电缆连接部位完全包覆在内,且防水胶套的自由端在自身弹力的作用下包覆并束紧在电缆绝缘外皮外表面,形成双重密封。
和现有技术相比,本发明一种防水型接线端子的有益效果是:①通过在接线端子本体上套设防水胶套,且防水胶套的注塑端与接线端子本体注塑一体,即防水胶套的注塑端与接线端子本体之间没有缝隙,从而使得雨水不可能从防水胶套的注塑端渗入防水胶套内部,防水胶套的自由端能够向上翻折而露出电缆连接头,从而不会妨碍连接电缆,防水胶套的自由端还能够向下翻折复位且能够包覆并束紧在所述电缆的绝缘外皮上,利用防水胶套的弹力,使得防水胶套的自由端与电缆绝缘外皮之间的间隙很小,不易渗水,且使用时防水胶套的自由端端口朝下设置,能够有效防止雨水倒流渗入;而且翻折防水胶套操作方便快捷,标准统一,不会因人而异而导致质量参差不齐,防水胶套不易松动,可靠耐用;②通过将电缆连接头设置为阶梯状压接管,能够分别用来压接电缆裸线芯和电缆绝缘外皮,连接牢靠,且在其中电缆压接管内设置密封胶圈,配合防水胶套形成双重密封,能够显著增加密封效果。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的效果作进一步说明,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

其中:接线端子本体1,电器连接头11,压接管12,电缆压接管121,线芯压接管122,密封胶圈123,防水胶套2,注塑端21,自由端22,电缆3,裸线芯31,绝缘外皮32。
具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明一种防水型接线端子作进一步描述:
如图1-4所示,一种防水型接线端子,包括导电材质的接线端子本体1,接线端子本体1的一端设有用于固定连接电器接线端的电器连接头11,另一端设有用于固定连接电缆3的压接管12,接线端子本体1外还套设有防水胶套2,防水胶套2的一端为注塑端21,另一端为自由端22,防水胶套2的注塑端21与接线端子本体1注塑一体,接线端子本体1的材质为可弯折材质(如质地较软的导电金属),从而使任意情况下均能够使压接管12朝下,即防水胶套2的自由端22朝下,防水胶套2为弹性材质从而使防水胶套2的自由端22能够向上翻折而露出压接管12,也能够向下翻折复位而包覆压接管12,且防水胶套2的自由端22向下翻折复位时其长度超过压接管12从而能够包覆并束紧在电缆3的绝缘外皮上。
压接管12为阶梯管状结构,其中粗径段为用于供电缆3***的电缆压接管121,细径段为用于供电缆3端部裸线芯31***的线芯压接管122,线芯压接管122和电缆压接管121串联并且内部连通,线芯压接管122的一端密封并与电器连接头11固定连接,线芯压接管122的另一端固定连接电缆压接管121的一端,电缆压接管121的另一端设有供电缆3***的插线口,电缆压接管121内部沿轴向并列嵌入式设有两个密封胶圈123。
使用时,先将防水胶套2向上翻折,如图2所示,然后将电缆3(电缆3端部的绝缘外皮已剥去)***压接管12并穿过密封胶圈123,电缆3端部的裸线芯31***至线芯压接管122内,电缆压接管121内的电缆3则带有绝缘外皮32,然后压接线芯压接管122以将其内的裸线芯31压紧固定,压接电缆压接管121以将其内的电缆3压紧固定,密封胶圈123在挤压变形后能够密封电缆压接管121与电缆3绝缘外皮32之间的缝隙,然后将防水胶套2向下翻折复位,如图3、4所示,防水胶套2将电缆3连接部位完全包覆在内,且防水胶套2的自由端22在自身弹力的作用下包覆并束紧在电缆3绝缘外皮32外表面,形成双重密封。
和现有技术相比,本发明一种防水型接线端子的有益效果是:①通过在接线端子本体1上套设防水胶套2,且防水胶套2的注塑端21与接线端子本体1注塑一体,即防水胶套2的注塑端21与接线端子本体1之间没有缝隙,从而使得雨水不可能从防水胶套2的注塑端21渗入防水胶套2内部,防水胶套2的自由端22能够向上翻折而露出压接管12,从而不会妨碍连接电缆3,防水胶套2的自由端22还能够向下翻折复位且能够包覆并束紧在所述电缆3的绝缘外皮32上,利用防水胶套2的弹力,使得防水胶套2的自由端22与电缆3绝缘外皮32之间的间隙很小,不易渗水,且使用时防水胶套2的自由端22端口朝下设置,能够有效防止雨水倒流渗入;而且翻折防水胶套2操作方便快捷,标准统一,不会因人而异而导致质量参差不齐,防水胶套2不易松动,可靠耐用;②通过将压接管12设置为阶梯状压接管12,能够分别用来压接电缆3裸线芯31和电缆3绝缘外皮32,连接牢靠,且在其中电缆压接管121内设置密封胶圈123,配合防水胶套2形成双重密封,能够显著增加密封效果。
本发明详细介绍了一些实施方式及其附图,但本发明不限于这些实施例及其附图,尤其不限于附图中的防水型接线端子形状,附图中示出的是各种各样的形状中较为美观的防水型接线端子,虽然此形状不是本发明保护要求保护的技术点,只要本领域普通技术人员根据本发明,不付出创造性劳动,对其进行修改、等同替换、改进等而得到的其他实施方式及其附图,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种防水型接线端子,包括导电材质的接线端子本体,接线端子本体的一端设有用于固定连接电器接线端的电器连接头,另一端设有用于固定连接电缆的电缆连接头,其特征在于,所述接线端子本体外还套设有防水胶套,防水胶套的一端为注塑端,另一端为自由端,防水胶套的注塑端与接线端子本体注塑一体,防水胶套的自由端端口在使用时朝下,防水胶套为弹性材质从而使防水胶套的自由端能够向上翻折而露出所述电缆连接头,也能够向下翻折复位而包覆所述电缆连接头,且防水胶套的自由端向下翻折复位时其长度超过电缆连接头从而能够包覆并利用其弹力束紧在所述电缆的绝缘外皮上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水型接线端子,其特征在于,所述电缆连接头为压接管,所述压接管包括用于供电缆***的电缆压接管和用于供电缆端部裸线芯***的线芯压接管,线芯压接管和电缆压接管串联并且内部连通,线芯压接管的一端密封并与所述电器连接头固定连接,线芯压接管的另一端固定连接电缆压接管的一端,电缆压接管的另一端设有供电缆***的插线口,电缆压接管内部沿轴向并列设有至少一个密封胶圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水型接线端子,其特征在于,所述压接管为阶梯管状结构,其中细径段为所述线芯压接管,粗径段为所述电缆压接管,且所述线芯压接管的内径小于所述电缆压接管的内径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水型接线端子,其特征在于,所述接线端子本体的材质为可弯折材质,从而使任意情况下均能够使所述电缆连接头朝下,从而使所述防水胶套的自由端端口朝下。
